We’re currently waiving our normal $400 reservation fee for qualifying new extended-stay reservations. That means $400 less due to secure your site. Guests staying 3+ months during our winter extended-stay season can also save $100 every month:
30-Amp Sites: $650 per 30-day period + metered electric
50-Amp Sites: $700 per 30-day period + metered electric
When the promotion ends, the standard $400 reservation fee will return. At that time, $200 will be credited toward your first 30-day site charge and $200 will remain a non-refundable reservation fee.

Full-Hookup Long-Term RV Sites
Extended-stay sites include water, sewer, and 30- or 50-amp electric service, with electricity individually metered and billed separately. Guests also have access to onsite propane, 24-hour laundry, Wi-Fi, a seasonal swimming pool, mini golf, recreation areas, a walking trail, and KampK9® dog park. Close to Anderson, Clemson & Lake Hartwell We’re approximately 15 minutes from Anderson and about 20 minutes from Clemson University and Memorial Stadium (Death Valley), with convenient access to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, healthcare, and everyday necessities. Public Lake Hartwell access is less than 1 mile and under 5 minutes away. Please note that the campground is not directly on Lake Hartwell and does not have onsite lake access.
Standard Extended Stay Rates
30-Amp: $750 per 30-day period + metered electric
50-Amp: $800 per 30-day period + metered electric
Rates and availability may vary by season and site. Extended-stay sites are limited and frequently remain occupied, so advance reservations are strongly recommended.
