Our site was beautiful, but very tight to get our 37’ fifth wheel in to move around. The roads are very narrow to get a bigger trailer around. Some of the workers were very nice. Others were not.

Everything about Chocorua KOA is perfection. You will ALWAYS be greeted at check-in with a friendly face. The cabins are immaculate and include plenty, so you do not need to overpack. There are so many activities and beautiful trails, you will never run out of things to do..and be very sad to leave!

Our stay in Owls Roost with our 2 dogs was wonderful. The campground has very nice trails to explore and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would love to visit again!

We were there for a three day weekend. Site was very nice, right on the Chocoura River. Sites are close together but there is a great variety to chose from. The area is old and shows it but it is very well maintained. Definitely needs updating, bathrooms, electrical hookups. Lots of activities scheduled but we chose not to attend. Exceptional hiking, walking trails on site.

Our favorite place to stay! The toddler and big kid playground is such an added benefit. The staff are always friendly and happy to help.

We had the BEST time with our kids there. We are already looking at booking next year. Linda was truly amazing with our kids and they LOVED the activities.

We arrived late. Luckily for us Steve realized we would not have our cabin key with our packet and came to our rescue in the dark as we made our way to our cabin. Everyone is always so helpful and polite at Chocurua.

Great campground, staff was wonderful! Everyone we met was helpful and kind. Loved the centralized community feel of the campground. Pros: friendly staff, activities, location, amenities. Cons: Bathrooms needed some updating, campsite, small beach area. We stayed on site c11 and it was horrible to get in/out of with a camper.

Fun family campground! So much to do and the Wabanaki lodge cabins are an awesome place to stay. Awesome wild life, eagles, belted kingfishers, great blue heron, pileated woodpecker, turtles and much more. Seeing families coming back again. Staff are great! Thanks Lee and Shirley Spencer for making such a great place to stay. SC

It was nice and activities for the kids were good. A little disappointed that with the price to camp we still needed to pay to rent boats. The no guest policy was disappointing as well, as it wasn’t explained to us by anyone during check in, and it ruined plans we made with my father to come up and spend the day with me, my wife, and our kids. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Very good stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only addition that would be nice would be some sort of fence along the main road to help block out road traffic noise. We are looking forward to coming back again next year. Great place!

Great stay, staff couldn't have been more helpful with all our questions. Tepee cabin was perfect - everything as described and it had a fire pit, drinkable water, & was set back into the woods from the others. No electricity but it has gas so has a full fridge/oven/stovetop, as well as lamps (but they also throw heat so keep in mind for summer you may want alternative lighting options).

The staff were great and did there best. The lake is over run with weeds. The showers in the female bathroom were almost always cold no matter the time of day. I had to ask for toilet paper 2 times to be restocked.

Our site was small and the beach was small, but everything else was great. The kids had a great time. The campground felt safe and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Didn't realize that the bedrooms were all on the second floor with no bathroom. Wife had to sleep on the sofa all week in order to be near the bathroom at night. The sliding door track was very dirty and difficult to open a close. It needs some attention. The new railing on the stairs was good and helpful. Adequate pans and utensils. Dead mouse in the sink one morning. Long walk to the camp store.

Just wonderful! Clean and safe. Also, amazing at how quiet it got after 10 pm. It's a fantastic place and run really well. Shout out to the evening grounds guy who helped me when I arrived late. He remembered me and asked how things were going at the campground when he saw me. You cannot teach people this level of courtesy -- it's just hiring people like this that makes the difference!

This was a fantastic campground. The owners and workers were so nice and helpful. We stayed in a pond site and I kayaked one day. It was gorgeous. We are definitely returning one day.

This is my favorite NH campground. It is well-staffed (there's always someone ready to help you), very clean and the campsites are well-spaced in a gorgeous natural environment.

This was our first family ( three kids ages 4 to 7) camping adventure ever. And first time towing a camper ever. So we wanted to stick close to home in case we had equipment issues. Everything went smoothly and we were very happy with the campground. The grounds were clean. The facilities when we used them were clean and the store was well stocked.

Amazing, amazing place always a great time and visit, friendly staff. Been coming 13 years it’s my favorite, you guys rock!! Keep doing what your doing. Only thing, I wish there was golf cart rentals for the cabins.

This was our 2nd year with Chocorua KOA. This year we stayed in the camper called "Eagles Nest". It was heaven. We loved our campsite, loved the trailer. Had a great weekend and already booked again for next year.

My family and I stayed here July 2021. It had been a Christmas present for our mother from my sister and I. My mom stayed in the Look to the Mountain cabin all by herself which was insane because that particular cabin is huge!!! Very comfy for her!!! Plus we all visited her cabin quite frequently. My sister, her husband and daughter brought their pop up camper and my husband, myself and our two kids stayed in a teepee. So we got to explore three very different types of stay at the KOA!! And they were all so fun!! The pool is great, the pond, playground, and activities were awesome!! The laundry facility came in handy. The public restrooms…..not a fan but I think that's just me. We used my moms cabin restroom most times for some privacy. They certainly have a robust population of chipmunks, but what can you do. I did wish I had known chairs, a grill, and linens such as pillows, sheets, bedding and towels were going to be provided. I would have packed way less. But overall it was an amazing trip and I hope we are all able to return someday.
