Amazing hospitality, friendly staff. The grounds are well maintained. We were there for about 5 weeks waiting to purchase and get into a house. If I had to do it again I would definitely stay there.

Amazing family time! Our first time visiting and we have already planned our next stay for September! We were a large family but they still made sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t let the rain stop us on Saturday, started out with a fun train ride, Egg hunt, the kids wanted to go swimming, they opened the pool for us, we had a great time, even us adults joined in on the rainy day swim!

Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. The sanitary disposal containers in the stalls were full to the top the whole 3 days we were there. The same stray hairs were around the sinks as well. Other than that, all was fine!

We ask our campers to please let us know during your stay if there is something we could do. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our park we are sorry and are making changes to ensure this doesnt happen again.

Zero privacy, nothing for kids to do, old equipment, pool was gross at the bottom, too many rules, zero woods. People love to stare at you the entire time. Boring. A park for the elderly.

Your in-laws have been seasonals here for years and love it. It is very hard to try to entertain when the state of Maine is not allowing us to do any kinds of activities. Leaves in the pool will make it messy, but as you know, they do fall. Rules are to keep everyone safe. Fun is what you make of it

Everyone was very nice only complaint is there was weeds in the gravel area of out deluxe patio area and the patio chairs were dirty and molded

Agree with the weed issue. It is hard to get on the sites to spray when they are being used. July & August are hard to get this done. The chairs are brand new. This was not mold but from our beautiful oak trees but it does look like it and we will try to get it off. Thank you for the feedback

Great people that own the place providing a friendly atmosphere. Great people staying there and servicing the property. My second year going will stay there probably every year it was that nice. Sites were terrific. Thanks, Rick & Lisa

Very nice park. We stayed in a Patio site and it was really big and nicely done. Great fire pit, furniture and pad. Lots of seasonal campers but the ones we met were friendly. The place is clean and the owners are nice and friendly and helpful. we had a great time and will certainly return.

When I first booked this stay and was asked about my arrival I said I would be there around 5-9pm. I received a call asking the exact time as we didn’t want to awake the other people in the grounds if I was arriving late in the night. I rearranged plans to make sure I arrived in a earlier time. In my stay some1 arrived a midnight incredibly loud and rude slamming car doors. Would Not stay Aga

Sorry we had to hear this thru a review. The person you spoke of did not check in late, but had very bad camper etiquette. There seems to be a lot of that this year. We cannot force people to be back on park at a particular time once they have checked in. If you told us, we could have talked to them

We stayed in the camping cabin for two nights. The bed was clean but the table cloth came up dirty when wiped.. The wooden bathroom floors needed to be cleaned with water and disinfected and mold around toilets attended to. Men's room mirror was old and hard to see to shave. One porch chair broken. Dumpster was way too stinky. We liked using the camping cabin and will do it again.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Bathrooms do need updating and working on it but very clean. You need to let the office know when you have an issue. Everything cannot be brand new every year at a campground but we are always working on it. Your input is welcomed but wished it was while you were he

The owners are amazing ! The place is very clean and the cabins , bathrooms and laundry rooms are very clean. All the employees are very friendly. Everyone treats you like family even the seasonals. Love it there . Been going there for 4 years now

A wonderful facility. Everything you could ask for- and more : super friendly staff, helpful. Great pool. Great store and ice cream shack. Lots of kid activities . Everything first rate. Our highest recommendation .

Had a great stay! Owners are very friendly and helpful! Asked us if we wanted lobster for our first night, prior to our arrival.We asked for firewood and they left us a bundle at our site For arrival. The cabin was so clean and the campground was very quiet. The only drawback we encounter was the internet speed for tv, not our main reason for stay anyway. Great location, will stay again

We always have a good time staying here. The new deluxe pull-thru sites are real nice. We'll be camping here again in the future.

We have a seasonal set at Fort Knox KOA, because of a upcoming Heart Surgery coming up we had to pull out early this year, Dave and Marlene were very understanding with that, they are very good hosts, we will be back next season and can’t wait Richard & Sue

we had a lot of fun in the little premium cabin! Everything was in perfect condition, and the patio was very nice. The owners are lovely people, and we enjoyed our vacation very much! They even have Moxie in the store-my favorite!

This was by far and away the best KOA we have ever stayed at. The owners were the most hospitable and so incredibly helpful with their advice. Facilities were awesome and we had a great tent site. I highly recommend the pizza at their onsite snack shop!

We are here for our first time with a new to us camper. From the welcome at the office to the Easter egg hunt and train ride, this is a great place to stay with family and friends. The pool is nice and bath house clean. You can tell the owners run a place they are proud of. We will be back!
