We stayed in the look to the mountain cabin and could not have been happier. This is our 2nd time staying in this cabin but about our 6th time staying here. We just love this campground. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. It was nice to see the upgrades to the cabin. Steve always makes check in and check out a great experience and I love seeing Doris at the camp store. C U next season. �

We loved staying in Fox Den - our first tiny house experience! The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. The seasonal, family feeling that pervaded the campground was wonderful. We enjoyed being included in the Halloween festivities and particularly enjoyed the Haunted Walk. Kudos to the kids who successfully made us scream! Many thanks to all.

This was our first time camping. We chose this site at the recommendation of a friend that works there. We are so happy we did. We all had a BLAST!!!! So many activities to do, great Halloween spooky trail, amazing store with things like fire wood delivered right to your site. Great food in the cafe. Overall an amazing experience and we will be sure to return next season!!!

We stayed in the Fox Den cabin and loved it. It was the right size for two people. We had the nice little porch which was good when we had some rain and there was a nice patio. It is nice kayaking in the pond and hiking on the 5 miles of trails in the campground. They have everything so you don't have to leave.

Everything about Chocorua KOA is perfection. You will ALWAYS be greeted at check-in with a friendly face. The cabins are immaculate and include plenty, so you do not need to overpack. There are so many activities and beautiful trails, you will never run out of things to do..and be very sad to leave!

Our stay in Owls Roost with our 2 dogs was wonderful. The campground has very nice trails to explore and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again!

We arrived late. Luckily for us Steve realized we would not have our cabin key with our packet and came to our rescue in the dark as we made our way to our cabin. Everyone is always so helpful and polite at Chocurua.

Fun family campground! So much to do and the Wabanaki lodge cabins are an awesome place to stay. Awesome wild life, eagles, belted kingfishers, great blue heron, pileated woodpecker, turtles and much more. Seeing families coming back again. Staff are great! Great stay, staff couldn't have been more helpful with all our questions. Tepee cabin was perfect - everything as described and it had a fire pit, drinkable water, & was set back into the woods from the others. No electricity but it has gas so has a full fridge/oven/stovetop, as well as lamps (but they also throw heat so keep in mind for summer you may want alternative lighting options).

Didn't realize that the bedrooms were all on the second floor with no bathroom. Wife had to sleep on the sofa all week in order to be near the bathroom at night. The sliding door track was very dirty and difficult to open a close. It needs some attention. The new railing on the stairs was good and helpful. Adequate pans and utensils. Dead mouse in the sink one morning. Long walk to the camp store.

This was our 2nd year with Chocorua KOA. This year we stayed in the camper called "Eagles Nest". It was heaven. We loved our campsite, loved the trailer. Had a great weekend and already booked again for next year.

We had a FANTASTIC experience. We did a two night tent stay and a two night stay in the Kamahi cabin. Both were great. The staff is top notch, kid's activities are wonderful, and the campground itself is beautiful. We discussed how nice it is that you could spend all your time on the campground or explore the area nearby (Diana's Baths are also worth the 40 minute drive!).

Wonderful time at this KOA. Great setup. So many things to do or just relax. Trails are great. Dog pond a bonus! Kayak rental so reasonably priced. I love how it has maintained a woodsy feel and look without pavement everywhere. Will definitely return!

Loved the cabin! Smaller than was promised but were able to fit everyone in. Very nice having our own bathroom. Not consistent with the pool hours, which was frustrating. Loved the family activities and playgrounds. Conveniently located!

Everyone was super nice, and helpful. Always a perfect spot there. My dog loves the dog pond and we have stayed at the cabins several times.

My sons and I stayed in the Oak Ridge Cabin for four nights. We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Having the AC, bathroom and kitchen amenities were a plus. We also enjoyed the pool and kayak/boat rental. The campground was well kept and quiet.

This is our third time staying but first time in Look to the Mountain cabin. Cabin is very close to the main highway so it's loud -unfortunately feels very separate from campground. It also needs improvements: new couches (the current ones have very gross mildew/mold smells), update bathroom floor, felt like the cabin hasn't been mopped ever, better cleaning and stairs railing (unsafe for kids).

There are a couple of things you may want to consider. We always stay on the Wabinaki side. New this year was a communal trash can. I see the convenience, but the aroma was overwhelming. Secondly, staying in TeePee was delightful, there was however, a sufficient lack of silverware. I have seen many improvements over the years. Keep up the awesome work! TY-We will return!

My family and I stayed here July 2021. It had been a Christmas present for our mother from my sister and I. My mom stayed in the Look to the Mountain cabin all by herself which was insane because that particular cabin is huge!!! Very comfy for her!!! Plus we all visited her cabin quite frequently. My sister, her husband and daughter brought their pop up camper and my husband, myself and our two kids stayed in a teepee. So we got to explore three very different types of stay at the KOA!! And they were all so fun!! The pool is great, the pond, playground, and activities were awesome!! The laundry facility came in handy. The public restrooms…..not a fan but I think that's just me. We used my moms cabin restroom most times for some privacy. They certainly have a robust population of chipmunks, but what can you do. I did wish I had known chairs, a grill, and linens such as pillows, sheets, bedding and towels were going to be provided. I would have packed way less. But overall it was an amazing trip and I hope we are all able to return someday.
