We stayed 2 nights here on our cross-country road trip. Very friendly staff! Site was spotless! This is a older park, but they have kept everything in great shape.. I really like when the employers are friendly and actually care about your stay.. which is not always the case.. use the laundry, spotless.

Friendly staff, train noise and garbage haulers at 5:30am not good. We did not have a very good site considering we made our reservations six months ago. Bathrooms and laundry area very clean.

Dry nicely maintained smaller park. Although located in a sketchy part of town, it has ice security walls and fencing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Even though the campground was full during this stay, it was quiet and very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff. This is one of our favorite KOAs and we stay here often when we're in the Albuquerque area,

Arrived after hours, park is not very well marked and was hard to find site. Sites are narrow and not large fifth wheel friendly, we were traveling in a 38 ft with multiple slides. Leaving the site was another challange because people park on the road because not enough room on the site. Had no contact with staff other than on phone but they were friendly at that time.

Beautiful bathrooms very clean and loved the tile work on walls. However, we did not appreciate being awakened by a trash/garbage truck across from our cabin picking up large trash compactor.

Had to stay an extra night due to bad weather on RTon pass. Staff was very accommodating.

Spaces are very tight, WiFi doesn’t work at all, and the cable tv was very fuzzy. Seems like this park is pretty much an overnight stop for a lot of people - coupled with the tight spaces, this meant we had people in our space/patio area daily to connect/disconnect their rvs, so we couldn’t really enjoy the outdoor area in our spot. This Campground has a perfect location for any business needs in Albuquerque. The camper services buildings are clean and modern,campsites Of generous size and in good repair,and the staff was friendly and professional!I was unable to ask for a senior discount when booking online.

Right off the highway. We were continuing on our trip the next day so it was perfect. We stopped in March so the pool and group area was closed but looked like fun in the warmer weather. Oh yea, there is also a gate on the side that leads to a little brewery.

The staff was great! Cheerful & helpful. We are new trailer owners that live in ABQ, and took it to run it through the paces. I had many friends recommend this KOA for this very purpose. The reason didn't give it full stars, was the loose dogs that apparently wander in on the regular (according to the other campers). They are large dogs w/ collars terrorizing my dogs & other pups in the park.

We selected the Bernalillo KOA because it was close to Albuquerque & we were pull our trailer for the first time. The location was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to answer our questions. Our kids love the playground and we felt safe letting them hangout in front of the camper if we were inside working. It was the perfect first experience!

The mens shower only had one shower working! The first & third showers �� had no water, and the shower heads could be updated! Other than that, a great KOA to stay at!��

Super friendly staff and very clean restrooms and campsites. Sites are on the narrow side and roads as well so not easy to navigate bigger rvs.

Nice facility. Sites were well-maintained. Great location. Internet connection was pretty much absent the entire 4 days we were there. Adding recycling would be good.

We had a very private “garden” spot. It was privacy fenced in with a nice tree. Felt like it was a “secret garden”! The pull thru sites were typical KOA, close together spots - but we loved our little niche! Just wish we had a fire pit….

9 months stay for Travel nurse assignment. The staff is always kind and helpful, the whole place is always clean Marty, Suzi, Greg, Wally and Pat are the best and we have had no problems with electricity or connections. We can't wait to go back!
