The womens bathroom was closed so men and women shower in the same room. Very awkward! We were not told about this on the phone when we reserved a site. We arrived after the office was closed. On the site map the restroom codes were written by hand. The nines, fours and sevens were impossible to decipher. After wandering around we found someone walking their dogs and they gave us the code.

Tent area was divided and semi-private. Worked well.

Sewage backed up twice next to my site and rather than calling a sump truck , Management instructed that it be rinsed away with a hose. Washing it across the playground and into an irrigation ditch adjacent to the property. Disgusting and dangerously unsanitary.

The stay was wonderful. The night we were there they had live music! We oved the fenced in area for the tent sites. The sites were set up very nicely!

The campsite was great, the grounds were pretty. You need to upgrade your WiFi. It was very hard to connect and order tickets on line for the zoo. It would be nice if the shower house was warmer when it is cold outside.

The facilities were clean and easily accessible. The fellow campers and staff were helpful and welcoming. The grounds were full but did not feel crowded. This is a nice campground.

Always clean. Flat tent sites. Shower stalls too small. KOA associates always friendly. We stay here 4-5 times a year.

Loved it here. Stayed a month car camping. Staff very friendly, Marty is the best. Went over and above to accommodate us. Feels safe and good location to interstate. Definitely recommend!

Came after hours and left before registration opens so I didn’t get chance to see the kampground. Bathrooms are very clean. Tent sites without a lot of shade (if you aren’t used to the southwest).

Bathrooms were clean. Nice place for pets as well.. Really likes that even though we arrived late at night we were able to setup our tent and stay.

I’ve had a wonderful stay at the Bernallilo KOA. The amenities are very nice and staff is very friendly. I will definitely use this KOA for my ABQ visits.

The folks working the desk were helpful and patient. The grounds were well kept. I enjoyed the public seating areas, and walking my dog along the ditch was a real plus. The shade trees made a huge difference.

Very clean, great adjacent brewery, good Internet, even though the park was full. Clean bathrooms, lots of hot water, dishwashing area was great, clean pool, fenced tent spots with AstroTurf bases!

I am a huge fan of KOA and use it all the time during our road trips. However I would not recommend staying at this KOA. All of the staff was great and made us feel very welcome, until we met the very rude manager (Suse). There was no reason for her to be rude. After our stay I’ve read other online reviews. We are not the first to experience this attitude. Highly recommend picking another KOA

Frustrating that the tent area was completly covered in pine needles. Decided not to set up the tent because I didn't want to have to clean the pine sap off the bottom when finished. Slept in my truck instead.

Great customer service, best showers/restrooms I’ve come across, nice walkway to pub next door, crowded feel although privacy fences were nice touch, still felt a bit like camping in a parking lot, only grassy area was in front of office and was beautiful and inviting but off limits, pool closed presumably due to covid

As always The KOA in Bernalillo was clean and well managed. Tent sites are shaded and have plenty of room for tent and vehicle. Great restaurant next door and easy access to Albuquerque and Santa Fe with the nearby train station. Definitely would recommend!

9 months stay for Travel nurse assignment. The staff is always kind and helpful, the whole place is always clean Marty, Suzi, Greg, Wally and Pat are the best and we have had no problems with electricity or connections. We can't wait to go back!

Consistantly friendly with great prices and always willing to accommodate your needs. The facility is clean, respectable to the guests and welcoming to new comers!
