Nice sites very freindly owner. Never neen.toma campsite.where the owner helped back in.camper amd.make sure was level before he went back to work. Deffintly will go back

I love it there because of friendliness and all,the activities. Only downfall is poor tv reception if any plus internet wasn't always available. The sites are very nice but mostly they always made me feel like family. See you in the spring.

Didn't want to leave! Really enjoyed the campground and the activities they offered. The owners, Marlene and David, are awesome. They made me feel right at home. I definitely would come back next time I am in Maine.

Clean and quiet campground. Everyone we met was very helpful and friendly! Very convenient camp store had anything we needed but forgot to bring. Only thing we didn't like was how bright the porch light was from the cabin at the neighboring site. When it was on it lit up our entire site as well. Our last night the cabin was occupied and the light was left on all night making it difficult to sle

The Estates (68) was lovely for a week,but we made the Village our home for 21 more. David and Marlene are wonderful hosts. This could soon be a number 1 KOA! We’ll come back. We travel in a 38ft. Winnebago Adventurer with tow Thank you!

The cabin was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the fun activities (tie dye, candy hunt, etc.) and the overall experience.

It was a great 5 weeks experience. The camp ground is at a great location, off the beaten path of tourists, but centralized to all points of interest. The campground is clean, family friendly, lots of activities, super friendly owners, quiet, and many shady trees. We do highly recommend this campground. Our experience there and Maine was nothing but fantastic and memorable.

This KOA deserves more than a 10 rating. You are greeted at the front door upon arrival. The patio sites are great! You can tell that the owners take pride in their campground. The grounds are very well kept. This KOA should be the KOA standard. The dog park is very nice with grass and not rock. Very nice!

The bathrooms are antiquated (we were on site 33), extremely limited on space, suitable for a child. Our site was postage stamp sized. Very clean however. Have stayed several times, and no changes in updating. If KOA is now the owner, they need it to meet KOA standards. Francis Griffin - Westborough,

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay yet you kept coming back,till now. KOA does NOT own this park. You should have taken a ride around as there has been many upgrades and just because it is a KOA does not mean the park has to be rebuilt. IT TAKES TIME!! Also, if you want larger sites like our 40'x100+'sites you need to ask for them. Don't ask for our cheapest site available as you did!

It's a 10/5 for the new lower section. Nice large gravel sites with cement patio's and brick fire pits. Upper section is smaller sites and a bit close together. New franchise (1-2 yrs) and owners are putting a lot of work into it with upgrades, widen sites, etc. They're doing a great job with the place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay (10 days).

Wonderful site for our motorhome and toad. One of the best KOA's in our 38 years of RV'ing The hosts were outstanding, always ready to help, and so very friendly.

Marlene and David went above and beyond when it came to their hospitality. There was an air of family around the store and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back next year. Even though some of the sites are close we felt we were in a secluded site.

Staff were really welcoming upon arrival and always there to answer any questions. The campground was quiet and clean. Enjoyed our stay there for 5 nights. Great base amp for Acadia.

Beautiful campground, very nice and helpful people. The campground is close all the sites. We love the free blueberry pancakes on Sunday morning

We chose this campground as it was relatively close to town our grandchildren live in. It was our first time there, the grandkids and us loved it. Kid friendly, staff, campers all so very friendly, very safe environment. Reservations all made for next year.

Great people. Most friendly people and pretty site. They were so helpful that they loanded us a car to get groceries. Thank you so much for the experience that we booked another KOA during our trip and cancelled the other place we were going to stay at.

We are here for our first time with a new to us camper. From the welcome at the office to the Easter egg hunt and train ride, this is a great place to stay with family and friends. The pool is nice and bath house clean. You can tell the owners run a place they are proud of. We will be back!
