Our stay was great. We were at thus site off season so the go-cart track was closed. The other amenities were great. The pool was well maintained but the chlorine levels were a bit high. One of the hot tubs was not working however. My biggest complaint was the shower stall partitions were falling apart. The stall I used would not stay shut/ locked, and the one my son used was hard to open.

This was a bucket list trip for us and my parents.This Campground was well maintained, Clean easy to get in and out and sites were big enough for our 41 foot camper. The only draw back was on the last night they do have a policy of letting people check in at anytime. this was put to the test by others at 1am. They ran the trucks for over 30 min. NO security that responded, Would stay again however

We stayed on the way out to Tennessee and on the way back from Tennessee. Both times the people were absolutely wonderful to deal with. The staff works very hard to keep the campground clean and safe. Very friendly and professional.

Front office staff were so delightful. They let us change RV spot shortly after arriving. Put us in a great spot.

The park is great. It is an RV park but you feel like you are at a state park. The staff is super helpful and nice. I do think it's a bit over the top to have to pay for putt putt and for the big wheels. For the kiddos to have a community that is a great area yet everything is a cost. The spaces are a bit unlevel.

Easy access from highway 40 which does make the freeway noise louder like most KOA’s. The park is very nice with two fenced dog runs and the RV sits are all very nice. Love the pine trees!

The best KOA ever!! Very hospitable, the staff was excellent with the kids. Gave them attention every time. I have 4 kids and most places are not friendly with big families. Keep up the great work. Special shout out to Andrea and Jim the train driver!!

We had a blast during our four night stay. Took advantage of the hot tub and restaurant. We played mini golf and the kids jumped on the giant inflatable noodle. Fire pits were available at each camp site which was super rad. Definitely recommend staying here when you come visit the grand canyon. Also... We saw a UFO. It was AWESOME!

We were only here overnight, but the staff was helpful and our space was fairly level. They have quite the variety of facilities, looks like you can stay in a covered wagon or a teepee, play mini golf or drive go carts. It was a little more expensive than the usual KOA but has more facilities and close to Grand Canyon

Clean site. Employees are very nice. Price of propane 4.65 per lbs which is ridiculous. But it was a great experience kids loved the activities. Will go back.

We loved the park - it's spacious and clean and the staff are very personable and helpful. We would have given it a 5 star rating if they had enforced the rule about quiet after 10 pm. Having people drive around in their ATV's after midnight - for hours, around and around - and engaging in loud conversations, was very disruptive to the otherwise peaceful and restful experience.

We had a great time while we were there! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the kids enjoyed all of the activities they had on the campsite. We hope to be back one day!

Someone was burning plastic next to us and the burnt plastic got all over our truck and camper. Called the front desk to complain about the smell and no one called us back. Awesome to go somewhere you think is safe and fun to find out the next morning you have over $1000 worth of damage. Do not recommend

The only negative that I will offer is the men's bathroom/shower conditions. They are in need of a major overhaul and update. Shower faucet did not work properly, mold in the corners, drain cap was loose and hand dryers not working. Everything else was very good, staff very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful site and campground. The management was very friendly. The site was clean. The WiFi worked well. Will definitely come back if we are in the area.

I just love this campground. A large group of us have gone for the last 4 years and the staff has just been consistently amazing!! The ladies at the front are so sweet. Laura is amazing with the kids and they really enjoy the crafts and fun things she does with them. The groundskeepers are always smiling and waving. It’s just such a warm, friendly environment which is what keeps us coming back!

Laurie, Mitzi and staff are always so helpful and kind....the activities they had again this year for Halloween were truly amazing...this is by far our favorite camping spot to get away and a big THANK YOU to everyone at circle pines KOA that makes that happen!!!!

Nice park but next time I will specify the lot location in 80's. Up front in lot 135 is way too close to freeway.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
