This was a nice, convenient campground to stay at while visiting Charleston. Only complaint is that our campsite seemed like it should have had debris from the trees raked up before we arrived. Otherwise it was nice.

Hate to complain, rough area. Police sirens and airplanes flying in. Very close to flight path for airport. People were very nice and helpful. Left a day early and they didn't care.

The sites are great, esp for being right in town. My only recommendations would be to update the kids play area and freshen up some of the activities.

First let me say we were thankful they had a spot. It’s an older KOA the grounds were a little grown up. Our site was H10 & while it was a little hard to get in - it was shaded & mostly quiet. Most of the campsites looked great & they were busy. It is a bit of a drive to get anywhere. It’s off a 4 lane busy road so keep in mind it may take a few minutes to get out. All in all it was an okay KO

the stay was fine, very nice, the only thing I didn't like is your Cable tv. That is the only thing that would keep me from going back, Over all we did have a good time

This is an older KOA with quite a few older campers that look like they might be r monthly renters. We didn’t have any issues the 2 nights we were there but it really needs updating & I can’t believe with all the pet stations with bags that some of these ppl still won’t pick up after their pets.

We always stay at this campground when we travel to and from Florida. There was a huge bush on the left side of our trailer. We had to either pull forward so far and purchase more septic line or back up almost into the street so we could open our slider and still use about 15 feet plus of septic line. Everyone travels too fast there! Constantly felt like we were going to get hit. Very unhappy!

Nice and quiet campground. The location was away from all the hustle and bustle of Charleston.

The front desk staff were very nice. Our site was not level and there were 4 feral cats living on our site that drove our dog nuts. Overall the campground needs better maintenance and looks old and tired. We did not use the pool or rest rooms. The drive to the attractions in Charleston was 30-45 minutes depending on traffic, which was considerable.

It was a short visit, close to family. Only thing I didn't like was the cost. Prices way too costly for electric and water. Would use again, but know long term

Upon arrival I could barely fit my pop-up camper into my reserved slot. On one side was a tent site and the users took the picnik table from my site. On the other side a guy with a truck, fishing boat, and a travel trailer. The entrance into the site was barely wide enough to back my trailer in....AFTER I took my machete to the 2 trees that were overgrown on each side!!! Would not recommend!!

The campground was clean and the staff was very nice. But the airplane and road noise was loud and constant.

We had a 4 day stopover after visiting kids and grandkids in Georgia. A comfortable end of the row site and did not notice any tight turns or smaller than usual sites. Road noise (for us) quieted down at night enough to sleep. The staff was awesome, our only disappointment was other campers not following etiquette. Our campsite was constantly being walked through for them to get to horseshoe pit

Beautiful campground, very mature campground. Wifi was spotty, not good, other wise we really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

There was some good, bad, and ugly here. The good: relatively good location, friendly staff, normal KOA amenities, level sites, and abundant shade in most areas. Wi-Fi worked OK. The bad: occasional noise from planes, trains, and ambulances, aging utilities in many sites (sewers only covered w/bricks, uncovered electrical panels, leaking faucets.) The ugly was several derelict travel trailers.

We found the sites in the back a bit tighter. If there had been camper in front of us we would have needed to take car off to leave which would defeat the idea of a pull thru for us.

Nice and clean we had I think the best spot onsite the only issue was the wild party that was going on till 3 am which kept me awake that was on the adjoining property that was not the campground I spoke to the manager the next day and she said she would address the issue with the other people I don’t blame the Koa as they had no control over the situation I would stay here again

Clean rest rooms and showers. Lots of places to eat within a mile. WI-FI is pretty weak and not reliable.

To be honest after reading the reviews I was a little scared I booked this without looking at the reviews. But after staying there for two nights we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Why didn't l give it a little higher rating is the Landscaping not the flowers there beautiful but just the little weeding little cutting little tidying up would go a long way. I would definitely stay there again.

It backs up to a trailer park where they blast music all night long. The sites are adequate at best. Once I unhooked, I barely had any space to park my truck without fear of it getting hit. The roads aren’t well marked and they are entirely too narrow. The staff is doing the best they can with what they have- not much. Cinder block caps for sewer- ew. And water hookup about to come out of ground

camper lots are small and very close together. Our picnic table was right beside our neighbors sewer line. Play area and pool was nice. Very crowded, almost every lot was full, some are monthly rentals.

We were extremely disappointed with this KOA campground. Cramped and dirty. The camp sights were extremely tight with my neighbors picnic table and fire ring extremely close the the drivers side of my RV and likewise from my rig to the one next to me. The grounds are littered with bits and pieces of litter. The dog park is a dust bowl and unusable because of bits of litter and dog droppings.
