The people that checked us in we great! However, your facility is very run down. The showers were gross and need to be redone. I’m confused why we would have to pay to take a shower after paying almost $60 to stay at this park.

Check in clerk was unfriendly and rude when I requested using my points for the stay. I was not informed it was a special weekend and could have received Saturday night free, I would have stayed. I was informed the mobile mechanic I called was banned from that KOA though the mechanic denied any wrongdoing, the owner persisted but the mechanic fixed my problem where two previous guys had failed.

Our stay at this KOA was nice. The office person was friendly and the campgrounds were clean. We didn't use the showers or laundry area. It is pretty close to the freeway but we were in the back area so it was pretty quiet. Overall, it was a good stay.

Excellent customer service even before I arrived!! I so appreciate their flexibility and availability! The pool was amazing in that heat and the hammocks in sand by pool was my favorite touch! Bathrooms so clean and showers perfect after long day of playing! Thanks so much!

Nice personal in office and a nicely stocked store. The grounds could use a little sproocing up, but over all I would return to this camp ground.

We stay here every year in the way to Phoenix from WA state and this place is perfect. It’s easy to get on and off the freeway. Nice sites, plenty of power. Love it!

Would have been much better had a big rig not hit power pole at Pilot station causing complete blackout at KOA. No AC for 4 hours we left to cool off with vehicle AC.

It is a pretty basic older place to stop in the desert. Concerning was low voltage at our campsite. Constantly dropped below 105V causing our circuit protector to trip while it was 115 degrees outside. Yes, we were near the end of a string of RVs all running their A/Cs, but it took until later in the evening to stop doing it. Better to be a little warm then burning up my A/C compressors.

The park was ok and the people were friendly but I will always remember this as the park where the power and water went out at about 9pm. We spent a miserable HOT night.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Only bummer was that a vehicle hit a power pole outside the park which knocked out the power and water so no departure shower for us. Life’s a b*itch sometimes!

Park is falling to unkept status ! Overflowing Garbage left out for days in 108 degree heat . The pool was VERY cloudy and dirty . The woman at check in was very rude. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again . The last , not their fault, lost electricity , so thankfully we had to leave early . no reimbursement !

The staff was great stayed until we arrived late because of traffic problems. Soon after checking in before getting to space the power went out in area, not issue with campground, and I assume water was on a pump because no water either. Had to run generator all night because was 90+ at 9 pm. Good thing we had some water in our tank. Paid full price for dry camp. Not koa’s fault.

What can I say? The campground is the only game in town and not a destination. It’s where you park to rest up mid-journey. The weather is hot and brutal, so not much foliage to speak of. It’s in the middle of the desert, right next to I-10, so a lot of highway noise. We’ll stay again on our return because it’s the only place around.

Staff is so friendly. Campground was clean on arrival. Maintained all weekend and the staff were non stop busy making sure of it. I was so pleasantly surprised.how great it was there. Archery was so fun! My Granddaughter loved the playground and older kids LOVED the arcade.

Terrible customer service. Terrible cabins. Terrible quality. Rude staff. Enough said. Please don’t go here. KOAs are suppose to stand for quality and this place is the worst of any I have stayed. The staff will take your money and offer no accommodation. Worse they will put your health as risk with no concern for your well being. They don’t deserve your business.

If you like the desert this is the place for you , hot and dry . Only thing they need to put more stone in the sites,. the spots could use a little TLC ! We would stay again if we pass that way again .

The road to the camp ground was closed, it took me another hour to find a way into the campground. The SECTURITY GUARD? told me that the bridge had collapsed two days ago. I talked to another traveler and he said they had been told that three days ago that the bridge had collapsed two days before they need to get the stories straight ? I'd also note that the noise from the freeway kept me up.

We only stayed one night but the facility was kept well and the staff was very friendly. They also have a security that patrollers at night and run thought the park to make sure everything is ok. Good park.

Great staff, vey welcoming and even gave us a very nice drink cozy. Well kept park, we’d stay here again. Easy on off freeway with pull through sites.

Bathrooms were not clean. Went to use the pool and was told they locked it early because no one was using it. Asked if we could use it because it was during the pool hours and was told they already put chemicals in it. Don’t advertise amenities if the staff plans to close things at their convenience. Staff should have been cleaning the bathrooms rather than close the pool early.

Just a one night stay while traveling through the desert heat. Very clean, pleasant staff, nice amenities. Will definitely stay here again but in fall or spring when it’s not so hot.

We were treated with coldness and dismissal. We were given all the information needed to find our site as well as the passcodes for the restroom and showers; however, the water wasn't working in the showers. The night we were there a race car driver fired up his car and moved it into his trailer at 10:30 p.m. The site itself was nice enough, but the experience was horrible.

Staff is very friendly, and helped me book a spot while I was on the road. This KOA is clean and is a easy stop just off Hwy 15. The spots are good size with power and water. I will come back here again.

It was an average temperature there about 112 degrees, and most of the sites could not support one AC unit, let alone multiple AC's to keep our RV's cool. Even running one AC unit, the pedistal shore power was shutting off every few minutes, then every few hours. I had to run my generator many times to try and keep our RV cool. This was the problem for most of the RV sites.

I'm surprised you sent me this survey knowing how I feel about KOA now. Especially this campground. I'd give 0 stars if I could. This place is a nightmare and after trying to talk to corporate about my issues, I'm completely done with KOA. Their only concern is making money. They don't care one bit about their customers. They don't have to. They have millions of customers a day.
