This was our second visit everyone is so friendly food was great ordered one night had a good time and will be back the park was keep up nicely and restrooms clean.

Nice little oasis! Each spot has good elbow room with strips of grass, and some have trees and nice shade (not exactly what I expected in this area). Large campfire pits and option of BBQ delivered to your site. Great place!

nice pool. nice laundry facilities. nice little restaurant with really good food. Only thing is we got put on the last row with a yard of gopher holes and no shade. I asked if it had a tree and she asked me if I asked for one. Park was very empty so We didn’t have to be there.nice little restaurant with a really nice lady running it.

We asked to switch to a cabin and they said no same day reservations. It says Carlsbad but was about 20 miles outside of town and about 50 miles from the caverns

We had a great stay. Very friendly and very efficient with the quick service.Everything was well kept clean around the whole campground. Will definitely be going back to stay again!!!

That being my husband and I first time ever staying at a KOA we loved it. From the courtesy staff to the very clean restrooms, showers, and pool. The ppl staying there were all so friendly. We definitely plan to go again but this time bring our whole family.

Mosquitoes and flies -wow, bring big spray. Other than that, a large clean well kept campground. Limited pool and office hours. Some shaded sites and close to Carlsbad.

Our stay was just overnight, and did not get to truly enjoy the park. Hope to go back and spend more time there.

Grounds full of stickers,had to be careful walking dogs. Sprinklers flooded the campsite. The pool was ok. I will not stay there again. Should tell your patrons about the 7700 high climb tools cruses.

Besides fire ants + mosquitoes + flies in excess our stay would have been perfection! The camp was beautiful with lots of fun things to do, our personal site included. We certainly expected a level of insects + critters but constantly stepping in a pile of fire ants while being simultaneously swarmed by flies + mosquitoes made us eager to get out of there! You may want to spray!

Just an overnight stay however, grounds very clean and well manicured. Looked like alot to do on-site but again, we just spent on night. Very accommodating.

Beautiful desert location away from city noise and lights. We saw wild quail and lots of stars. Entire campground was spotless. Hookups in fine working order Camp store was well stocked and had the essentials I needed. Staff VERY friendly and helpful getting my TV cable hooked up properly and removing my stuck water regulator. Will stay here again for sure.

We are on a two month road trip. The Carlsbad KOA is one of the nicest private campgrounds in our experience. Friendly personnel, clean, nicely landscaped, adequate Wifi.

Really like the park it was clean and well-maintained and it had a nice pool and a nice game room with lots of things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

This park is 45 minutes from the National Park. Park is well laid out and easy to drive in. Large sites and well maintained.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would return again just based on their customer service. Kept the pool open for the kids to swim and personally made sure we got the the campsites ok and had everything we needed.

Very nice park. Staff was wonderful. We ordered their barbecue and they delivered it to our site! Parking was spacious and comfortable.

Host was very willing and helpful in selecting a great site. My grandson enjoyed the play ground area, pool and clubhouse. Our site was pretty level, no problems with the power or water. We ordered the BBQ and found the meats to be very tasty. We did find that a few of the guest did not maintain their dogs on a lease. Overall we had a great experience and will stay again.

We forgot the hamburger meat for our tacos. The kitchen had brisket cooked and we bought some of that to use with tacos. Great meal. Thanks KOA!

“Late” checkin at 715pm. Hot showers. Wish WiFi would have been faster. Men’s bathroom was closed. Also, suggest you post a sign on free standing showers that there are showers in bathrooms in main building. Did not know that and waited in line to get a shower needlessly

Beautifully maintained camp ground with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Swimming pool is a great feature which we enjoyed a lot.

Very nice staff but the grounds were very unkept. Bathrooms needed updating and were lightly cleaned. We have a small dog and the dog park was covered in ground burrs. The pool and store were very nice.

One of the best kept KOA’s we have stayed with. The staff was friendly and helpful. They resolved all our issues promptly and courteously. We visited Carlsbad Caverns and City of Roswell. The KOA was perfectly situated between both. We would recommend staying at this KOA to all. Kudos to the Carlsbad KOA.

This was our second time out with the RV, and our first time in Carlsbad. Staff there was friendly and helpful, they had all the conveniences that you would need, the facility was clean and well maintained.

One of the best KOA's we've ever been. Huge pull-thru spots with lots of space for your vehicle. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Showers and bathroom were spotless and the laundry room was top notch. Easy access to the Caverns and Roswell, worth being a bit out of the way. Definitely will stay again.
