Thanks for a great time! We stayed 3 nights and it rained HARD the last night. We are experienced tent campers and were happy our riverside site drained well and we were dried out and on our way by late morning. The park is large but doesn't feel crowded at all. Beautiful surroundings and the hosts are well deserving of the praise they receive. We'll stay again soon.

We loved the campground, would have been better if our site wasn’t so secluded. Wifi across the campground would have been helpful but understandable if not possible. All in all had a great time and the ground was well kept up.

One of the prettiest campgrounds we have ever stayed at. Pay the extra money and stay on the river, it’s a great treat for the family.

The staff is exceptional, the lady at the desk stayed past closing time to help us check out a cabin at the last minute. Everyone is friendly and ready to help out wherever they can.

Hosts were extremely friendly and the camp ground was very nice and clean. A nice pool, bikes available to rent and a even a corn hole game set up. Our only complaint was the bed in cabin #3. The mattress was uncomfortable. Extremely firm with no padding. Sleeping on that mattress was very difficult. If you stay in Cain #3 bring a mattress pad.

Nice campground. Love the concrete patios. Spaces a little too close together, but enjoyed our stay.

Hosts were wonderful, site was nice, lots of highway noise. Dog play area was great, overall setting was beautiful.

We love this KOA; it is by the river with great shaded spots. It was nice to have the pool open this year after being there last year during Covid closures. Enjoyed our 5 days there! �

What a great Campground !!! The staff was super friendly and willing to help with any questions. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Would definently stay there again.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Picnic table and chairs at our cabin were small and uncomfortable. Luckily we brought our own. The cabin was very nice and clean. Toilet efficient and quiet. Tub could use refinishing. Kitchen quite nice. Beds comfortable. Very glad for the fan! Bike path was really a nice surprise.

I drove an extra hour to get to this Carbondale KOA. I-70 near Glenwood Springs was closed (flash flooding) There was a detour that added time. Check in was really warm and welcoming. They knew about the closure and were helping travelers find their way to the Carbondale KOA. I felt like it was a stress buster to be greeted with such a warm welcome, thanks. My 3rd visit to this KOA. Thanks!

Our campsite was nice and spacious, right by the river. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area was quiet, no loud campers or constant traffic. I wish the bath house was a tab bigger, another stall would be good for busy mornings. Overall, we were lucky to find a good spot during the busy summer season close to town.

This KOA is a great place to visit. Out spot was right next to the river. The bathrooms were clean and just right. The only thing that would make it better is to place more hooks on the walls above the sinks to hang my toiletry bag but that’s all I can think of. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

90/100 for comfort/cleanliness, stayed here 20 years+ has improved tremendously under current management. only gripe with cancelled and no shows not becoming available in timely manner. In many occasions, we were interested in renting extra cabin when all solid booked by 8:00pm (office closed), next morning found several unclaimed cabins. worth revising cancel policy& small refund & allow rebook

This is a beautiful campground with absolutely everything you’ll need. The office/general store has an awesome selection of needs and souvenirs. Clean bathrooms - great facilities.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations. We stayed in the teepee. It was comfortable, clean and fun!! My kids loved the pool and my husband loved fishing the river. The highway noise was loud and the dog park being right next to the teepee was also loud at 6 in the morning, but other than that, it was great!

This is a very nice KOA located off of Hwy 133 at the base of Mt. Sopris giving spectacular views of the mountain here in Carbondale, Colorado. The colors of fall adds to beauty of Carbondale and the cool temperatures prepares you for winter. This campground provides you necessities for RV living, though it it not a complete hookup with no dumping for your RV. You will have to dump at the dump site when you are full or before you leave. Other then that, great place, great location, and great customer service.
