Always a pleasure to stay here when headed to California. It is wonderful to have a employee meet us when we arrive even when it is super late. The gentleman treated us wonderfully and was very friendly.

Tent sites were great, private, and well equipped for a primitive spot and the restrooms were clean and private (which is a nice change of pace from most KOA's). Great views all around and great restaurants and attractions nearby.

This was our second time staying there. Great improvements on the bathrooms, cabins, and the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Online booking was easy. Check in great! Bathrooms were warm, clean and the hot showers were amazing. Only issue we had was the sound of traffic all night long hindered our sleep as it was constant, loud, and we were sleeping in a tent. Would stay again as it was super easy to get to, cheap, and the right distance we needed to drive.

I rate it a HIGH 10 for the customer service, the cleanliness, the overall help that I received!!! The only down side for me was the nonstop freeway noise at night and that was only bothersome because I was in a tent. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. O, and the dog play area was nice because it was sandy instead of pea gravel.

The staff were friendly, we appreciated the military discount, and the wifi was excellent. However, the site was very dusty and had no parking pad, no gravel or asphalt. Worse, the shower stall was disgusting. Water pooled around my feet so I lifted the mat and found your wads of hair under it. The walls looked dirty and were slimy. The stall clearly had not been cleaned in a long time.

driving from Northbay Ca. to AZ and decided to stop and car camp for the night. the amenities and grounds were clean, the host was pleasant would definitely stay again if I am in the area

We were treated with coldness and dismissal. We were given all the information needed to find our site as well as the passcodes for the restroom and showers; however, the water wasn't working in the showers. The night we were there a race car driver fired up his car and moved it into his trailer at 10:30 p.m. The site itself was nice enough, but the experience was horrible.

I'm surprised you sent me this survey knowing how I feel about KOA now. Especially this campground. I'd give 0 stars if I could. This place is a nightmare and after trying to talk to corporate about my issues, I'm completely done with KOA. Their only concern is making money. They don't care one bit about their customers. They don't have to. They have millions of customers a day.

The wonderful woman who runs the desk answered the phone after hours and helped me get around a road closure to find my way there. She was helpful when I arrived. The campsites are clean as are the bathrooms. The showers however are kept off until 8am? I’m an early riser and a shower is the only reason I justified the $48 price of staying here. We love your facility in Barstow. You have a lot of activities available for adults and kids. You have a brand new basketball court, swimming pool, billiards and pingpong tables with no additional charges. There’s also playgrounds for small kids. There’s also laundry facility and hot shower. When we stayed here, we slept inside our suv. We can’t believe you also have a dry camping for that

I came in after a very long drive and it was an easy check-in and the pool was fantastic but I wish you were assigned in the bathroom explaining the showers because it was some push button thing I didn’t know if I took money is no explanation there so I gave up and didn’t get a shower which would’ve been nice!

The only complaint I have is that the on line reservation said they only had two tent sites available which were the most expensive ones but when we got there, there were more than two site available. If I were you , I would call the location and check availability.

Loved our stay. Staff was friendly. The pool was amazing for the kids and I enjoyed my time in the hot tub. There is so much to do within the campground.

The campground was good. I appreciated how quiet it was, and my kids loved playing in the game room. The pool didn’t seem clean but the restrooms where good. My main problem was that it was way too hot but that’s my fault for booking a place in the desert Memorial Day weekend.

We had a great stay here. Bathrooms and showers were kept very clean our entire stay so props to that. ��� Staff was very friendly. I’m going back again in July!!
