Arrived at the property and it was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Made you feel like family. We will certainly be coming back during spring and early summer. Kids were raving about it the whole time and can wait to ride the go carts. All in all, well worth the money spent. Thank you for making our family's outing successful and many fond memories made. Stayed in a cabin. Clean, warm, comfortable. Close to highway, great for 1 night or gor a long stay. Lots of onsite activities.

Loved the campground and our cabin! Only thing we would change is the mattress on the bed. It was extrenely uncomfortable.

This is a great KOA location near to all, and the staff here are super friendly. We stayed in Cabin KA, which is a great little two room cabin that is quite spacious and very near the bathroom/shower facilities. We normally stay at another KOA that is very nearby to Circle Pines KOA, but the times we have stayed here, our experience has always been great.

We stayed on NYE in what turned out to be a very cold weekend! We were warm enough the first night in the Conestoga wagon and woke up to a winter wonderland outside. Unfortunately the next night it got down to 1 degree and we could no longer stay. Still the staff was so friendly and helpful and the cafe was excellent. Can’t wait to come back when the weather is warmer!

We stayed in one of the covered wagons for one night during the week after Christmas on a southwest cross-country trip. Heat was turned on when we got there with an extra space heater! Bad weather came in, but we were lucky to be safe and get out before it got any worse. Loved this campground, will visit again!

The place is really nice and clean. The only problem is that if you forget something you probably won't get it back, my husband forgot his smart watch I called and they said it was not there.. we are very disappointed.

It was amazing! Such a unique experience and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. The front desk staff were super friendly, the cafe service and food were great, and night time security/maintenance were so helpful when we needed more heat for our little one. We celebrated our granddaughters third birthday, had friends and family from different areas come to stay in both RV hook ups and cabins. Wonderful experience, great staff, clean environments. Very pleased and happy with our stay and definitely will be back Great jobs staff!! They dropped off firewood and food ordered from the café directly to our sites!!!

We were so impressed. The staff all went above and beyond to give us the most memorable stay. Everyone was so nice. Seeing Santa and the Grinch made the whole weekend and we will comeback every year!

The heater was broken so I asked the front desk about it. I was told to use 2 space heaters. It took 4 hours just to get the cabin to 60 degrees. I mentioned it at checkout and was told it I should have called the emergency number because it had been fixed the day prior and maybe they just needed to reset it. The office should have handled this rather than telling me to just use space heaters.

2 weeks ago we stayed here too (in cabin 4), we were very satisfied, cabin was already heated, a great matras to sleep on. This time we had cabin 5, it was really cold when we arrived, snow expected. Heating not on, door big gaps where the wind blew thru. We solved it by a rolled up towel on the floor and our cooler to keep the door closed without a gap. Matras thin.

Overall my experience was positive. The cabins and staff were both very good. The restrooms and showers need some serious attention. Other KOA’s have much nicer restrooms/showers. The shower heads barely mist a cold water and have no temp control.

This is so far the best KOA we stayed at. Restroom is super clean, and they had heating in the rest/shower room in winter. There are plenty of recreation activities: tutu train ride, jumping pillow, mini golf…….

The staff was very friendly. We arrived after-hours, and the check in process was great! Campground was very clean and safe. Lots to do at this KOA. The only disappointment was, the cafe being closed Tues/Wednesday. It was Thanksgiving week and the campground was busy. Also, the store needs more staples and food, less souvenirs.

First than you So much for getting us near a bathroom. Our only struggle was that the heater in K12 was too small and we stayed very cold all night. Other than that, we loved it!

Professional and friendly staff! The entire campground grounds, rv, tent sites, restrooms, showers, cabins, and the Conestoga wagon were awesome! Our group stayed in clean and comfortable cabins. However the extremely comfortable Conestoga wagons king sized bed was a dream!

We stayed in the wagons, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! We have 5 children and 1 is special needs, the campsite was so accommodating, comfortable and convenient. Restrooms and showers were clean, the play areas and activities were plentiful and the cafe and store on site were reasonable. Thank you for providing a safe place to unplug and rest.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
