Nice little place and I will return. I love the fact that the bike trails are right there. The KOA crew there were very nice and always helpful. We had a good time.

Loved the location and setup of the overall KOA. The river and trees give the feel of solitude even though we are near the highway.

The ladies at the counter are extremely friendly and sociable which is difficult to accomplish during the COVID and fires at Glenwood Springs. They managed to keep it together and accommodate folks to the best of the KOA capabilities. Thanks Ladies!

The cabin was very nice and clean. The camp is very pretty and the river is right along camp. Everyone was very nice and super helpful. The dog park was very big. We would love to stay again!

We loved our cabin (#16) and loved the campground. The cabins are stocked with essentials like soap and toilet paper and wonderfully clean. Hosts were kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

due to fires, we could not get out of the valley, they had been fully booked earlier but checked if someone else cancelled etc. they had one opening and it was so beautiful, mature trees, river behind our site, fire pit, we could not use but nice extra seating and location. bathrooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. after driving for five hours and getting nowhere it was a great!

A WONDERFUL place. Stayed in Cabin #10 along the river. Clean, had everything we needed. Staff was super friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Tent site was large enough for two tents, with a gravel pod. Pool was closed (due to Covid) and this should be mentioned in the website. When we arrived (~ 4 pm) there was no more ice. Our tent site was in front of the road, and it was noisy the whole night.

I liked the alternate route into the shower house instead of ducking under the railing or having to walk around the long way.

This KOA was the best of three that we stayed at on this last trip. This one, like all the others was very clean and the people were very friendly. What made this one different was that this KOA actually spaces you out. You're not on-top of other campers like we experienced at the other campsites. We backed up to the stream behind us, and had space between us and the other campers. I recommend it.

Our family had a wonderful time! The cabin was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed.The large patio, grill, and fire pit accommodated our large family from 3 cabins for evening meals, roasting somemores, and singing around the campfire. A truly memorable time.

Beautiful surroundings. Lots to do. Super clean cabin and campground. Disappointed that the pool was closed; should have updated that on the website. Great campground though!

I love this KOA! We reserved a few cabins and spent some time with family. It was wonderful to gather around the campfire every night. There is so much to do. The hosts are so helpful and nice! Thank you for another great trip!

Well, it was nice the first night. The next day a large note was duct taped to my tent. We were told we had 2 many tents; one for me (mom) and when for my 16 yr old son. The tent pad itself could have held 4 tents- it was huge. The reprimand (4 no reason) put a damper on our 2nd nite. I felt like they were being prejudicial. My bad?

Loved staying at the crystal river KOA! Great sites with concrete patios and patio furniture. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great location. We’re planning to return next summer.

We really enjoyed our cite by the Crystal, Immaculate cite lot of work to install infrastructure and concrete patio slab great configuration. The new bath house and sewage/plumbing infrastructure was a wonderful investment and benefit for the guest. well done. The maintenance crew was everywhere making it immaculate. Invite me back. Great site, fire pit, tables and chairs were very nice to enjoy our time. Facilities were extra clean and it was easy to maintain COVID restrictions. Thank you for the great weekend accomodations.

Your staff are wonderfully helpful & positive...the grounds are well maintained & planned out. Ladies room clean & kept up...I had a delightful tent spot on the water....what I did manage to need, last minute, you had stocked (ice, firewood, kindle & starter)...second time I’ve stayed here & already planning to return...so grateful for your COVID-19 preparedness, signage & mask wearing! Thanks

This is a very nice KOA located off of Hwy 133 at the base of Mt. Sopris giving spectacular views of the mountain here in Carbondale, Colorado. The colors of fall adds to beauty of Carbondale and the cool temperatures prepares you for winter. This campground provides you necessities for RV living, though it it not a complete hookup with no dumping for your RV. You will have to dump at the dump site when you are full or before you leave. Other then that, great place, great location, and great customer service.
