Nice park, good stay, laundry facility excellent! Great cabke too. Would have rated 4 except for wifi that was non-existant during our 3 night stay. We were told that wifi could be hit or miss (what???)! Sorry, but $65 per night with no wifi is not acceptable. People need wifi. Could not even get e-mail except for using our own wifi hot spot. Need to work on this.

Spaces are large, the staff is excellent, and the grounds are beautiful. We’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely be back in the future.

Poor internet, lack of shade and so many dried burrs all over that it made it difficult for our dog to walk around. They easily get stuck on the bottom of your shoes and tracked into your RV.

I was there 3 nights and no internet and pool was closed..those 2 things were the reason I chose that location. I believe I should have been notified that they were not available..I would not have come...the campsite was great except it was not cleaned...I am traveling cross country and had reservations for 5 different KOAs..this is the only 1 I had issues with..great location tho

This a very well maintained park. The interior roads are gravel but are very dusty, probably due to the lack of rain in the area. The site spacing is wide and the pull thru long. I will stay there again.

Friendly. Efficient, big spaces. The swing was a nice addition. We had a covered patio and the furniture was splattered all over with pigeon poop as well as the patio. We spent 45 minutes hosing and wiping things down before we could use it.

Facilities were really nice, bathrooms and laundry were spotless. Our biggest issue was goathead stickers in the grass. They got on everything, stuck to shoes and dog’s feet, tracked into the rig. Those things are evil, we’re still dealing with them after we’ve left. Ugh.

We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff that took us to our location and explained all of the hookup options. This place had a small view of the lake, with lots of grass and amenities it was a great place to stay. I would definitely go back to stay again when I am in the area. They also offered an amazing BBQ dinner to purchase if you don't want to leave the campground which we enjoyed!

Everything was clean, nice level sites, fun things to do for kids, very friendly and helpful staff! Our only reason for giving the rating of a 4 was the Wifi....there was none! I mean they have wifi....it just didn't work the whole time. Other than that it was perfect!

Great campground but wish it was closer to Carlsbad. They have very good evening meals onsite and everyone was extremely nice.

Stayed 2 nights. First night woke middle of night with headache from strong sulfur smell from off-burning of nearby oil fields, Nice size camp sites, Nice area for dogs to play off leash. Not as close as I thought it would be to Carlsbad Caverns. We tried a meal one night and found it lacking. Sweet potato fries were way undercooked. Smoked turkey was ok. My husband enjoyed the pork

Out of the few KOA’s I have stayed at this was by far my favorite. The location, the amenities and nature aspect of the park was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Fantastic!! So clean! Friendly staff and lots of fun games to play. The location is great . . . We visited Carlsbad caverns and sitting Bull falls from here.

Shortly before we went to bed a rank septic odor started in the campground. We couldn’t sleep and I got physically sick from the smell. It was dark and we couldn’t identify if a dumping was going on or if someone’s hose was leaking but we were not hooked up so it wasn’t us. We closed our windows, too late, and got by until morning and the odor was gone at 7 am! The odor ruined our one nigh

Wonderful campground. The staff is accommodating and very friendly. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The laundry room is top notch. Definitely stay here is you are visiting Carlsbad Caverns National Park.

Excellent BBQ and able to have delivered to site!! Loved this after a long day of travel. Dog parks were the nicest we have seen in a long time.

Great amenities, very clean & easy access especially for the big rigs. The KOA sign is a bit off the highway & was not lighted therefore was not visible after sunset. I think the light may be there & just need to be replaced.

No internet for the 4 nights we were there. Workers not as friendly as 3 years ago. Didn’t even wave as they drove by& I had waved at them.

Truly terrific campground. Immaculate care of the grounds and amenities. Dakota was extremely helpful in helping us find things to do locally. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the park to our camping friends. Thanks for the experience.

Wonderful location. We rented a cabin with 3 and 5 year old. Everything was clean but for the price paid I do think bedding should have been put on beds for us instead of in bags for us to do ourselves. Another complaint was all the weeds with stickers. My kids fell and got stickers on hands and knees and were bleeding. They are all over the campsite.

Veronica was very friendly and helpful during our check-in. Our space was great except for the goathead stickers. The restrooms and showers were very clean. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

One of the best KOA's we've ever been. Huge pull-thru spots with lots of space for your vehicle. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Showers and bathroom were spotless and the laundry room was top notch. Easy access to the Caverns and Roswell, worth being a bit out of the way. Definitely will stay again.
