We stayed in site 28. First of all, we want apologize again for hitting the post by the walking path on the way out. We were driving a 40' RV with a tow. The turn to the left after site 14 is very tight. Site 28 is not level. We needed to put two boards under our front jacks to level our RV. We heard other campers say that their sites weren't level either.

Great park, great staff! Gave us an amazing route to get to Sedona coming across the mountain at Jerome! Very enjoyable!!

First time staying at Circle Pines…We pulled up late and there was a staff member waiting to escort us to our spot. When we got there and parked, he offered us a bundle of firewood for the pit which I thought was a nice touch to start our stay. Great grounds and we will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at the Circle Pines KOA, 2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog. We had a fantastic stay. The kids enjoyed the amenities that were open. We will likely be back next Thanksgiving.

We arrived late. Around 6:30pm and one of the workers directed us to our spot. Very helpful staff on site.

Hot tub dirty- wouldn’t even go in- suppose to be kids under 14 not allowed small kids in both tubs- I thought one was suppose to be adults only? Way too dusty there for us! No grass for our dogs to go to bathroom/ trees need trimming- outdoor cafe? Prices were different from the paper you gave us, although it was very good! Very nice place! Well kept. Nice heated pool. Wish the cafe was open when we were there. Only open Thur- Sun. Looked like a nice menu.

Everyone who works there is so friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms looked liked they were cleaned every hour always so clean. The amenities they have for the kids were lots of fun. It was also so quiet I was camped by the freeway and you would think it would be loud but it was very soothing as background noise. I would definitely stay there again.

Folks very friendly - huge campground but sites very small and tight for large motorhomes. Site sloped about 8" -10" Huge pine trees shed needles over entire coach. Neighbors fire pit was only 10" from my coach slides. too dangerous to be used. Large pile of dog poop on edge of patio area. Looks like very nice and fun place for smaller units and trailers and families but not great 4 big rigs.

We have been renting cabins here the last couple of years and this was our second stay here this year with our new RV. Great experiences every time and this is our go to campground! Plenty to do for the kids and the staff is great! This was the first time here for my brother and sister-in-law with their new RV…I think they are hooked now too! So happy this KOA has decided to go year round!

Our site was too small for our rig. Slide came out right over fire pit. Little room to park truck and when a big rig moved in next to us we had to move the truck even though it was well within our site. Once they were set up walking between the two was tricky because his sewer hookup was in the way. We were glad we had to leave the next day. Staff in office were super friendly and helpful.

It was very tight getting our motorhome towing a car thru the tight spaces. People were friendly & the park was beautiful.

Oh my gosh it was absolutely the best trip we have been on. This campground is incredible - the entire staff is wonderful - so friendly and efficient and always willing to help in any way they can. Our camp site was WOW - we even had a gas grill and fire pit and patio - made it so comfortable. You will not be disappointed at all when you stay here. Also, the bathrooms are so clean.

Loved that there was so much for the kids to do and felt very safe with them out playing. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Laura was great with my kids and made their stay awesome! The grounds are beutiful and well kept. And the store and the grill made it so convenient. We loved our stay and wish we had booked longer.

I do enjoy staying at this KOA. Although the few times I’ve been there, things are closed or broken. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. Yet I choose to stay here for the amenities and the few times I’ve stayed, I can’t take full advantage. Both times I’ve stayed, the cable doesn’t work. And I know it’s not my trailer because our neighbors cable didn’t work either. Other

- is 3 sewage plugs necessary for 1 campsite. Were a hazard being black. paint a bright color for the evenings.-use that $3 per person for golfing to get better maintenance on the course & add a little more excitement to the holes.As well as clubs that aren’t falling apart. -4toilets for the entire camp area? Little ridiculous -pool WAS NOT heated. -staff was nice & would stay at a different K

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
