Staff was able to upgrade us to a 50 amp. There were a lot of amenities however we weren’t able to use any because we were there only overnight.

The amenities at KOA were first class, my only complaint is that the hours of the bear trax cafe and go karts should be shared on the KOA website. We arrived on a Wednesday expecting both to be open but were quite disappointed when we found they were closed until the weekend. Perhaps this was written somewhere else and I missed it but I could not find it anywhere.

Site was smaller and the grade was not as level as expected. Good location to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and the Meteor Crater.

We love Circle Pines and have stayed there for years. We ( and our family) have stayed in every cabin category plus the TP’s. We now have an RV and truthfully, we have noticed the sites are not maintained. Very few are leveled, causing issues. This past weekend, our neighbors axle broke while they were having trouble leveling. The sites need to be maintained. Please help your customers.

The only problem we had was lack of Internet access. This really needs to be corrected.

The only complaint I have is that the showers by the pool are disgusting. Took my daughter over there to shower and the showers had black mold in every crease and hair built up in the corners. My husband also used the mens and said the same about those. Other than that. Amazing place to stay, lots of stuff to do.

This was the most fun we’ve had at a campground and we’ve been full time RVers for 6 months! If you have kids or even if you don’t, this is definitely the place to be for a fun getaway. All the staff were very nice and professional as well. I hope we can come back soon!

Love the park and everything it had to offer for the kids, the only issue was the trains at night and all night which is not the park’s fault but I would probably stay there again if I had my grandkids

Dense layout-fabulous Grand Canyon proximity. Cafe, store,pool, go carts-a kid haven! Best location is back circles... away from roadway. You will hear trains in the distance... zero privacy.

First time staying at KOA my husband and I like the escort to our spot; nice touch. Liked all the outdoor activities.

I was disappointed the two hot tubs were not hot, they were warm at best... I was looking forward to soaking in a hot tub after a long day at the Grand Canyon

Sites are very close. Walk out door to neighbors sewer hoses. Also on our site 163 was a holding tank in the ground which was also outside our door. Smelled like it was a sewage tank. Hundreds of flies swarming around it as there is a hole in the top of the tank that wasn’t covered. We put a rock on top so that we could even sit at our picnic table.

The campground is fine, lots of things for the kids to do there. Pool is advertised as heated, not sure I would call it that. Everyone in it was freezing. it's a great place to stay of you're wanting to check out the south rim of the Grand canyon. My only complaint is the front desk staff. They are nice (kinda) but not really helpful. They won't go out of the way to make your stay special.

We were very disappointed in our spot. We are a retired couple and were given a spot right in front of the playground. “I” would have assumed it was reserved for families with children not retired older folks. I would assume “you” would look at the number of occupants staying and assigned them accordingly. John

Plenty to do, dog park great. Spaces very crammed in certain areas. Our picnic table was actually sitting OVER the septic of the space beside us. Just get rid of space 5 that apparently isn’t used and space out 6 and 7. Hot tub wasn’t really hot, just lukewarm. Great for kids, quiet.

Nice clean camp. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There is plenty to do for kids. Our daughter loved the bounce pillow and mining station. Having two fenced in dog play areas was very nice. Definitely a place we would stay again.

We’ve stayed here often over the past 8 years. They’ve added teepee lodging and a bounce area for kids. The RV spots are a little snug for larger rigs, but doable. We have a 43’ and we’re able to stay in a-thru. They’ve improved customer service and upkeep - we saw people checking vacated sites, cleaning, etc. Laundry room could be updated and XL washer fixed. This place was great, staff was really friendly especially the guys that came around each day. Facilities were clean. Only negative was that snack bar and go carts are closed during the week which was not made clear at time of booking. I had a couple upset kiddos that were counting on those as activities but otherwise was an amazing trip, we'll be back for sure.

It was our first stay with any KOA!! We loved it!! The added entertainment for our Grandkids was great!! We will definitely be back!!

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
