The place was very nice and clean. Staff are friendly. My only complain…the shower was too cramped, I kept hitting my elbows.

Most excellent. Clean, quiet, and secure. I often take a few days away from routine to rest and mentally regroup. I liked that your location provided a peaceful respite to nap and think. I'm sure to return before summer season is over.

I liked all the amenities and especially the grass outside the RV step. Really helps to keep the floor clean in the RV.

The KOA is very good. Level sites with all utilities. Wifi could be better. But we love this KOA for the brew pub connected to it. We were there on a Friday night and not only had a few great beers but they happened to have a Flamenco Dance and singing group that night. What a treat!

Clean park with friendly staff. Susie was at the front desk was big help finding us site. Pool was clean and pizza place next door was good also.

Everything was clean and well maintained, from the trees and grass to all the paint. The staff was also fantastic.

This was our very first time staying at a place like this, but we did read some previous reviews that were very positive. We arrived somewhat late but were able to find our confirmation paper with the help of another visitor. We also left early the next morning so we didn’t spend much time here. The facilities appeared clean and well organized. We would consider staying here again.

we stayed three nights my wife needed rest after surgery much better then a motel the days and nights where so quiet every thing very clean . we have already planed to return . All employee friendly and hard workers Thank you

I felt there were too many campers crammed into the space. There was no breathing room. I also would like to have seen some real grass. The faded carpet on the patio is a bit crass. There were many cute paintings on the fence and many activities which was nice.

We've stayed hear a few times over the last few years, great KOA. One thing they changed since our last visit was the dog run by the office. It was nice when it was split down the middle making 2 runs so 2 different people could use it at the same time.

Nice clean place, friendly atmosphere, good site sizes and no highway noise. Laundry room could use more dryers and a change machine, but limited by space.

This was our first weekend in our RV and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our spot was under a glorious, large tree and the staff and management were extremely helpful -- important for us "newbies".

KOA Bernalillo is a well maintained KOA site. The pool is spotless and the ground are shaded and well kept. Pleasant / friendly staff.

Was a little interesting getting there off the interstate - near warehouse district towards the back of the road - but very nice stay - thought it would be noisy but to our surprise it was not. Must go to the Kaktus Brewery connected right next to the campground (flow beer sign)- they make their own beer and make a great oven pizza - plus 4 piece music band (on Friday night - when we were there).

Always cheerful, helpful, friendly, clean. Even should errors occur they quickly resolve. This is my go to in abq, which is often.

9 months stay for Travel nurse assignment. The staff is always kind and helpful, the whole place is always clean Marty, Suzi, Greg, Wally and Pat are the best and we have had no problems with electricity or connections. We can't wait to go back!
