The place seemed very nice but I lost power at my site for an unknown reason and the WiFi stopped working as a result. I was unable to participate in a meeting I needed to be on because the WiFi would not hold up for it.

Location was great, and surprisingly less than the KOA in Albuquerque. The staff here is great, very welcoming. I had a great spot, but noted some sites were close, would be nice to have screening (bushes, fence, trees) between sites.

Very nice campground. Nice long spaces though a little close together. The campground is so nice it's easy to overlook this issue. All the workers are super friendly and helpful.

This KOA was great! Very family friendly…there is a nice pool area and playground area. There is even a fun little brewery to walk to next door with organic food. You can’t hear the hwy noise and the view of the mountains was awesome! Definitely recommend this KOA if you’re in the area.

Everyone at this KOA was very polite. Marty was especially helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this KOA. It is a beautiful KOA. The bathrooms are extremely clean. It is a great pick if one wants something in between Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Thank you for all your help and your caring concern for all campers.

When we made a reservation we asked for a late checkout they said that would be possible we had meetings in Albuquerque and informed them that we would need to be parked until 1:30. On the day of our meeting we got a text at 11:00 and then a phone call that wasn’t very polite about getting out.we were willing to pay extra for late stay. We were hoping that this would be a good place to stay

The sites a spacious, we’re 45 MH w/tow and didn’t have to disconnect. Roads were wide and passable. Staff friendly and helpful. In a quiet neighborhood. Restaurant/brewery adjacent. All hookups good, a little dusty, it’s Bernalillo.

Helpful staff, good hook-ups. Pull-through site was a good size. WiFi signal was too weak to access the Internet. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice campground. Only concern was lack of shade at our site. The pool was fantastic and plenty of shade and seating there.

Park was clean but the afternoon we arrived the ladies bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. Pool was nice but needs repair. Easy location in northern Albuquerque and east off a nd back on I-25.

We were put in Site 66, which the location was great, but the site is unlevel and seemed to be the worst we saw. Our slide was less than a half inch from our neighbors. We could literally reach through their window. And the worst of it all was both us and the neighbor had to put blocks under our tires because they would not touch the ground. It took us 2 hours to set up which was so disappointing.

I have stayed at this KOA multiple times and enjoyed those stays. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. It is located in a convenient spot. The dog parks are great and there are enough of them. Ordinarily I would rate this park much higher. However, I do have an issue this time. The issue was the mulberry tree. Mulberries covered the ground and table making a mess. They tracked in.

The park was well kept and the staff was helpful. There were two less than favorable points. First, the sites are very close together. Second, we could not access any of the WiFi points during our stay. We contacted the staff and were told the park was busy and just keep trying, which was disappointing.

I was horrified being bullied by Marty constantly. He was abusive and cruel. He can't hear so he jumbles the facts and makes up the rest with lies. Tried to defend myself but he threatened to cancel my cabin & call the police for no reason! I didn't have a harsh word with any staff person the whole time, just him. He lies and attacks guests especially single woman. KOA needs to GET RID OF HIM NOW!

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice, I have a 92 year old aunt that had fallen who lives in Albuq. and he said it was okay to check in at 11:30. I was so grateful as I had not seen her for two years! Our site had a tree which did help with the heat in Bernalillo/Albuq. We look forward to staying again Thank you!!

The stay was good in consideration of the nature of this type of camping. The only constructive concerns are as follows. As tent campers, the below ground water access was not easy to use without wasting precious water. � (no hose) The men's restroom on early Mon. morning had one backed up toilet and the other out of paper. Owners and staff are continuously daily working to make this a beautiful KOA. Level sites. Patio sites are great! Pool is very well maintained. Bathrooms very clean. Dog runs. Areas you can go to under trees/structures to escape heat. Brewery was unexpected benefit, great pizza and craft beer. Great stay!

When coming off the interstate it was hard to see the KOA sign. Tree branches blocked the view of the bright yellow KOA sign. We missed the sharp right turn. Later we also saw other RV's miss the right turn as well. Please make your sigh more visible. Thank you.

Nice sites. Restrooms in need of repair (floor tiles need replacing; drainage—floor always wet from showers; showers ugly in appearance and extremely small). Many towel hooks missing and not being replaced. This rating could have been a “5”, except for lack of attention to detail.

We were only there overnight. Had a nice quiet, shaded pull through spot. The campground was really inviting, green and quiet overall. Definitely will return. Thanks for the hospitality

9 months stay for Travel nurse assignment. The staff is always kind and helpful, the whole place is always clean Marty, Suzi, Greg, Wally and Pat are the best and we have had no problems with electricity or connections. We can't wait to go back!
