Nice rustic camp ground. Lot of activities for young children. A little tight for a 38’ motor home.

We had a FANTASTIC experience. We did a two night tent stay and a two night stay in the Kamahi cabin. Both were great. The staff is top notch, kid's activities are wonderful, and the campground itself is beautiful. We discussed how nice it is that you could spend all your time on the campground or explore the area nearby (Diana's Baths are also worth the 40 minute drive!).

Wonderful time at this KOA. Great setup. So many things to do or just relax. Trails are great. Dog pond a bonus! Kayak rental so reasonably priced. I love how it has maintained a woodsy feel and look without pavement everywhere. Will definitely return!

Staff doing activities were great! We got a larger site as requested (for kids & dogs) so thank you! We come every year, it is our favorite campground. :-)

One of my favorites. We had a 5 year old with us for the weekend and this KOA provided with enough activities to keep him busy. The sites are pretty spacious and shaded and clean. Staff, friendly, however, when seating is limited for a reptile presentation guests should have priority for sitting. A whole picnic table was occupied by staff, we had to stand in the back with a 5 year old.

The campground is quite nice beautiful property. Bathroom was NOT clean, shower curtains were disgusting and sinks/hand dryers very inadequate. We tent camped and the road was VERY loud! I think if we were in an RV it would have been fine but probably would not tent camp there again. Nice trails for walking.

Steve and all the staff were A+++++ AWESOME! Steve personally saved an expensive item mailed to me and I received it in perfect condition. The crystal mining was a blast, the campground was VERY clean, all staff were friendly, and the hiking trails that were part of the KOA were FABULOUS. The kids activities were varied and amazing. We had a great time! Thank you SO MUCH!

Wonderful as usual. Happy to see you used paper cups at ice cream smorgasbord not Styrofoam or plastic. Wish there was a recognizabile easy to access compost pile. Thank you for. Recycling as much as you can

Loved the cabin! Smaller than was promised but were able to fit everyone in. Very nice having our own bathroom. Not consistent with the pool hours, which was frustrating. Loved the family activities and playgrounds. Conveniently located!

Need to work on roads into campgrounds, by widening them and grading. Very tough for long campers to get around corners. Maintenance crew very friendly and helpful, need to add more to the camp store and friendly staff. Lot's to do.

My family and I have been camping at Chocorua KOA for 14 years, we absolutely love it!

My sons and I stayed in the Oak Ridge Cabin for four nights. We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Having the AC, bathroom and kitchen amenities were a plus. We also enjoyed the pool and kayak/boat rental. The campground was well kept and quiet.

Quiet and peaceful. Site 89 was good. Some other sites are to close but for the most part you’ll not go wrong. We look for quiet, privacy fromsites.

Could have less tree roots in some camp sites, but other then that a great camp ground

This is our third time staying but first time in Look to the Mountain cabin. Cabin is very close to the main highway so it's loud -unfortunately feels very separate from campground. It also needs improvements: new couches (the current ones have very gross mildew/mold smells), update bathroom floor, felt like the cabin hasn't been mopped ever, better cleaning and stairs railing (unsafe for kids).

My cousins and I stayed here this past weekend and we absolutely loved it! They have everything someone would need - clean facilities, a camp store for last minute items you may have forgotten, food (hot breakfast, dinner, and ice cream!!), and plenty of events if you happen to be traveling with little ones. We can't wait to go back/stay at other KOA locations in the future!

My family and I stayed here July 2021. It had been a Christmas present for our mother from my sister and I. My mom stayed in the Look to the Mountain cabin all by herself which was insane because that particular cabin is huge!!! Very comfy for her!!! Plus we all visited her cabin quite frequently. My sister, her husband and daughter brought their pop up camper and my husband, myself and our two kids stayed in a teepee. So we got to explore three very different types of stay at the KOA!! And they were all so fun!! The pool is great, the pond, playground, and activities were awesome!! The laundry facility came in handy. The public restrooms…..not a fan but I think that's just me. We used my moms cabin restroom most times for some privacy. They certainly have a robust population of chipmunks, but what can you do. I did wish I had known chairs, a grill, and linens such as pillows, sheets, bedding and towels were going to be provided. I would have packed way less. But overall it was an amazing trip and I hope we are all able to return someday.
