It's too bad there's a derelict building next door which may give people a poor impression, but once in the campground it was fine. We had a large site backing onto woods and found it to be very quiet. We heard a train one night and some sirens but nothing to complain about. We stayed for five nights in a fifth wheel. Didn't use the bathrooms or laundromat.

Very helpful, a nice campsites. Two things could have been better. No fire ring at our campsite. We needed an adopter for 120V. The site service was 240V only. Fortunately the office had a 240V to 120V adapter. Finally ony two stalls in the mens rest room for whole campground.

We had a patio site that was very well outfitted with table,2 chairs,settee, swing, small table, gas grill and not overly expensive. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Sites are KOA close but not overly so.

Poorly maintained, septic receptacle broken, grass not trimmed, depressing entry, fire pits not serviced. Should not be a KOA.

It was a nice location. The access drives were laid out good. The draw backs were people walking their dogs allowed them to poop in empty sites. Also vehicles in the driveways especially in the horseshoe turns causing us to be to close while turning. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay with you. Ben

It was a rainy stay. The staff was very nice. The park was unkept for leaves, pineneedles, etc. This could have been because of spring and and pollen. Location is convenient to Charleston and Summerville.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Our site was large and we enjoyed it. However the site had trash scattered and a lot of cigarette butts everywhere. We picked up the trash. I would think the sites would be checked and raked between visitors.

we had a very pleasant stay here in early March. the staff was friendly and informative. this was our first experience ever camping, first staying in a camper van and our site was spacious and pretty with blooming azaleas! there were no laundry facilities, that would have been nice, but it was a perfect spot for our week stay in the area.

Such a disappointment. Sewer connections we not fully put together. It seemed as though us was full time living instead of a campground. Everything was very dirty snd unkept. If this is a representation if KOA throughout the country, IWe would like a refund for our membership.

This is a old camp area and not well maintained. I never saw anyone trying to fix anything while I was there to the sad point the toilet was not bolted to the floor!! I have not been to a KOA in years now I remember why.

Did not have time to take advantage of any amenities. Site was clean and power/sewer were easy to hook up to. Water line was very low to the ground making connection difficult. Sites were long enough, however pulling camper through roadways was tight at some areas due to larger RV put on smaller sites, or were not centered on the sites.

Front sites are loud due to road noise, a lot of sirens, most listed amenities were not actually available, not in the best of area, But a positive was the plants were nice. Could use just a touch of updating to be a nice KOA.

Front entrance of the trailer with trash and junk all over the yard is a poor image upon entering.

We stay here occasionally because family is nearby. This was our first stay in more than a year and we were pleasantly surprised that the WiFi has been upgraded! The staff are always very nice and the facilities kept in good shape and clean.

Staff are nice and common areas are clean but it’s overrun with some long term campers that have trailers full of construction debris and piles of it in there campsite area. My campsite neighbor had a 20ft flatbed trailer, pickup truck, car and inoperable jet ski plus their camper all in 1 site and parked on the sides of the road. Staff had to ask them to move their vehicle so I could pull out

Quaint site and extremely friendly staff. Grounds were well maintained and clean. Sewer connection was elevated which added excitement upon departure.

The owners of this campground are not putting any effort into keeping this place cleaned up. Our site had trash all over it when we arrived. The was also some old excavation on our site that could have easily been leveled out, but it was left like this. Empty site 2 sites down had old underware laying around it, was never cleaned up during our 6 day stay. Trash was visible on the empty sites.

There are some serious maintenance issues at this KOA. There are also several long term camping residence at this location however they have piles of junk around there rigs. Not a pleasant site for the vacation travelers. The people were kind in the office but we still cut our stay short by 5 days.

Did not meet the usual KOA standards. There seemed to be a lot of full-timers with overflowing trailers in front of their RVs. Laundry area and bathrooms need updating. There is an overall run down feel.

Nice staff but campground is unkept. I had a premium site plenty of room just needed a weed eater and raked up. Access to Charleston was about 30 min heavy traffic was worse on weekdays

Appearance and condition are sub-par. The staff although polite are very sluggish when it comes to any requests or needs from a campsite... i.e. wood, info, etc. Grounds are unkept, trash everywhere, and the long term RVs on site are very old and run down. The biggest reason for not staying here ever again is because it’s an eye sore based off of very basic KOA standards.

The bathrooms were not cleaned; hair left in showers and basket not emptied in stalls. Only one soap dispenser that was falling off wall. Then no soap at all.

Very nice staff. Campsite was perfect. We had family staying in cabin next door. Would recommend speed limit signs .. lots of people driving much too fast. Window tags for registered guests as well. Thanks for a great time.

Staff is friendly. Campground is very poorly maintained. Weeds fill landscaping and grass is overgrown. Laundry room flooring is torn and full of holes. Grill at our patio site inoperable. Women’s bathroom in serious need of remodeling. Welcome email inaccurately reflects available amenities. We feel this location is not worthy of KOA Holiday designation.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to many things we needed. Very clean. Office staff extremely helpful, professional and frirndly. Would return.
