We have stayed at hundreds of parks over the years, Marlene and David are by far the BEST camp Host we have ever met. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Great group of people that run the operation. They made it a better trip, because they knew the local AREA and could share local attractions, beaches, restaurants and info about ANP.

We were met by the owner and a porch full of seasonal campers when we arrived. It was wonderful e and cheese night and we happily took part and met the regulars. The owners were Marlene and David were amazing and did everything in their power to make our stay a wonderful memory. Coming back. Staying longer. Will be telling all our friends about this place!! Best KOA we have been at yet!

Begged us to make sure we gave a good rating, shouldn't have to if you have a good camp ground. people living there very noisy, sawing/ leaf blower in the morning, working on golf carts. We were trying to enjoy our vacation.

First of all we do not beg for ratings, our ratings speak for themselves! What you were asked was to let us know if you had any issues if you had one. And you did not. This is the quietest park during quiet hours. When quiet hours are over people do make some noises and some of those noises are us working on our park.Also, we were completely sold out over your stay with no other complaints

We have stayed at many KOA's, but this stay was the best. Campground was kept very nice, well groomed and manicured. Hosts were fantastic. Have traveled to Maine three times, this time was the best. Hats off to Marlene and David, you were great and so was the Lobster Quiche.

The park is very clean. The amenities of concrete patio with patio table and chairs are the finest we have experienced on a two week trip. The hosts are very friendly making stay feel "homey."

We enjoyed the campground along with our two sons and families. The campsites were really nice and the bathrooms clean (which means a lot). My husband enjoyed visiting with the owners who were very friendly and helpful. We would camp there again if every back in Maine.

This campground was great and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and appreciated the casual, congenial, and fun atmosphere. Very pleased with our short stay and hope to get to stay again in the future!

One of the best KOA's we have ever stayed at. Comfortable, quiet and cozy. Thanks to Marlene and Dave, the owners, this KOA is kept up to an A+ rating. They do all the little things right for their guest. It is like family. The campgrounds are centrally located between Bar Harbor and Rockland. The area has a lot to see. We are newbies to the camping world and this was an excellent experience for us. They drove down to the site with us and guided us into our site. David and Marlene were the most gracious hosts. They went over and above to even help us fix an electrical problem we had. Our neighbors were experienced campers and gave us some great tips for our stay here and future trips. We would come back!

Great Host and Hostess. Perfect location to travel from to visit Bar Harbor, Winter Harbor and Boothbay Harbor. Wonderful Staff and support. Would stay there again in a skinny minute.

First time we stayed at this KOA. Very nice campground. Would recommend this campground to couples and families with children. Price was great, customer service was great and very quiet at night. Thank you.

Very Friendly Folks! Helped our large family (7 kids, 5 adults) on two sites. Kids loved the music in shower room and pool was perfect. Kids loved the jump pad and shady playground. Down side was the wi-fi and cramped showers with tough to adjust water temp. Wi-fi kicked off after 30 seconds, Dryer &Washer(2 each) are also cramped, but heavy duty machines. Access after hours requires clicker.

Very pleasant hosts even gave us a # for a local AC guy when we lost it..,.managed to squeeze in a lot of local sites

We are here for our first time with a new to us camper. From the welcome at the office to the Easter egg hunt and train ride, this is a great place to stay with family and friends. The pool is nice and bath house clean. You can tell the owners run a place they are proud of. We will be back!
