Stayed for two nights only but able to see that this KOA was probably the best we have stayed at yet, and we have been all over the country. Well maintained and absolutely beautiful. Due to the weather, the area was muddy from snow melt. I would recommend some improvements to the main access ways throughout the park...like some stone on the drive ways. Other than that...a beautiful park!

Old dirty unmaintained campground. Muddy mess because no stone roads or sites. Moldy pool room with no working spas and pool. Arrived to a dirty site with dog hair, peanut sheep and poop on it, besides walking through mud to get into our rig. Out of 40+ rv parks on this trip this was the worse and we have stayed at many KOAs. I want to be compensated for having to get my truck and trailer washed.

Considering it is winter, and there was a storm recently, it is understandable there was snow. But mud? The site assigned us was very wet and slushy, the one in front of us was much better, but still a bit wet. We elected to move up to the next site - the park was less than 10% occupied - and they charged us additional money. We thought that was exceedingly petty.

Very quiet, pleasant place to stay. Close to flagstaff and the grand canyon both. Full services with great showers and laundry. Recommend this place to and one who's looking for a great spot with awesome help.

We liked everything except the hot tubs need to be working. Get regular maintenance and keep spares of parts that are likely to need replacing.

We loved our time at Williams KOA and will return! The setting in the pines is so beautiful and the staff (big shout out to Bryce for outstanding customer service) is so warm, friendly, professional and service oriented. Can't wait to come back next winter!

Every single person we met at Circle Pines was incredibly friendly and kind- our fellow campers and especially the KOA personnel. The facilities were clean and functional, the office/general store was well stocked and staffed by resourceful and helpful people. We will definitely return for another vacay in the future.

Nice campground with great Staff! We stayed here to visit the Grand Canyon & historic Williams, AZ. Indoor pool & hot tubs are awesome! Nice bathrooms & showers. Great wifi. We booked site 105 in the back row thinking it would spacious but we were right on top of the camper next to us. A blizzard hit us & we woke up buried in 2ft of snow. Staff went above & beyond plowing us out so we could leav

The staff at this KOA were amazing! Everyone was friendly and so helpful. This is a great location to head out to the Grand Canyon which is less than an hour away. Bearizona is just 10 minutes away. During our stay we got about 12” of snow! When it was time to leave staff were so helpful in plowing out a path for us. Oh! And the food at the cafe was great! Especially the chicken fried steak.

Stayed coming and going to Monument Valley. Got stranded in the 11" snowfall overnight. The KOA team was able to clear the driveways and get the camp going again effectively. I hope this remains open all year.

We were greeted before we arrived, given specific instructions on how to check in after hours. We were sent text messages about what was going in the campground, and we were treated like family. We loved staying here, would highly recommend this KOA to anyone, it was great, the people are just amazing!

We stopped over for one night when traveling from Lake Havasu City to Holbrook, AZ. Everything was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are traveling with kids, they have many entertainment options.

Staff are super nice and accommodating. Campground is beautiful with lots of pine trees and lovely walk behind the campground up the mountain. Bathrooms are nice, clean. Location is a 1-hour drive from Sonoma and Grand Canyon. One downside was the view from our window: it was a trash bin and the maintenance shed--a closed gate would be nice.

Nice, clean, helpful folks . Perfect for day trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona . Love the little town too, a bit like stepping back to 1960s. Great vet too as had a pet issue while there. Patrick was wonderful. The little train for the kids several times a day was a cute addition. Though we had no kids nice to keep them busy with many events if a kid area away from the campers.

Misti is unbelievably helpful and personable- and accommodating!! Laura was true entertainment during our family Bingo game- great weekend overall- we’ve been coming here for 10 yrs - the fav of our grandkids

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
