Yuma River Front KOA Journey General Information

Dial 911 in an emergency. Guests must comply with campground staff instructions during an emergency.

Campground may capture images and video for marketing purposes. Guests consent to use of voice recordings, images, videos, and likeness. Legal guardians may opt out for minor children at time of photo/video.

We do not accept RV space or cottage reservations over 179 days in length or over 12 months in advance. Monthly reservations are subject to availability and management approval.

• Rates are based on up to 4 registered guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests per site or cottage.
  
• Additional occupant or pet fees may apply. All guests and pets must be included in the reservation.
  
• Visitors must depart by 9 PM. Amenities are for registered guests only.
  

Pets are welcome at the campground with prior approval.
RV Sites: Up to 2 dogs or cats permitted (no other animals)
Cottages: 1 dog permitted (no cats or other animals).
Pet fees and guidelines apply.
Dog fencing is not permitted anywhere in the Resort.

RVs should generally be 10 years or newer and up to 42 feet in length. If you have questions about your RV, please contact us prior to booking. Each site or cottage includes parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles may require approval and fees. Cargo trailers, utility trailers, and boats are not permitted on sites.

A deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Stays under 30 nights: Full payment required
• Extended RV stays: Deposit required
• Cottages: Damage deposit required
Deposits are payable by credit or debit card.

If your arrival will occur outside of our office business hours, please make arrangements to complete the Reservation Agreement and pay the balance due in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, for reservations made at least 7 days in advance, receive a full refund.
  
• Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in also receive a full refund.
  
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in or after check-in are non-refundable.
  

In cases of verified major health emergencies or severe weather, campground management may offer a credit toward a future stay, subject to availability.

During regular business hours, all guests must register at the front office before going to their RV site or cottage. Please provide a valid ID, current vehicle and RV registrations, and current rabies certificates for any pets.

After-hours arrivals must be arranged in advance by contacting the office, completing the Reservation Agreement, and paying in full.

Early check-in may be available for an additional fee; please contact the office the morning of your arrival.

Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of their scheduled check-in and have not made prior arrangements will be considered no-shows, and deposits may be forfeited.

Check-out time for RV and cottage guests is 11:00 a.m. Late checkout until 2:00 p.m. may be available with prior approval and an additional fee.

• Park only in designated spaces.
  
• The speed limit throughout the campground is 10 mph.
  

Billiards Table – one table available in the clubhouse. 
Dog Parks – Located in the north part of the campground. 
Laundry Room – Open 24 hours for campground guests. Quarters are available at the office. 
Outdoor Recreation – Horseshoes (2 pits) and shuffleboard.
