Small, intimate campsites. Very Family Friendly or nice for a single person like me who wanted a calm, safe place to stay. Affordable and the staff was nice.

The tent site was nice and clean, good facilities, and close to the creek. However, there was a lot of road noise and the sites were directly next to each other with little to no privacy. Reasonable location and close to hiking, though not a true wilderness/mountainy camping experience

Lovely stay!! I loved how clean the bathrooms were. I wish there were a little more amenities like decaf coffee and milk alternative creamers and a little more privacy from other tent sites. But this was a great KOA and would go back.

Louise and Sue were extremely helpful and courteous!! The campground was well kept, no trash, restrooms/shower clean. I’ll DEFIANTLY be back!!!

One of the nicest spots I’ve stayed. The tent spots are not an after thought and are placed in a restful environment. In fact the design of this koa is very thoughtful. Thx.

We were staying in a tent site & really appreciated the nice woman who let us hang out inside the office building during a heavy rain. She even gave us some very tasty tea! Good free coffee & very nice restroom too. Can’t wait to visit again thanks -

We camped at a river side tent area and it was beautiful. Also the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed a lot.

Got there after office hours. Packet was there with all information per previous phone message. Second time camping there. Beautiful area. Would return again.

What a find! Most spectacular location right on Chrystal river plenty of bike paths and close to Aspen for day trip. Clean clean clean very well organized would stay there again no problems! A+

Monica the manager was very pleasant and the showers were new and clean. Slept suprisingly well considering I got the last site near the road.

We stayed at a tent site on the river with our dogs, it was perfect! The dog park was a huge bonus. The facilities were clean, staff was super friendly!

What a great KOA! I cannot say enough good things about this campground — and that's even with not having access to the clubhouse and pool (covid-related)! The staff are ALL amazingly kind and helpful. The individual tent sites are beautifully kept up. The dog park area is huge and the dog owners were considerate and interesting people. GREAT! Do know wifi does not extend to the outer tent area.

Had a wonderful time! Patty at the front desk was a pleasure from the first time we spoke. She helped me make my reservation and knew me by name when I arrived. The grounds were clean and the staff friendly. The showers were hot and clean.

We had a great stay!! We got stuck in traffic on I70 and they called and let us know we're to get our information for our site since we arrived late. It was great they did that. Also very good directions on how to get to our site. Bathrooms were also very clean and so was the site. We didn't have a river site but next time we will try get one of those. Thanks!

I stay there about once a month in my truck box camper. Staff is always very friendly and informative. Bathrooms are always spotless and the grounds well kept. I can’t wait for my next stay!

We had a big tent site with picnic table and fire pit. Bathrooms were very clean and pleasant. The host was very nice and helped us locate our tent site. A great stay. Thanks.

This was my third stay at your campground and everything was up to standard (or above) as expected. I will return in another year or two & enjoy the offroad activities in the area,as well as the fly fishing.

Very scenic spot with Sopris mountain in the background and the Crystal river right there. The park was very clean. The restrooms were exceptional. Customer service was great. The only drawback is the highway noise which isn't too bad at night.

Views of Mount Sopris and river side campsite, what else can you ask for. KOA is close to restaurants, shops and many hiking trails. We had an awesome stay hope to come back soon. Thank you

I only stayed one night. I wish I would have stayed longer. Very clean and well laid out. When I go to Carbondale area again. I will definitely stay here.

Loud and you hear cars going by at all times of the night. Wifi was very weak as well, only worked when you were near the entrance of the facility. restrooms were clean though.

Huge tree and bushes in my small tent spot. I camped solo and another solo camper was next to me so it was very quiet. I like how tent spots are separated from motor homes. Fenced area for dogs is really nice. Restroom/showers were very clean. I like that they recycle cans and bottles. Patty and Kim in the office are great. Want to come back when fire restrictions are lifted and sauna is open!

This is a very nice KOA located off of Hwy 133 at the base of Mt. Sopris giving spectacular views of the mountain here in Carbondale, Colorado. The colors of fall adds to beauty of Carbondale and the cool temperatures prepares you for winter. This campground provides you necessities for RV living, though it it not a complete hookup with no dumping for your RV. You will have to dump at the dump site when you are full or before you leave. Other then that, great place, great location, and great customer service.
