We stayed overnight at this KOA. We have a 40' Class A and were told that we didn't not need to disconnect our toad while being led to our site. As we tried to make the turn to our site, it was obvious that we needed to disconnect in order to make the turn. The roads were narrow, sites were narrow and not long enough to park our RV and our toad.

Trailers were very close together, narrow rows. Shower were small and outdated and just didn't feel as safe as other koas we have stayed at.

Nice camp ground.clean and friendly. Lots of cool stuff for kids and families (like an outdoor movie theater). Great dog park. Free coffee in the morning. It was a great place. Wish we could have stayed longer, but had to get home.

Quick overnight to visit family. Wish they had a grill at the site. Otherwise it was nice.

Kaktus is great - both pizza and beer. KOA staff went out of their way to find us space to stay for an extra day even though they were totally full and had no RV spaces left. Thank you!

Very clean facility. Very quiet. Only stayed one short night, but the phone registration was easy and very friendly. I would recommend the campground to anyone. Very nice place.

We have stayed here a number of times so far. All of their spaces are great we haven’t had a complaint about a single one. Staff is friendly. Bathroom/showers are amazingly clean!!!

They were very helpful and the restrooms were very clean. I will be returning to Albuquerque North/Bernalillo KOA on my next trip. Thank you for all you do at KOA!!!

Very nice campground. Quiet, nice staff and a great location if you want to explore Albuquerue and Santa Fe during your trip.

The site that we were put in was not level and the area around the site had a strong unpleasant odor. I think it was the fake grass with all the pets using it as a potty area and it was never cleaned. I wish the dog runs had a little bit of grass in them, it was all dirt and the dogs got filthy. The spaces were very tight, fine for an overnight stay but not for long term

We come thru this area twice a year and always stay at this KOA, the park is clean, everyone is cordial, nice and helpful. This time they went out of their way to help us out when we had vehicle trouble and had to extend our stay by 5 additional nights! We’ll always be back!!

This was my 3rd stay, all for a couple weeks or more and I have never had an issue. In fact I have been treated exceptionally well and on 2 of the visits required extensions due to unforeseen issues unrelated to the park. The recent stay required day to day extensions as repairs to my tow vehicle were delayed. Staff is over the top.

I love camping in your camping cabins. I've stayed in many of them (this same location previously) but this one had a weird, offensive (maybe cleaning product?) smell that lasted the whole night. The smell soaked into my pillows, making them unusable until I have a chance to wash them. Also, cabin K2's window (the one by the door) doesn't latch, or I couldn't figure out how to latch it.

Clean, quiet place to spend the night. Easy in and out. Nice site with table. Dog area was enjoyed by our pup.

The bathrooms were dark and needed updating. They looked dirty and were smaller than the shower in our RV. Management was usually never seen. They had to turn off the water to do repairs however they didn't inform anyone. We didn't know until I was standing in the shower waiting for the water. Their new internet was just awful. When we checked the connection we were getting 0.2Mbps.

Close quarters, had issues hooking up due to truck at an inverse handle to the RV due to slope. Also, the showers are built for a Chinaman, a very small Chinaman. The shower was smaller than my RV shower, couldn't rinse below my naval. Yes, water leak issue in my RV forced us to use the facilities. Brewpub on premise was nice.

Staff is very helpful, our cabin was nice and clean, as were the bathroom/shower facilities. Even being so close the the interstate, the noise factor was not an issue at all and the grounds are very well kept. We certainly will be back on a future trip through. Cabin pricing was very fair, too. Thank you for keeping such a nice KOA!

Location is great for me with close access to mountain bike trails. Micro brewery next door is a plus. Only negative is barking dogs during the day on adjacent property.

Drove in after hours no reservation the office was closed but an gentleman drove up and opened the office to find a spot for me. I am very grateful to him for going above and beyond!

9 months stay for Travel nurse assignment. The staff is always kind and helpful, the whole place is always clean Marty, Suzi, Greg, Wally and Pat are the best and we have had no problems with electricity or connections. We can't wait to go back!
