This was the first time we have stayed in a KOA cabin and it was fantastic. We had a deluxe cabin with just the right amount of amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful. My granddaughter loved the playground and the jump pad. Overall and wonderful 2 nights spent at this KOA. The only think we wish would have been different is we would have liked a fire ring for a "real" campfire.

Could have used a few more items in the cabins NO cooking items available ie: pots, pans, spatula, can opener. BBQ provided but nothing to flip our food with

Very nice and friendly. Only things were we had no stove last time we did it's in cabin 1. Now that we no we will request that one. Bathtub is to high slip and fell getting out.brusied my right side.but over it was a great time.

Stayed in one of the cabins, very clean, the TV could have been updated but we didn't stay to watch TV, we added one more person to our cabin but they left no bedding for him, no big deal he ended up staying with friends

Went during slow season. There was trash around the property in the overflow area. The deluxe cabin itself pleasant enough. Some repairs can be made within the cabin. Broken part in the "kitchen" area. Staff was pleasant. Can't speak for the common areas. The jump mat was not in use. The facility was just a stop on our way home from Arizona.

We had an amazing time. The caboose was very fun, and I loved that the camp site had everything. Clean bathrooms, warm showers, laundry. a store. It was perfect for our family. Thank you!

We stayed in October, and they have many fun halloween activities. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The campground was well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Always love staying here.

We stayed at the caboose and it was a fun experience! It's a step up from tent camping with small luxuries like a microwave, fridge, and TV/WiFi in a comfortable room. We stayed in the later part of the summer when the temps got in the high 90s and the room stayed cool. No shortage of activities in or near the park and the desert grounds well kept, facilities clean and the staff was very friendly

We enjoyed our stay in a cabin at the Barstow/Calico KOA in early September. The cabin was clean but needed to have several things repaired. Someone should train the cleaning staff to NOT put the kitchen garbage can under the nightstand next to the bed. But, the view at night from the front porch was amazing as was the early morning sunrise.

My previous two stays were in cabin #5, which was in good shape. this time I was in #4, which had problems: burnt-out light bulbs; a non-functioning wall socket; an almost non-functional water heater; and a defective bathtub/shower fixture that would not send more than a trickle through the shower. The staff was friendly enough, and before I left, I alerted them to these deficiencies.

Terrible customer service. Terrible cabins. Terrible quality. Rude staff. Enough said. Please don’t go here. KOAs are suppose to stand for quality and this place is the worst of any I have stayed. The staff will take your money and offer no accommodation. Worse they will put your health as risk with no concern for your well being. They don’t deserve your business.

Just a one night stay while traveling through the desert heat. Very clean, pleasant staff, nice amenities. Will definitely stay here again but in fall or spring when it’s not so hot.

This is the best KOA I've ever stayed in. The bathrooms were amazingly clean, well-kept and spacious. The pool was clean and easy to access. The cabin itself was wonderful. The air conditioning worked wonderfully well, the stove, microwave, refrigerator, and extra dishes were lovely. It was a beautiful oasis in the middle of an otherwise boring leg of our road trip.

The cabin we stayed in was perfect and made our visit very nice; it had plenty of space and was nice to have the kitchenette and full bath. Also appreciated that the KOA had backup power because the power went out in all of Barstow the night we were there but we had lights and ac and everything because of site's back up generator. It was a good visit for us.

I stayed there with my BF and it’s was a very pleasant stay very quite, relaxing and clean. We also wanted to upgrade our reservation and was able to do so with out a problem. I would go back.

The staff was very friendly. My kids loved the pool and I really enjoyed the hammocks. Our cabin was gorgeous and enjoyed by all.

Super disappointed. The deluxe cabin was expensive and yet lacked basic amenities like barbecue tools and other kitchen basics. Our reservation was for 4 people and we paid extra for the two kids yet the bunk beds were not made up and we were only provided 2 towels. The hot water was very inconsistent going from freezing to scalding (not good for kids showering by themselves). Not worth the money.

We stayed in a cabin. It was great! It was clean, spacious for our needs, and the a/c was a plus. We had our own shaded shelter with a picnic table and plenty of room to do our activities and cook. The maintenance crew was helpful and friendly. We were able to do a fire pit on both nights we stayed. I will definitely be back with our family.

The Deluxe Kamper Kabin was way better than I expected. Everything was great except the pool was unavailable due to some chemical issues. Glad we had a functioning air conditioner for the 108+ degree weather. All areas I entered were clean and well kept.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was out of order and the weather was over 100 degrees, so that was a bit disappointing. The jump pad looked pretty worn out and dirty. The store was a perfect combination of necessity and extras. The cabin fit our family perfect, and there was ac! There were more extras than expected, we had a great vacation overall.

Really beautiful scenery. It was clean. The cabin we stayed in was nice but lacked basic supplies like paper towels and trash bags. Also, some more utensils, bbq utensils, a pot, pan, spatula, cutting knife would be nice in the kitchen area. The hot water went in and out in the shower and there was no drain plug to use for the tub so we could only take showers.

It was Fantastic, we arrived late Thursday and they let my know the AC would be on. And it was nice in our Cabin. Every one was great there.
