This is a nice campground close to the fun town of Winthrop...within walking distance for the more energetic among us. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms and laundry are clean and maintained. We stayed in our Travel Trailer but we took a tour of one of the luxury cabins and were very impressed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The sites were spacious and well shaded. This was the best KOA we have ever stayed at!

Campground host were super nice. Loved the amenities! Especially the swimming pool, jump pad, free coffee and cocoa. We had a tent site on the river and absolutely love the campground and falling asleep to the sound of the river.

I asked for help with bees and nothing was done. Two days later my neighbor said something and was helped right away. Asked to move site’s and was told the cleaners wouldn’t have time.

I think the office staff could have been a little nicer. To firm. The early check in fee of $10 for being 35 minutes early and only pitching a tent is way out of line. I had to sit and wait until 3:00 just to go pitch a tent in the blazing heat.

We were so impressed by the helpfulness and kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the grounds, how everyone observed quiet hours ... first rate all around!

Our motorhome is a Class A, and your campground is terrible with untrimmed trees the scratched our coach and narrow spaces. Never coming back. YOU COULD MAKE YOUR PARK REALLY NICE WITH JUST A LITTLE THOUGHT AND SOME WORK !

We are sorry to hear about your feedback. Our staff works tirelessly to keep the park looking beautiful. We remove low hanging branches all the time but are also happy to remove low hanging branches in your site that grew since the last time it was trimmed.

We had a wonderful time - the camp "attendants" were super helpful & the facilities are extremely clean & well looked after. We floated the river twice; rode our bikes around the "Park"; attended the Twisp 4th of July parade; and simply enjoyed our time at the "Park" meeting many other friendly campers.

Love all the upgrades, additional garbage area, new bathroom and showers. The old bathroom is so nice with the new flooring,etc. the office and check in was easy and the staff knowledgeable and efficient. Our second night July 4th, our neighbors had a family meltdown.. it was not pretty and very uncomfortable. A big shoutout to Terry who answered my text for help. He defused the situation.

Wonderful amenities and location on the river. The staff was incredible. Shout out to Terry!! I really enjoyed the cabin's porch swing with a view of the river. It was so nice to have my dog with me and a designated area for him to be off leash close-by. The shower/toilet combo restrooms were clean and accessible (always looking for places that my disabled aunt could easily visit on future trips).

Way too many dogs. I have been going to Winthrop koa for over 20 years and it has literally turned into a dog park. Every year we witness a dog attacking other dogs, dogs barking at all hours of the night, and just dogs everywhere.

We require all dogs to be on a leash while in the park and not left attended. Aggressive dogs are asked to leave the park. Please report all issues to the staff.

Great park! Awesome staff! We stayed during the heatwave , it was 113 degrees. We considered canceling, but glad we went. It was a great experience. Will be back.

Grounds are nicely maintained. There is no river access or beach area. Could use some shade cover over the deck by the pool. Kids park a bit lacking. Train was not going, nor were there any kids activities (possible due to extreme heat). Overall a nice park and employees are very helpful.

The heat was extreme and we take safety precautions for the campers and staff seriously. There are crafts and activities available at no extra cost to the camper that are not weather dependent in the store. As shown on the map, river access is located between T5 and T6.

As the park wasn’t crowded would have appreciated a site with more shade. Also the area where are site is situated has a slight uphill slope making a bit of a leveling problem.

We absolutely loved the park, the cabin we stayed in, the river next to the park and the amazing staff . We have already told friends and family they should treat themselves to a relaxing stay at this fabulous Koa!

Too hot to sleep in the cabins at night, we ended our stay early without any complaints. Kids loved the rides and the blow up bouncy thing. Staff was AMAZING! It was cleaner than the last few times we’ve stayed.

I love this KOA location. The sites are well groomed and clean. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The one thing I thought was great about the experience - though there were a lot of families with children of all ages, by evening it was quiet and peaceful.

Nice friendly workers- clean park Shuttle to town was a nice touch ! The sewers need to be moved or covered better- right in the campsite area on all the spots! Gross while eating & relaxing at the table.

Perfect autumn mid week getaway, we practically had the place to ourselves. Staff was amazing, bathrooms were spotless, we couldn't have found a better place to spend a few days away from home.

We stayed a the cabin, it's one of the cleanest koa we stayed in, very well maintained and managed, the toilets and showers are super clean. Checked in staffs are super friendly too.
