Entry into the campground had trash in the medium including beer bottles and McDonalds trash. Big rigs be warned palm trees are overgrown and scratch the side of the rig. Staff was very friendly. The campground has two sections. The left side is in bad shape grass not cut no trimming with long terms units rundown and falling apart, back section nice. Unfortunately we were on the left side

I was grateful to have a campsite that backed up to the woods. Saw a gazillion birds, plus a pair of blue birds tending a nest. Awesome! Otherwise, this was a very crowded venue in an urban area.

Not impressed. The camp was clean but that's about it. It wasn't what I'm used to at koa . It looked like one of those ma and pa independent campgrounds. I definitely will not be staying there again

I’d recommend for quick overnight only. Our sewer connection leaked due to maintenance issue on their hook up. Very rustic. Very nice staff!!

I was surprised this was in the KOA system given its lack of quality. The campground itself is dark and not well maintained. There is dog waste everywhere. They have a "rec room" that looks like a junkyard, which you can conveniently view through the dirty windows. As you enter the campground, there are large amounts of graffiti which makes for an intimidating entrance. It's also not in Charleston

It is a quiet park that needs a LOT of work. The ageing infrastructure is evident. While it appears they are working to upgrade that infrastructure (WiFi, cable, water pressure) the general appearance (lawn, roads, site/pad maintenance, leaf and pine needle collection, buildings appearing to be abandoned) is poor. I will say that the people in the office were pleasant and helpful.

The price was very reasonable and is close to Charleston which is of what we were looking for.. however there is much room for improvement for the actual grounds at the campground- this may be important to some however for an overnight stop with full hookups perfect for us.

Campground is decent. Fairly clean although my daughter said the bathhouse was disgusting and refused to use it. Basketball ball court was a 12x12 concrete pad with an almost tore down goal. Pool is small. No gameroom that we found. All in all, not a good place for families but decent if your a couple just passing through or need a place to camp for a few days.

I've seen nicer KOA but very dated, and too many permanent campers with flat tires floors falling out of the slides Campers just falling apart. I will say the restrooms were very clean. JUST VERY DATED

Looked rundown owner not reinvesting money into park pictures on website are not recent, not the typical KOA I’m use to, lots of road noise and police sirens which says a lot about neighborhood.

Our stay was good and the bathhouse was cleaned daily. Good access to freeway, but making a left turn out to the road, does create a headache and tests your patience. The local police presents does concern my family. Laundry room is convenient and did the job for us. Overall good place to stop.

Good level site. Mostly quiet. Some rules need better enforcement but still a good base for exploring Charleston.

The girl that greeted us was extremely nice and even after check in we asked for a fire ring and she immediately brought it to us.. campgrounds were clean and well kept.. enjoyed our stay

Very nice campground. Very quiet. All the sites are clean. The staff was extremely helpful actually walked me to the site prior to Actually pulling in and parking.

This is a great RV park. We had a large back-in site. We walked our dogs around the property which is very dog friendly, if you have a friendly dog. The park is close to restaurants. Charleston is just a few minutes south. Looking forward to staying here again.

The pictures on your website do not show the reality of this KOA. It seemed to us that it was very run down, the spaces are very tight, it stated in your rules that outside dog runs were not allowed, but there were people with dog runs set up and there were cigarette butts everywhere. I would not stay at this KOA again. Very disappointed!

Stayed one night. Had a pullthrough long enough for trailer and tow vehicle. Close to I26 with easy access to Charleston.

This KOA is at the bottom! I did not pick this location, Another family did. It was DIRTY, sites are way to CLOSE! The Poop tank was right next to the picnic table. Firepits! FIRE HAZARD! They say keep your site clean! 2 packs of cigarette butts on our site! Wouldn't even put our mat out. So disappointed we left a day early. We do have high standards, which we thought all KOA's also did!

Spent 3-nights in a camper in a pull-thru spot in mid-February. The staff were really nice and provided good service. The campground is dated with the facilities showing their age. the CampK9 area was fairly small and covered with dog poop. I cleaned up quite a bit and fair amount of it had been there for awhile, meaning no one had cleaned up the area in some time. T

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The campground is too small for all the campsites. It’s hard to get in and out of your campsite when the campsites are almost on top on each other. The roads are narrow which make it harder to get around. The wifi was very bad, i had better signal with 1-2 bars of LTE. Absolutely awesome stay. Very quiet and well kept. Dog park was also amazing. The store and store staff were super helpful. Definitely will be staying again!

Wonderful site, I thought this would be a noisy campground and it was not. However, This campground is not the cleanest. Many full time campers here. The laundry area was dirty and closed at 8pm. Several machines were out of order. Campsites were not blowed off. Mud puddles. Just overall not well kept.

The site was nice, and everything seemed clean. But the trailer park next to it was very busy and loud. The amenities in the park (particularly the playground, and basketball goal) were broken and old.

Loud party going on with a DJ at mobile home park next door, then firecrackers going off early the next morning. Staff were friendly however got a message on camper door stating we had to take down the temporary dog fence we put up at EVERY other camp site we have been too. Fence must be down if not at site - the dogs were not left unattended, just fence.

Only thing I didnt like was the noise from the traffic. Its very close to a major highway.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to many things we needed. Very clean. Office staff extremely helpful, professional and frirndly. Would return.
