We think the park was very nice and well kept up. We rated it a 3 because the bath room for the women was closed. It would have been open but the contruction project for the women side was taking longer than expected. If the website had an advised us of this we would have gone to another park.

I had an extended stay at this KOA. It is a well kept property that is consistently attended to on a daily basis. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Kamp was clean. 1st night staff was very friendly and kind. 2nd day staff was not, did not wear masks even though sign was posted masks required in buildings and complained that dogs spread covid, and was rude.

Everything was good came in late the staff set us up and had our information in the wooden box. Yhe dog potty area was clean with plenty of plastic poop bags. Thank you KOA ��

We are repeat visitors. This KOA is conveniently located and easy to get to. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The park is clean and relatively quiet. With the RailRunner train to Santa Fe about a mile from the park, this park makes a day trip into Santa Fe easy and inexpensive without the hassle of parking. The local restaurants in Bernalillo are excellent too.

I’ll be glad when the bathroom upgrade is completed. The location is convenient and staff is pleasant. Sites are consistently clean. I wish the Premium Patio sites were on par with other parks and the kOA Points policy needs an overhaul but that’s not this parks fault at all. Faster wifi should be the next badly needed upgrade.

Everyone we encountered were very nice. One couldn't ask for nicer people. The sites were clean and everything seemed to be in good order... EXCEPT the woman's restroom was out of order. It was very cold during our stay so we had to shut off our water and use their restrooms. This one not working was an issue.

staff seemed some what overworked and not very engaged with the guests. I had to park myself after being directed during working hours to the after hours check in process.

Everything was great for a one night stay. I would not be able to stay any additional days because of the internet. The only item that was a great concern was the internet. I work on the road and do my best to stay in locations that provide internet. This place I could not even get internet. Upgrade your internet to the 21st century. Most individuals are all working remotely. COVID created this.

store closed at 4pm open at 8am store had nothing that we needed worst store so far on our trip we were told to shut water off when tempture got below 32 degrees which was everynight we were there i will never stay here again

The last three KOAs I've stayed at had terrible WiFi so I was pleased to have WiFi that worked. The only knock on this place was the women's bathroom was closed forcing everyone to share the men's.

1. No signage to the resort made it frustrating to get there. 2. Paid for a “patio” site, which at other KOA include more space, fire pits, bbq etc…this just had a bit of astroturf. 3. We had a pull thru site…that we had to back out of as trucks and cars were parked behind trailers and making an already difficult layout to park initially, impossible to pull thru. 4. Manager gives steep monthly discounts to some, while gouging others. Discovered I paid twice the amount as my neighboring camper for the same time period. Horrible business practices and frequent sewage overflowing into the kids playground. Avoid this Koa. Unsanitary.

Sewage backed up twice next to my site and rather than calling a sump truck , Management instructed that it be rinsed away with a hose. Washing it across the playground and into an irrigation ditch adjacent to the property. Disgusting and dangerously unsanitary.

We were concerned when we headed through town as it was run down. But our concerns were lifted when we pulled into the KOA. It is clean, well maintained, and spacious.

My overall experience was wonderful. The area is clean, well maintained, well lit and safe. The staff was very accommodating and overall pleasant. I will highly recommend this KOA site to family and friends as there are also tent sites and cabins. I will definitely return.

Was only there for a quick overnight as late arrival. Checki n packet was easily available. Site was level and easy to get in and out. Dog park was great!

we had a good stay, nice cabin, clean restrooms. Wifi was bad, we lost connection several times.

Had to sit at the sitting area near the office to get any WiFi. Woman in the office was very friendly as was the gentleman that led me to my space, took my propane bottle to refill & brought it back to my camper. Was looking forward to dinner at the distillery but it was closed on Monday night.

We give this Koa a 0. First time we have stayed at this koa, will never stay again. The sites are small you are crammed in next to other campers. It is not a safe area! We had our truck shell window broken out one night and some things stolen while we slept. The price is good but not worth it otherwise. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. The koa in Albuquerque is much much nicer.

9 months stay for Travel nurse assignment. The staff is always kind and helpful, the whole place is always clean Marty, Suzi, Greg, Wally and Pat are the best and we have had no problems with electricity or connections. We can't wait to go back!
