Location was good, staff were friendly. Laundry room could have used rolling basket to help make unloading driers easier.

Very convenient access from interstate and great location to most places to visit in the Charleston area. Campsites were large enough, all utilities worked well. The staff was very friendly and professional. A great place to stay.

It was a nice site but it was not cleaned. Garbage bag still there upon arrival and leaves and grime all over all furniture. For a "deluxe site" I feel it was not with it since I had to spend time cleaning the pad, chairs, table, etc.

Staff was very friendly and campgrounds were nice and clean. Location Was very convenient for the things we wanted to do and see. Only negative comments were the stray cats just everywhere.

Enjoyed the park. The location is convieneint. However, site B4 is a bad site for large motorhomes. There is a power transformer on the ground that is too close to exit by pulling-thru the site. I backed out of the site and then hooked up the tow.

Our site was used by other campers to get to the dog park. Apparently the opening for public use was not open so those with dogs used our site coming and going to the park. Someone had taken down the rope between two trees right where our camper was and that's what everyone used.

Very friendly staff. This was recently turned into a KOA. It has great potential. I bet if I come back next year, it will rate a 5.

We have stayed at several KOA's in the past and have been very pleased. This KOA was not acceptable to us. Most of the lots had very little gravel and when it rained, it was quite muddy. Even though there was a rule that no one could stay over 2 weeks, there were several old and run-down RV's there that obviously had been there for months or longer. The staff there was nice and friendly.

Nice quiet campground. Sites well maintained. Would be nice to have a little more space/privacy, but hard at full capacity.

Super Noisey !!! Not the Camp People, but the Highway, Airport, Navy Base, sirens, etc are close.

Park staff are very friendly and helpful. Our site this time was nice and spacious. I recommend this KOA as long as I am in loops A, B, C or H. The rest of the loops are a hit or miss, because of the close quarters and tight fit and at times some sites get flooded when it rains.

It was a pleasant stay. However I was on the end site and was very close to the road. Bathroom was clean and the park was nice and quiet.

Staff was nice, but some sites were poorly maintained. Entrance shared with full time trailers/RV which appeared run down and trashy, so not aesthetically pleasing upon first sight! Not sure if the full time area next to the KOA would comply to cleaning up it’s area or not!

The site we were assigned to was to small and garbage was everywhere. As we walked around looking for another site all the sites had garbage and not maintained. It is a dismal place! We left early because we didn’t feel safe because they need security on Friday and Saturday nights. No one seemed to care!

Because of it's proximity to a major airport we probably will not be staying there again. Aside from the noise our stay was OK. We had no problems.

The road noise was more than I liked, but it was quieter later in the evening and I realize you can not change that. Our camp site had enough space which some KOAs do not have. The “on sites” bathrooms were in good shape.

We expect more from a KOA. When you first drive up you are greeted with a run down trailer park. The staff was friendly but that’s the only pro I can give this campground. The camp sites are too close together and many permanent trailers were in disrepair with air conditioners hanging out of windows being held in by duct tape. We locked up everything for fear of being stolen.

Obvious no improvements made to this park in years. Run down in need of facelift. Commercial vehicles with negative impact on park allowed. The park staff was excellent as they had no ability to complain to the owner of park.

Have big rig, 45' 4 slides; originally in back-in site, lady in office took us to site to see if we would fit. Would have been pretty tight so she checked out other sites and found a pull-thru for us. A bit tight, filled site to the limit but a lot better than the back-in site. Suited us for the 3 nights we spent there. Staff & neighbors very pleasant; camp store stocked with basic needs

Cabin was as i expected. It was clean and worked well for us. My reason for a lower rating, this KOA did not feel at all like a KOA "campground" but a place where most campers have setup to live. There were a few trailers that looked in bad shape. Nothing wrong with that, only that it was different than expected.

Too crowded, but nice neighbors. My 16’ Scamp was extremely difficult to back into the site (10?) with the two bushes at the entrance and the angle and fire pits.

Should not be a Holiday! Too tight, no way to get level, trashy neighborhood, sirens most of night. Will not go back!

Children that were not campers were allowed to use the basketball court all day Sunday. They used foul language and left trash all over the court. When brought to staffs attention they allowed the children to continue using the court. Campground facilities should be for paying guests only.

Very friendly staff! We were only there one night so not much time to give feedback on anything else. We did enjoy cornhole and fire pit.

The sites were too close!!! My neighbors sewer hook up was under my picnic table. Very loud all night due to trailer park next door. Jets buzzing overhead all hours of the day and night. Had to back out of my pull through site because there's not enough room to turn out. Staff at the front office where very unfriendly when I registered and when I went back to purchase some items. No GOOD KOA!!!

We wanted a campgrounds close to Charleston. The campgrounds was a short 20-30 minute drive to Charleston via I26.

Nothing much good to say about this place. Not very well kept. Some back-in sites difficult to get into and pretty ratty. Old tables at most sites that have seen better days. Bath houses ok but no place to put down your soap when lathering. Won’t stop there again.

the location is good and the campground is clean and well maintained. Like many KOAs it is too close to a large noisy highway and a railroad line (lots of evening and night whistles).

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing that I have to say is that the spring/summer rates jump up to a outrageous amount for full timers

The staff was very capable and friendly, and the premium sites were nice. The rest of the campground left much to be desired, and the location of the campground was horrendous.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to many things we needed. Very clean. Office staff extremely helpful, professional and frirndly. Would return.
