Nice long wide level sites & a very quiet park. Location was good for the exploration we wanted to do (centrally located). Friendly staff!

We stayed in an RV site and our friends stayed in the Pueblo cabin. The cabin was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left a pot in our friend’s cabin after they had left and two staff members retrieved it from the cabin for me. We really enjoyed our stay and the great service the staff provided.

Enjoyed it and it seemed to be well taken care of except the woman’s restroom. It wasn’t cleaned in our four day stay. No toilet paper or soap.

The KOA staff seemed friendly enough and they had a nice game room and a convenient food ordering service for their guests. I did think the grounds were a bit dirty, dingy and needed some clean up and updating. The little shower house provided needed a thorough cleaning and some updating but the main bathrooms and showers were nice. There was an awful sewer smell the entire 4 days of our stay.

The recreation room was a lifesaver! We had six kids and were traveling in pop up campers so when it was 30 degrees and raining, we needed space to play! It was a holiday week and they were closed on thanksgiving day so the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper in several stalls, but other than that, it was great!

My wife and I are in disagreement over our nickname for this campground. I believe it should be called "Poo Lagoon KOA" and she believes it should be called "Stench Of Mordor KOA" but we can't come to agreement. What we both know is that the campground has a significant and severe odor issue that made it almost intolerable for the one night we spent there. Will never return.

We had a great stay and did lots of sight seeing. The Caverns are fun.

Everything was wonderful except the dog runs had stickers that took us an hour to get out of the dogs paws.

Very friendly staff and the escort to our site was fantastic amenities were good. I would have no problem recommending Carlsbad KOA Holiday.

Friendly staff, clean and well-equipped facilities. We really enjoyed having our own fire pit and the kids loved the playground.

Excellent get away in a secluded yet convenient location. Beautiful scenery and perfect hospitality! The crew really made us feel at home and like we were the only guests there. (Love the dog park!)

A very nice stay! The staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and well kept. The sites weren’t stacked up on each other and landscaping was nice-felt a little less desert! The reasonably priced BBQ was a wonderful surprise for us-no cooking for me� Delivered right to the door.

Homemade BBQ done on site; wide sites and clean restrooms. Even though it’s out in the middle of nowhere, the wide open space views are lovely.

Very nice facility. Spacious, level rv sites. Very friendly staff. They guide you to your spot, make sure you know where everything is. A small but nicely stocked store. They have on site BBQ meal delivery service to your site, was good. Above par hot shower rooms. There was a strong sewer odor at night...facility or camper mishap? Didn't know but that cost a star because it was unpleasant.

Good amenities. BBQ a bonus on our first night in. Location worked for our needs. We had premium site with shade shelter, swing, and iron table. It was great and worth the extra fee.

Nice park, laundry and restrooms/showers very nice, office had lots of things to look at and purchase, liked that we could order food, pizza was delivered hot. Down side: Park wasn't full - would have liked a site that had a tree that was alive. It sure was far out of town....... but we found our way and would go back again. thank you.

The campground was clean along with the restrooms. The people who worked in the office were kind and helpful. You might want to fix the washing machines in the laundry room that were broken.

Very friendly staff! Only reason I didn’t rank it a 5star, is the WiFi. I had a stronger signal on top of the Guadalupe Peak!

Great campground. Very clean. A little bit of a drive to the National Park, but not to bad. Will stay there again if I am in the area.

One of the best KOA's we've ever been. Huge pull-thru spots with lots of space for your vehicle. Everyone working there was really nice and helpful. Showers and bathroom were spotless and the laundry room was top notch. Easy access to the Caverns and Roswell, worth being a bit out of the way. Definitely will stay again.
