We were only staying one night but the site we had was very small, not even enough room to put our awning out. I did see sites that were better than the one we had and the pool seemed nice.

The staff was friendly and bathrooms are clean is the only reason I gave a 2. Policy states that only 2 weeks can a camper stay. There were several campers that are not even road worthy and looks like they have been there for 15 yrs. they were nasty, run down. Anyone can come off streets into campground (not secure). People are are walking their dogs not picking up after them. Nasty

It’s an adequate location to stay while visiting the area but the city noises and planes overhead are not conducive to a peaceful place to camp. On the other hand the staff made up for the shortcomings with their helpful attitude and personalities. They were very nice.

The stay was fine. Our only issue was the traffic noise & all the almost constant ambulance sirens with the hospital so close. Our other issue was all the standing water when it rained. Staff was helpful and nice.

Entrance to campground needs some highlighting..especially at night. It is hard to see where to drive off of hwy 78.

The cabin was not updated broken blind on door burn marks in wall by stove front deck needs repair Not up to par with several other KOA cabins I have seen. We were booked to stay 3 nights but left after the first

The site was full of cigarette butts and many of the other campers wee Re very rude and inconsiderate. For example, the people next to us set up their canopy Partially on our site, a few sites down a large group were sitting outside right in the edge of the road and a truck was parked along the other side of the road, making the street very narrow. It was just kind of trashy, to be honest.

The water standing in most campsite’s including mine this campground in bad need of gravel Spoke with manager not very helpful but did agree campground needs gravel it was terrible Understand there has more than usual rain but even more so to apply gravel across the campsite ! The Christmas light show had the better dry sites. We let a day early forfeit our money We did move once but same

This KOA needs a lot of work & attention. It is not of “holiday” status.Many sites appear to be occupied by very long term campers; the quality of the RV’s also detract from the visual appeal of the property. One RV has a broken windshield that looks like it’s been broken for awhile. The door of the family restroom can’t be licked from the inside. The grounds look neglected.

We stayed 2 nights. The campground is highly unkempt. Leaves, shrubs, pine needles on roofs, plantings, sites all need maintenance. No one has leaf blown, racked or spent anytime beautifying the grounds. Our pad has not been pressure washed in years, no sites have been cleaned up( edged, trimmed). 1st thing you see pulling in is a run down looking trailer park, the 1st trailer is disgusti

It was perfect, no problems at all The site was not too bad for a non cement or paved pad. Very easy in and out. Showers were very clean and warm. Will stop again when traveling thru the area.

Nice, cozy and convenient no frills location. Unfortunately, the dog run was closed. Enjoyed our stay - it was quiet and friendly.

Pretty clean campground, but very tight pull thru’s! Sewer lines near neighbors fire pit! Office personnel friendly and maintenance crew helpful! Faulty 50 amp breaker, but campground called an electrician to replace the breaker! Water system was shutdown for a few hours due to waterline break, but fixed as soon as possible!

This KOA was fair at best. Way too many "permanent" residents with run down campers. The roads in the campground were very narrow and there was no real distinguishable flow to the park. It wasn't the cleanest either.....with trash under the bushes near the basketball court, etc. And to be honest, those we met were not friendly (they were permanent residents). Won't be back and cannot recommend

we had a nice campsite we also reserved a Lodge for our family to stay in the lodge was listed as being able to sleep or accommodate 8 The TV did not work in the main area the ac does not cool the bedroom one of the fans was not working had 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay the sleeper sofa if you were to put and adult on it was near collapse it is not stable

we had requested a fire ring which they said they would provide and we never received. It was very noisy due to the Fire Trucks and Ambulances that went by on a daily basis. Not very quiet during the day. People in the office were friendly and helpful and people in the campground were friendly and neighborly ")

Staff friendly and responded quickly to our requests. We have a small trailer and chose a back-in site, which turned out to be lovely, plenty of space around us and trees and bushes to boot. Perfect for sitting around our campfire. Pull-through sites for larger RVs seemed a little close. Traffic in the area and on the interstate to Charleston was awful.

Very friendly staff. Restrooms and showers were ok. Laundry was reasonable cost. The only downside for us was the speeding of vehicles past our trailer during our stay.

The location and entrance has much to be desired and the sites are very close together. In regards to the staff, they were wonderful. I wish the staff at every KOA was as nice as the staff here.

Bathrooms were clean. Ground maintenance was fair. It needs improvement. Highway noise was easily heard. Path to dog park needs to be improved, although dog park was good.

This park should not be a holiday park. it is ONLY suited for an overnighter. Long termers are mixed in with travelers and their rigs are mostly in very poor condition, leading to an overall very bad perception to this park. If ever in Charleston again, I would stay in a Walmart parking lot before this rv park. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly.

The camp was clean. The staff was helpful. It's a same that the business next door has flood lights that shine on the campsites.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to many things we needed. Very clean. Office staff extremely helpful, professional and frirndly. Would return.
