Came after hours and left before registration opens so I didn’t get chance to see the kampground. Bathrooms are very clean. Tent sites without a lot of shade (if you aren’t used to the southwest).

It was awesome. The grandkids got to swim and have fun and the wife and I had fun doing nothing . We did get to take walks and enjoy everything

Great campground with great people managing the property we often have to stay overnight in the area and try to camp here. They are often full so book early

2 of the 3 sinks were out of service in ladies bathroom for over 2 days. Camp ground is large and packed, located inner city. Everything else well maintained. Mostly pavement for people to walk around park. Pool opened early on a Sunday, that was a nice surprise for lap swimmers.

This is a very clean campground with friendly hosts. Although close to the interstate it is surprisingly quiet. There is a bar/restaurant which is not part of KOA but has access through KOA which has excellent pizza.

WiFi didn’t work on the side of the park where I was parked. No information as to where to go for good connection till morning. Very rude staff!

We've been visiting for 10 years, but recently had a several year absence. It felt good to be back. We feel safe, love the grounds and the pool the only thing that is a negative is the mattresses. We will still be coming back as it is a place that has good memories for us.

One of the better KOA's. Well-kept. Neat and clean. Well groomed gravel sites. Good cell reception, very good Wi-Fi, good water pressure. Accommodating and friendly staff. Trains nearby, but not too distracting.

Great campground - well maintained! Love the Kaktus brewpub next door and Bosque brewery is only a few miles away!

Bathrooms were clean. Nice place for pets as well.. Really likes that even though we arrived late at night we were able to setup our tent and stay.

Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The cabin we rented was clean and free of issues. They explained how everything worked in great detail and were always willing to help. 10/10 will stay again

We cannot rate this as a 10! It was a 25 +! The property was immaculate, the maintenance staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were their guests for five nights due to an unexpected issue with our camper trailer. The office staff, especially Suzie, was so glad to help in any way possible. We hated to leave actually. What a great experience we had. We will be back!

The pull through we stayed at was a little above average, based on what I've seen at other RV parks. The site was very level. It did not, however, have any shade at all. The bathrooms and showers looked nice when we first walked in but upon looking around we found that all of the shower stalls are in desperate need of being replaced. A couple of the sinks in the men's room also need to be replaced

I’ve had a wonderful stay at the Bernallilo KOA. The amenities are very nice and staff is very friendly. I will definitely use this KOA for my ABQ visits.

It was a last minute kind of thing. We were going to try and make it to Grants KOA, but just too tired. We just barely fit in our space, but it was fine. Got up early and left the next morning, heading home to Phoenix. If the opportunity should arise again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Bernalillo.

9 months stay for Travel nurse assignment. The staff is always kind and helpful, the whole place is always clean Marty, Suzi, Greg, Wally and Pat are the best and we have had no problems with electricity or connections. We can't wait to go back!

Consistantly friendly with great prices and always willing to accommodate your needs. The facility is clean, respectable to the guests and welcoming to new comers!
