Nice campground. A lot of activities for kids. The bathrooms could use a little better cleaning. The only negative I can say is that the site I was given was a pull thru. You can pull in but there was no way you pull out no matter what size rig you had.

It was clean, but packed. We purchased a bundle of wood, that would not burn. It just smoked....

Nice RV park. We have a 40' motorhome and was hard to get level due to the sloping spots for a pull thru spot. Great location!

Wish we had more time to experience all they offered. Area was clean and easy to use.

Pos: staff friendly, everything clean. Negs: old, out dated: pool, restrooms, picnic tables. Very little landscaping. Unpaved roads and Flagstaff dirt is horribly dusty. We try to stay at places with paved roads and level/gravel sites or concrete pads but we since the kids are still young that we chose here for the 'kid amenities'. After older, if the place isn't updated we will go elsewhere.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Sites were terribly unlevel. Asked to move. Were told they were full. Sites remained empty throughout our stay. Showers were moldy. Definitely will not return here.

Arrival was quick and problem free. The escort to the site made navigating the park simple. Staff were polite, patient , friendly and professional. Facilities were maintained well. Definitely going to schedule a return visit.

This is clearly a party KOA. If you don't need any privacy and don't mind a LOT of people in close proximity, this place is for you! The amenities - the pool/hot tub, go karts, etc. are fun, but this is certainly not a "great outdoors" kind of experience. Best part was the food at the cafe, worst was the children in the NO CHILDREN ALLOWED hot tub. Would be nice to see a place enforce that rule.

internet was completely unreliable, coming off and on. half of the amenties were closed without notice like the Go Cart Track and Bear Trax Cafe. should have been notified ahead of time as this made the stay a lot less vaulable.

The people are very friendly; however, the location of the connections at the sites are very difficult. The sewer location is all way to the rear of the spot and require an extension to be able to connect to it. I didn’t have one and was unable to connect to dump my tanks. As a result my gray tank froze. Now a good thing.

We had a great stay, I just wish that everything was open everyday. The go-karts were the reason for picking this one over the other koa. Yes, i could have checked times before we booked but the availability for camp sites wasn't there. Also, the cafe wasn't open. It's just nice to have it all open. We did have a nice time, staff was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We loved it with one minor issue, we had a small rain and light snow event and the fact that the majority of our space was bare clay dirt, things got pretty messy. Otherwise, we loved it there and we will be back. If you like to hike or ride mountain bikes, you will love the trail access right from the KOA. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

So much fun at this KOA! They have lots of activities for kids including seasonal stuff (we painted pumpkin masks). They have a little train that they pull around the park with a golf cart which our kids really enjoyed. Also enjoyed movie night! Only downside is they only allow adults in the hot tubs. Would like that decision to be left to the parents. We watch our kids carefully.

Only stayed one night but it was super clean, comfortable and quiet as far as guests. You can hear traffic on I40 but it’s not horrible.

This is by far the nicest KOA we have stayed. There are plenty of amenities for the entire family. The staff is awesome. We especially would like to recognize Eamon. Eamon was extremely helpful and courteous to our family. Eamon had exceeded our expectations and all had done did not go unnoticed. We are looking forward to our next visit. This time we are bringing our friends.

Our favorite KOA! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The kids got to ride go carts this trip and had a blast! We ate breakfast at the cafe and it was delicious!

Everyone we interacted with was pleasant but Bobbie went above and beyond to make our stay great. We enjoyed numerous GoKart trips, the bounce pad, and the mining station. Great KOA!

My kids got kicked off the jumping pillow because a parent said they were swearing. When I went down there to watch my kids there were several children there under ten not supervised. I think there needs to be some retraining on that whole situation.

The staff here is amazing! We ran into a little issue and they went way out of their way to make sure that we were able to store our camper on site. The guy who helped us move the trailer over to the storage area also helped us immensely with winterizing our coach. Big shout out to all the staff at this location! Thank you very much for helping us!

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
