The deluxe cabin we stayed in was perfect and the nearby Williams town was very unique

We will definitely be back! Had to give 4 stars because our deluxe cabins refrigerator stopped working and ruined all our food. Maintenance men were very nice. Some of the ladies at the front desk our second day were very rude. The kids enjoyed all the activities:)

All KOA cabins are drafty. So at cold times of the year, please provide more than a tiny tabletop heater for warmth. That thing couldn't be felt unless you were right up on it. Arrived very late due to a 3hr traffic delay, very tired and had to deal with basically no heat. Otherwise nice cabins.

This was our next-to-last stop on our cross country journey. It was a wonderful one! The campground is large, with great amenities and friendly/helpful staff. We stayed in a camping cabin, which was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this site to anyone!

Our stay was amazing. First time and can’t wait to go back. I loved the cabin. It had a great small family feel to it. The grill and fire pit were awesome. Go Karts where super fun. Mini golf course was cute. Could use a few cooler upgrades but with the snow and cold I’m sure it damages things so 8/10 on that. Swimming pool was amazing. Store was the best. Overall 10/10 for this

This was our first stay at a KOA. We were so impressed with the employees commitment and engagement with our kids. You could tell that they GENUINELY enjoyed what they did. Our 2 year old felt seen and enjoyed and we will come back for that reason alone!

Love staying here had a blast and staff members like Adam at the go carts and the gentleman that drove the hay ride and the kids train, make the experience so much better! Thank you for the great memories!!!

My biggest complaint was the bathrooms were full of paper on the floors and the water was out on early Saturday morning, so when I went in there was 5 different toilets full of poop. I have stay here before and have had no problems.

I always like to stay at circle pines KOA we ventured out and stayed in a wagon which was worth my stay we loved it we’ll definitely do this again/ only draw back was we didn’t understand where to find water for dishes or cooking until we were walking and saw the water spots around different camp grounds … we know for next time

We love Circle Pines KOA. It’s a yearly family favorite outing. Staff are friendly and helpful when you need assistance.

We stayed in the covered wagons when it got really cold at night. The heaters can't keep up with those temperatures. We called ahead and asked about advice we needed prior to staying and the front desk person told us to bring blankets, which we did. We wanted to thank her for that advice. We wouldn't of been able to sleep in there if we didn't have those blankets.

We had 5 people so we rented a Conestoga wagon. We loved it. It was close to the bathrooms. I was disappointed that the handicapped shower was not working. Lots of things for the kids to do.

Clean campground, friendly staff at check-in, great location. Stayed in a camping cabin and it was as expected. Mattress was great. The cabin was next to national forest land with an access gate, which was great for my dogs. The bathrooms were less than desirable - the larger bathroom water temp in the shower was way too hot and nearly burned me.

Very relaxing as usual. My kids really enjoyed all of the activities from Go Carts, jumping pillow, mini golf, and the halloween activities.

Very enjoyable stay in the covered wagon. We enjoyed a campfire and use of the grill. Shopped in the store and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the store was very well stocked with a variety of necessities and fun items.

We love the Cabins . This time it was so cold , the heater provided in the cabin barely blew hot air . We slept with sweatshirts on, beanies etc & were freezing. I would make sure to let people staying their to bring a heater ;) other than this we love coming here with the family & creating memories .

We had a two room cabin and it exceeded our expectations. This was a family friendly campground with lots to do for the kids. We had a wonderful time seeing the sites and coming back to the campground to relax and play. We were there during a sleet/ snowstorm and we were very thankful for the heaters in the cabin. Wonderful visit and we can’t wait to go back!

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
