We had a great time. The bathroom areas were always clean and neat. The grounds were as well. There was easy access to the trash receptacles and we could even recycle which I liked. Will definitely come back.

We rented 4 cabins for family camping. The campground was very clean, cabins with AC were cozy and comfortable, and camp staff were friendly. Only thing that would’ve made it better, is if the pool would’ve been open.....but that’s not KOA’s fault (due to covid, WA state won’t allow certain gathering places to be open).

Our stay was great and we will be back. There were a couple of issues. The toilets were not cleaned in the deluxe cabins. Everything else looked clean except the toilets. It would be nice to provide some cleaning products in the cabins due to Covid. Also the propane on the grill was empty when we arrived, but we did get this addressed.

Amazing time at the KOA. Great customer service. The store was well stocked and priced well. Ice and wood for sale and available. Bathrooms were very clean. River access was fantastic. There were some loud campers next to us that didn’t obey by the 10pm rule, wish they would have been talked to. The only True complaint is that we had TONS of ant hills at our site T14. Otherwise, great time.

Grounds were maintained very well and location was close to town. We scheduled a pull thru spot for our trailer, but when we arrived it was a back in / tent location.

Spacious sites and river views. Very friendly staff made me feel valued and welcome. Some weren't good about wearing masks which was shocking.

The facilities were clean and well kept up, and all staff that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The reason for the "low" recommendation I gave (6) is that I am much more excited about (and used to!) wilderness/primitive camping, and KOA often feels very packed together with other campers.

I love clear communication, it's the best! Everything was described. All the staff were firm on the rules (speed limits, nighttime, etc.) Also appreciated the sanitizing spray bottles in the bathrooms, and the instruction to spray before and after use. All the little trails and ways to access the river is nice, easy for people to distance. We have already booked a kabin for next year!

Great private bathrooms with large showers! The stars were bright, the campsite was next to the refreshing river, and close to town.

Noone enforces the 10pm quiet time. We even complained to the desk and the next 2 nights people were loud until 1am.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. We did not have shade at site 15. The sewer placement at each site was too close to the neighboring fire pit.

We enjoyed the 2 night stay. The big sites are very nice. Restrooms are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

They Charged us an extra ten dollar fee because we were early. We reserved this spot a month early. My husband is a disabled VietNam veteran and they still charged us the fee. Plus the park was not full.. so why the extra fee? Never going back.

Not impressed. Our stay was during the fandemic so there were a lot of unavoidable restrictions. But the biggest irritation was all of the Dust flying up from the heavy traffic on the gravel roads. My family had three cabins total during our stay, two of them had kitchen facilities and bathroom facilities, but the kitchens were disappointingly ill-equipped. The staff was wonderful however.

My family and I had a wonderful time in the old western themed town of Winthrop, the icing on the cake was staying in an covered wagon at KOA!!! Staff members were friendly and helpful, and everything we forgot was available in the little store!

It wasn't as tight as some koa parks and we appreciated that. Overall we had a good experience and would return. Our only issue was the length of hose needed to reach the sewer. Thank goodness you had one to purchase in your store. I also appreciate that you responded to my site area request. Thank you!

Very comfortable stay in one of the wagons, we didn't expect to have that many amenities! The restrooms were very clean. The only thing we didn't like that much was the fact that masks were not enforced more, especially in the common places, like the restrooms.

Was very dry weather when there, hot too. Road in campground needed to be watered more often to keep dust down. Employees all nice and worked hard. Very family oriented campground. Bathrooms clean. Great access to river.

We had a wonderful stay and we will be back. Campsite T9 does have a large and dangerous hole which was not visible when we arrived in the dark. Next time I’ll call and request a specific site. Impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place. Very friendly and helpful staff! Love the place and may now be hooked on KOA

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restrooms were kept clean in spite of a full campground. My only complaint is that the WiFi really didn't work. We were in a tent site by the river and it was great.

This year was tough on the kids, no bounce pillow, no play ground, no pool! Thank you koa for doing their best with the current situation and Covid-19, we already have reservations for 4 days next year! We love the campgrounds!

We used both an RV site, and, the deluxe cabin, they were both very nice, the cabin was perfect for 6 people, and, a very nice outdoor yard, thanks for the great stay there, we would like to book for next year, just need to get the dates worked out!

It was a great stay! I would've liked to have our three family sites a bit closer to each other, but I understand when all three sites are different types. We made a ton of great family memories! We enjoyed the camp store, the river access, renting tubes and the great access to town.

Perfect autumn mid week getaway, we practically had the place to ourselves. Staff was amazing, bathrooms were spotless, we couldn't have found a better place to spend a few days away from home.

We stayed a the cabin, it's one of the cleanest koa we stayed in, very well maintained and managed, the toilets and showers are super clean. Checked in staffs are super friendly too.
