I really liked the campground and the large shaded sites. However, towing to and from the campsite was difficult. campground roads were very narrow. Towing in the campground should be for trailers under 27 feet. staff was nice at checking. Called to get guide to exit campground and office was closed at 915 in the morning so no help. Two emp golf carts followed us out but no help dog park great

Enjoyed our stay at Chocorua! Big roomy site, with patio by the water. Gas grill onsite although we did not use. Workers were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of trails right at the campground.

Really nice campground. Wooded sites and not too close to our neighbors. The only down side is it was really hard to maneuver the narrow roads. Staff is very friendly.

Wonderful campground. Staff is excellent. We enjoyed Ron and Linda. So nice and so informative and attentive to all our needs. The campground is very organized and clean and has so much for the children. Thank you and we will see you next spring. Lillian and John Rupple

Nice campground, so much bigger than expected with the hiking trails and such. The waterfront site was wonderful - peaceful and quiet in late September, probably not in mid July. The trails were a nice surprise, the bathrooms were clean, and everything well kept.

Very friendly staff. Our patio site was very clean and accommodating.

The staff were pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. We had a pull through camping site which was large enough for our 39 foot fifth wheel. The site was sandy and we tracked a lot of sand in to our camper when it rained. Some larger stones on the awning side of the camper might have helped.

The staff were very helpful guiding me in to my site . Thankyou again

We enjoyed Chocorau. Ethan pointed out the tight turns as he guided us safely to the campsite. Each time we saw Ethan, he smiled and waved. While setting up, one of the employees fixed the sewer drain. We latter learned it was the owner. The hiking trails are amazing and well maintained.

We loved our stay! Staff were so friendly and accommodating, and our cabin was in a lovely spot and very clean. We loved all the activities for kids. We will definitely be back!

The man who checked me in when I arrived Friday night was crumpy. He didn't make me feel very welcomed after over three hours of driving. But, after my incounter with him, everyone else was very nice and friendly. The campgrounds were beautifuly kept and well layed out within the wooded areas with lots to do. Too many KOA golf carts driving by all the time, disrupting peacefulness.

It is a beautiful place to stay. All of the staff were helpful and friendly! And they interacted with my son and made him feel like part of everything that was happening while we were there. He loved it! And so did we. Thank you for everything.

Very nice campground. We would go in summer but rates are a bit high at that time. In the fall rates are more workable with the camping budget.

Very friendly! Even jumped my car when the battery died... but the fire wood was SO damp it took me over an hour to cook some Knor pasta sides because I had to keep feeding the fire with paper that I luckily had in my car

We stayed in the Fox Den cabin and loved it. It was the right size for two people. We had the nice little porch which was good when we had some rain and there was a nice patio. It is nice kayaking in the pond and hiking on the 5 miles of trails in the campground. They have everything so you don't have to leave.

This facility is meant for families! A well run and clean place, with lots to do. We'll definitely visit again.

Excellent, as always!

Rained 2nd day. To prevent flooded road, campground diverted runoff through our site (#110) to a drainage culvert behind us. Didn't work, caused 8" pool of standing water to cover 80% of our site. Would've left immediately but deep water/mud prevented truck from getting near camper. Maint. let us borrow shovels for mud, mgr. refunded one nights' stay. They need to fix their water prob.

Beautiful campsite. Best KOA we’ve been to in the US. We liked it so much, we extended our stay from one night to five. Clean, inviting, very friendly staff, always willing to help. Would definitely go there again!

My family and I stayed here July 2021. It had been a Christmas present for our mother from my sister and I. My mom stayed in the Look to the Mountain cabin all by herself which was insane because that particular cabin is huge!!! Very comfy for her!!! Plus we all visited her cabin quite frequently. My sister, her husband and daughter brought their pop up camper and my husband, myself and our two kids stayed in a teepee. So we got to explore three very different types of stay at the KOA!! And they were all so fun!! The pool is great, the pond, playground, and activities were awesome!! The laundry facility came in handy. The public restrooms…..not a fan but I think that's just me. We used my moms cabin restroom most times for some privacy. They certainly have a robust population of chipmunks, but what can you do. I did wish I had known chairs, a grill, and linens such as pillows, sheets, bedding and towels were going to be provided. I would have packed way less. But overall it was an amazing trip and I hope we are all able to return someday.
