Best KOA to stay at! So much fun for the kids and adults to do here! Showers were very clean as was the laundry room! Can’t wait to stay here again.

My son overheard store employees talking about being surrounded by filthy rich people all day and talking badly about President Trump. Not appropriate in front of a child. Sites are way too close to the highway so loud traffic/semi truck noise NEVER ends. Clean bathrooms, nice indoor pool, fun activities for the kids. RVs packed in tight. Decent place but will not be back.

Our family has had multiple stays at Circle Pines KOA going back more than 25 years to when we had our first tent trailer. Many amenities and things to do for all ages, and always clean facilities. Never disappoints.

We were given a site that was completely unlevel. We tried for over two hours to get level with our automatic level system. It fried our system and we were forced to spend the night hitched to our truck. Which was very uncomfortable and awkward. Luckily the office lady refunded us our money for the next two nights and we left after. The staff was kind and helpful. Too bad the site was no good.

We spent two days here to get out of the hot river valley desert. The park was clean, amenities readily available and staff friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful, family and pet friendly campground. If I had to be critical about any part of our stay, it would be the freeway noise. However, it didn’t keep me awake or interfere in our activities in any way.

The noise off the freeway was a problem. Overall amenities are nice. A better guide to how to do things would've been nice

Site was un-level & very tight between neighboring site and a tree on entry door side of trailer. Site was very hard to park trailer in and also get out of. Even the staff member who helped us to the site was not sure why we were given them site for out length of trailer. Water spigot was very low to ground and made it hard to hook up water hose with filter. Recent rains caused ruts through site.

Crowed into very unlevel spot. Only had 30 amps electricity. To level my unit the jacks had to lift the left rear wheels over four inches off the ground. The electrical steps buried about two inches into the ground and I had to dig them out or allow them to break when I tried to retract them. I have a forty foot motorhome which was parked in lot 15. I was very disappointed.

Would always give Mitzi and all the staff at the circle pines KOA 5 stars! They have new bouncy for the kids and always have great activities for all...we are KOA members and this is by far our favorite!!! Thanks to all!!!

The staff was so friendly and professional. Also love the camp store on property for when you forget stuff like a glass of wine. You can buy a glass of wine!

Lousy hours on snack bar, facility does nothing to improve the sites by grating. You constantly have to raise your trailer tires off the ground which results in the first entry step being 2-3 ft off the ground. Limited supplies in store but carry a lot of alcohol. Severe water shortages which they remind you of daily. This site is old and needs to be remodeled.

Sites were unlevel and too close together. Impossible to tell where one site is and the next begins. The campground is rundown and not well maintained. On the positive side, the front office staff was super friendly.

I would rate it a 5 if we did more than stay over night to sleep and then leave. What we saw was beautiful.

It was great had lots of fun, but they need to open the store/office at 08:00 instead of 09:00 so you can check your RV into storage earlier and be on the road.

We stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the campgrounds. Great location for us to go see the amazing sights in the area.

It was a good stay. I thought we reserved a spot with water, electric and sewer, but at checkin that wasn’t the case. Pool and hot tub were both too cold to use. They were very helpful getting us into our site since it was quite a tight fit for us with our slide pit and the trees. We were told the pool was being adjusted temp wise for the change seasons, not sure why not on top of it.

Love the Williams’ Circle Pines KOA. This was our second stay, but first with our son. He loved the barrel train, pool and swings. Thinking this is going to be an at least once a year trip for us. Fabulous staff. Great campground. One of our favorites.

I've been to almost all the KOAs in Arizona (or maybe I have been to all of them), and this is the BEST. Don't get me wrong, the others are good, but this is the BEST.

We loved this campground. We used it for our day trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona and visiting family and friends in the area. Great staff all around. The ladies at the front desk were great at adjusting our site (we added one more day at the beginning and they had to find us a site where we didn't have to move during our stay). We would stay again.

We were 4 couples(4 rvs)but they placed us through out the park extremely difficult as we eat together & had to carry/transport food. 2nd time also last visit in July our son & us were again Not in close proximity. Even though we all were cross referenced. ����

We were having issues with our rv and they recommended Emergency Reponse and we could stay another two days for repairs that we appreciated so much-however the hot tub was not hit and not enjoyable at all but would come back if we go that way again

Place was packed. Lots of noise and activity. Definitely best for young families. I would not recommend this KOA for older folk like me.

Didn't stay. No elbow room. Couldn't bring enough blocks to level trailer. Took 15 minutes to find the sewer clean out at my site. When I did find it I had my crap house hooked up next to the neighbors table. So disgusted I left. �

This is our "go-to" campground when we are traveling to visit family. We love the Flagstaff/Williams area. The elevation and trees will always bring us back. Staff was helpful and friendly and the dog-parks were well-maintained. The only thing keeping me from giving five-stars was that the dump station didn't have a hose hook up to use our black flush. The hose bib had no way to attach our hose.

The grounds are great, but our stay was not. There were two discarded cigars on our site, right where we stepped out of our RV. The office responded promptly to clean our site better, which was appreciated. Then we had to deal with both kids and adults cutting through our site on foot, bicycle, and battery powered toy vehicles. We had to park our tow vehicle and move picnic table to block path

Williams/Circle Pines KOA is a top notch Holiday campground. I don’t know the requirements to be called a Resort, but in my book it qualifies. It has everything you need. The lodging choices are amazing even though we were in an RV site. Mini golf was well cared for and a lot of fun to play. Pool and hot tubs were clean. Staff was super friendly. A+

We have stayed many times and never a complaint till this stay. The guy that took us to our sight tried a few times and kept taking us in wrong, wanted us to squeeze through to trees and s around them, others got involved, finally got in our sight and to top everything off they guided us into our spot and took a chunk out of our rv on the corner with the white electrical unit Will never come back

The people make you feel welcome. Everything was extremely clean even the dog park. The store is well stocked with all items you would need from food to clothes and toiletries to souvenirs and toys. And the kids play areas were above and beyond. And we loved seeing to wagons lit up at night. Such a beautiful campground. And we made new friends there.

Enjoyed our visit with you once again. We were a little disappointed that the one jacuzzi was so cold and the other ones "jets" didn't work. Prices are sky high also and will soon price many out of being able to enjoy the beautiful experience of camping.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
