Campground is clean and organized. The staff, mostly family, goes out of their way to be helpful and pleasant.

Very nice and clean koa. Staff was very nice and professional. Only problem was the sand spurs are everywhere, I think this might be New Mexico problem. Dogs couldn’t stand them

Nice sites, great communication, clean laundry room and restrooms. I would warn people not to be given a site near the playground. We were on E5. We loved watching the kids play but they made our site their walkway and even looked in the door as they passed by. Their parents were just as bad and even rode their bikes through our site. Also kids 5 and 6 were there alone which is against the rules.

We found the check-in process quick and the staff helpful and friendly. Sites are widely-spaced and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay!

It was great, but the restaurant was closed and it is quite far from town. Also further from Carlsbad Caverns than we realized. All the people that work there are really great and hard working. It is a beautiful place with lots of fun things to do on site. The laundry is super clean. Not one thing out of place at this KOA.

I loved the camp map guide with the local attractions. They have a wonderful laundry room and recreation for kids. The layout is nice. Being greeted by Aliens at check in was a nice touch. Only negative was the WiFi was not working but they had someone working on it.

We did not have a reservation and placed a call. They were able to take us and our 5th wheel for the night. Bathrooms/Showers were some of the nicest we have been in at a KOA. Large, clean and private showers. Very impressive. The only downside was the laundry prices. The laundry itself was great with newer machines. Cost for wash was $2.50 and the dryer was 25 cents for only 5 minutes.

Sadly, this campground is in the boonies, about 35 miles north of Carlsbad and 70 miles south of Roswell. There is nothing around for miles. The campground itself is nice. We got there when the winds were TERRIBLE! We lost a wheel cover off of our 45' Entegra Anthem, never to be seen again. We think it's in Texas by now. It got so cold one night our water filter actually burst.

Nice, quiet, far enough off the road so no highway noise & not a bad drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

It was a stop over while heading back to Texas. The pull through site was level and large enough to stay hooked up. The staff was friendly and helpful. The small downside, it was approximately 15 miles from town, so plan accordingly. We will return.

It was only an overnight stay and we arrived late. The lady in the office that I spoke with to let her know that we would be late was very friendly. The site we had was a pull-thru and very easy to get to. The park is in a beautiful setting and Walmart is about 25 minutes away.

We liked the service and sites very much. Very spacious and quiet. It just turned out to be a very long distance into Carlsbad and to the National Parks south of Carlsbad. That distance made the location very quiet however so it becomes a choice. Peacefulness and quiet vs. distance to those locations that are not peaceful. We enjoyed out stay!

Very friendly and helpful people. All staff were very kind. We had to stay longer than expected. No problems with the campground. I decided to become a member because of the stay there.

This is a fabulous park. Clean, well maintained, great staff, and huge level sites. One of the nicest KOAs we have stayed in since starting full time in May 21. Outside town and far enough from road to provide quiet restful location. Large entry lot with room to unhook. Husband is picky..he loved it! About an hour from the Caverns.

One of the best KOA's we've ever been. Huge pull-thru spots with lots of space for your vehicle. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Showers and bathroom were spotless and the laundry room was top notch. Easy access to the Caverns and Roswell, worth being a bit out of the way. Definitely will stay again.
