The owners of this KOA should be very proud of the campground they have. The employees are very organized, attentive and friendly. Family friendly, nice to see children play. Did not appreciate another campers car on an open sight and allowing the children to play in the car and fighting and arguing. Can’t help this much. We had a wonderful week. seasonal campers sometimes feel the own the place

We recently stayed for 3 nights at Chocorua and were very happy with the campground. Everyone was absolutely great. They were helpful, pleasant and went above and beyond to help us when we had questions. The campground is clean, well run and very quiet despite many families camping there. We will definitely be back.

My wife wanted to spend a weekend in a teepee for her 60th birthday. The experience was wonderful! The teepee was the coolest experience imaginable! We found the staff was excellent! We'd highly recommend Chocorua Camping Village to anyone. We found it to be a great family friendly campground, and we will definitely be returning. Vic and Diane

We enjoyed our site ! was very nice ! we thought the place is great location to see the surrounding area, my personal issues are me my truck was covered in pine sap! on my arrival home i spent 2-3 hours removing the tree sap! not sure why when campgrounds rent you your sites these type of thoughts are not cared after. i know this is a act of nature, something i would recommend.

We rented the Chocorua House and were very happy with it. Everything Worked out well for the four adults staying there. We did find that the loft air conditioner did not blow cool air so it was warm in the loft. The gas grill turned on but took a long time to cook. Probably needs to be cleaned.

My family and I had a great stay at the Chocorua KOA. The site was very roomy. Plenty of space for my kids to play and dogs to move move around. The deck overlooking the pond was amazingly relaxing. My kids loved the weekend activities too. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! We will definitely be back next summer.

The best KOA we've ever been to! We were already planning our next visit and which of our friends we want to bring with us! Sadly we had to leave early because of the hurricane, but knowing that we'd come back made it easier. See you all soon! (probably before this season is out)

Loved the campground! We look forward to planning another trip! We stayed in hawks nest and were amazed to discover a/c during this heat wave- glamping at its finest!!!

Difficult to check in as they require a mask but neither my husband or myself are able to wear one. They gave us a hard time and said, "either put on a mask or we can give you a refund." I explained that we are medically exempt and this is violating our rights as it's not a law. Finally after being hassled they let us check in and made us verbally say we wouldn't go into buildings such as rec.

The staff was very friendly, and the bathrooms were very clean! Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to check out any of the amenities, but we enjoyed our brief stay very much.

We had a great family experience! Love the trash pick up and wood delivery. Pool time was available throughout the day even with having to schedule it. Helmets were loaned out to kids who didn’t have them as they’re required to ride bikes. We enjoyed tie dye shirts and watching the boat races. Our rental was nice and clean. Definitely like to come again :)

This was our first experience at any campground or camping in general so I have no way to compare it. However, we found the campground well laid out, the amenities were very good, and the staff was excellent. One suggestion would be to improve the signage on the walking trails. A few trails were unmarked and as such, we walked back and forth across the area needlessly. Otherwise a great stay.

The camp leaders were so helpful and patient getting our 40ft fifth wheel out of a tight-fitting spot. We had a wonderful time at the campground. We’ll be back!!

I wish there were more stars to rate this KOA! It was the best campground I have ever stayed at. Just beautiful.

This was our second visit to Chocura KOA; we love it so much that we put our name on the seasonal waitlist. All I can say is that when we came back it “felt like home”. Every campground has a attributes; but Chocorua has them all; the layout, the sites, the activities, the recreation, and most importantly the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

great staff and loved the location...dogs swam, we swam, we boated and looked at on the pond. What more do you need than that! Will be back there asap and time permits. Loved it!!! Our super site and traditional sites were more than we imagined. I only wish each KOA had water like this one.

Two problems were the Eagle Nest camper was extremely hot. The outside temperature was in the high 90's so took a while to cool the inside down. Second the grill tray caught on fire due to the grease build up. Was able to turn off the gas and the fire burned itself out. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would return. The trails are a favorite of ours. The staff wore masks at all times.

We where a group of 22, all stayed in various accommodations ! We always have a great time here and look forward to it yearly . Covid-19 guidelines where met ,bathrooms and showers clean as well as the pool seating area. Loved it !

Positives - Friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities, many activity offerings. Negatives - As a non-dog family, we prefer a more quiet camping experience, free from barking dogs. We were disappointed with the lake "beach" and were hoping for a more inviting swimming hole. The sites were very small. Expensive rates.

VERY TIGHT SPOT TOO CLOSE TO NEXT CAMPER FELT VERY CRAMPED. HAD TO LISTEN TO SEASONAL DIAGONALLY ACROSS FROM US HOLLER AT HIS TWO DAUGHTERS AND TELL THEM HOW AWFULL THEY WERE. YOU WILL NOT SEE US AGAIN AT YOUR CAMPGROUND. FOR THE PRICE WE PAID AND THE TIME FRAME WE BOOKED IN ADVANCE WE EXPECTED BETTER.

As always, we had a great stay at Chocorua KOA! The new policies in place to protect campers from COVID are very much appreciated and we loved how you still managed to keep the community and family friendly feel while keeping us all safe! You guys ROCK.

My family and I stayed here July 2021. It had been a Christmas present for our mother from my sister and I. My mom stayed in the Look to the Mountain cabin all by herself which was insane because that particular cabin is huge!!! Very comfy for her!!! Plus we all visited her cabin quite frequently. My sister, her husband and daughter brought their pop up camper and my husband, myself and our two kids stayed in a teepee. So we got to explore three very different types of stay at the KOA!! And they were all so fun!! The pool is great, the pond, playground, and activities were awesome!! The laundry facility came in handy. The public restrooms…..not a fan but I think that's just me. We used my moms cabin restroom most times for some privacy. They certainly have a robust population of chipmunks, but what can you do. I did wish I had known chairs, a grill, and linens such as pillows, sheets, bedding and towels were going to be provided. I would have packed way less. But overall it was an amazing trip and I hope we are all able to return someday.
