Sites are close together. Quiet with minimal road noise. WiFi is very weak, so request a site in the first few rows from the office. We were in Row G. 30amp outlet fried. Thankfully had a surge protector and also a 50 amp converter. Luckily, no fire started. Office sent someone over & could replace it the next day. Visit Carlsbad Caverns, Living Desert Zoo/Gardens, Guadalupe Natl Park

Very friendly staff, nice amenities. We enjoyed the rec room. Would have been nice if the camp store was open a little later but otherwise great! Would definitely stay there again!

Great facilities. Loved the dog park. Hosts were very nice and even escorted us to our site. Price was higher than I expected, but other than that I would highly recommend.

We arrived at dinnertime to learn the restaurant was closed - the only cook was unavailable. It's a 20-minute drive to the nearest restaurant. We couldn't rent a deluxe cabin (we had booked a camping cabin) because we were traveling with our dog. Since we weren't given notice the advertised restaurant was closed, it seems an exception to the policy could have been made so we could cook dinner.

We got a patio site. We were surprised to find a covered swing on our site! Bonus! VERY nice and spacious sites. Decorations were cute. The 'porch' by the office had a swing and giant checkers and chess games. Very friendly staff.

Nice spacious campground. 15 min. To town,45 min to caverns, 1 HR to Rosewell. DRAW BACK no AT&T cell service , no internet service., although they say wifi.

Excellent stay! Facilities and grounds are EXTREMELY clean and organized! Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Grounds are quiet and lots are perfect! This campground may not have lakes and jaw dropping views, but it's still a wonderful place to stay. I can't get over how friendly staff was an how clean it was. Great location! We will definitely stay again!

Lots of space and great view of the stars. Centrally located, so we could do our day trips the Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe Mountains National Parks and Sitting Bull Falls.

Carlsbad KOA was enjoyed by our entire family. Big and clean shower house, fun game room, and a lot of level pull through sites. We would stay here again!

The park is nice. It was so warm and the pool was closed. And no matter how many times I tried I could not get on the Wi-Fi. That is important for us as my husband is disabled and uses the Wi-Fi for some of his own entertainment.

The Internet router was unusable. I was able to go to the office and use the main building router which required me to sit outside before it opened in cold temperatures. The cable was terrible (we got more channels and better quality using our roof antenna). The Office staff was as accommodating as they could be. The grounds were well manicured. The laundry, restrooms, and showers SUPER.

Bathrooms were impeccable! Staff was very pleasant. Nice tent site (covered) Only issue was road noise, unavoidable in that location.

There is no light on entrance sign, impossible to see at night. WiFi would not work. Sticker grass everywhere..Park was very clean and we'll kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

on arrival the pool was closed for the season (late September in New Mexico), the ice machine was out of order and we were informed that there was no BBQ available for either night of our stay - something we had been looking forward to. No apologies and full rate was charged.

One of the best KOA's we've ever been. Huge pull-thru spots with lots of space for your vehicle. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Showers and bathroom were spotless and the laundry room was top notch. Easy access to the Caverns and Roswell, worth being a bit out of the way. Definitely will stay again.
