We enjoyed our site ! was very nice ! we thought the place is great location to see the surrounding area, my personal issues are me my truck was covered in pine sap! on my arrival home i spent 2-3 hours removing the tree sap! not sure why when campgrounds rent you your sites these type of thoughts are not cared after. i know this is a act of nature, something i would recommend.

My family and I had a great stay at the Chocorua KOA. The site was very roomy. Plenty of space for my kids to play and dogs to move move around. The deck overlooking the pond was amazingly relaxing. My kids loved the weekend activities too. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! We will definitely be back next summer.

The best KOA we've ever been to! We were already planning our next visit and which of our friends we want to bring with us! Sadly we had to leave early because of the hurricane, but knowing that we'd come back made it easier. See you all soon! (probably before this season is out)

Loved the campground! We look forward to planning another trip! We stayed in hawks nest and were amazed to discover a/c during this heat wave- glamping at its finest!!!

Difficult to check in as they require a mask but neither my husband or myself are able to wear one. They gave us a hard time and said, "either put on a mask or we can give you a refund." I explained that we are medically exempt and this is violating our rights as it's not a law. Finally after being hassled they let us check in and made us verbally say we wouldn't go into buildings such as rec.

This was our first experience at any campground or camping in general so I have no way to compare it. However, we found the campground well laid out, the amenities were very good, and the staff was excellent. One suggestion would be to improve the signage on the walking trails. A few trails were unmarked and as such, we walked back and forth across the area needlessly. Otherwise a great stay.

The camp leaders were so helpful and patient getting our 40ft fifth wheel out of a tight-fitting spot. We had a wonderful time at the campground. We’ll be back!!

I wish there were more stars to rate this KOA! It was the best campground I have ever stayed at. Just beautiful.

This was our second visit to Chocura KOA; we love it so much that we put our name on the seasonal waitlist. All I can say is that when we came back it “felt like home”. Every campground has a attributes; but Chocorua has them all; the layout, the sites, the activities, the recreation, and most importantly the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

great staff and loved the location...dogs swam, we swam, we boated and looked at on the pond. What more do you need than that! Will be back there asap and time permits. Loved it!!! Our super site and traditional sites were more than we imagined. I only wish each KOA had water like this one.

We where a group of 22, all stayed in various accommodations ! We always have a great time here and look forward to it yearly . Covid-19 guidelines where met ,bathrooms and showers clean as well as the pool seating area. Loved it !

Positives - Friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities, many activity offerings. Negatives - As a non-dog family, we prefer a more quiet camping experience, free from barking dogs. We were disappointed with the lake "beach" and were hoping for a more inviting swimming hole. The sites were very small. Expensive rates.

VERY TIGHT SPOT TOO CLOSE TO NEXT CAMPER FELT VERY CRAMPED. HAD TO LISTEN TO SEASONAL DIAGONALLY ACROSS FROM US HOLLER AT HIS TWO DAUGHTERS AND TELL THEM HOW AWFULL THEY WERE. YOU WILL NOT SEE US AGAIN AT YOUR CAMPGROUND. FOR THE PRICE WE PAID AND THE TIME FRAME WE BOOKED IN ADVANCE WE EXPECTED BETTER.

This was our second trip and we absolutely loved it! The campground was clean and there were lots of fun things to do both on and off site. Friendly staff and great customer service.

As always, we had a great stay at Chocorua KOA! The new policies in place to protect campers from COVID are very much appreciated and we loved how you still managed to keep the community and family friendly feel while keeping us all safe! You guys ROCK.

The staff here are what makes this place special. Staff were happy and had welcoming smiles! From the start, we miscalculated our arrival and got there 1.5 hours early and they were ready for us. It was my first time being escorted to our site and it was a pleasure to eliminate the 'getting lost factor'. They deliver firewood, pizza and pick up your bagged trash at the campsite. Great service!

Very nice campground-spacious sites, nice showers, excellent camp store and good internet. A bit close to the highway which is noisy especially early in the morning but overall deserving of its great ratings

This was only a brief stay as we were checking out a new trailer. Staff was great. Site needed some trimming of brush, tough to get to the storage on the hook-up side of our trailer. Even our escort to the site said "looks like we need to do some trimming". The biggest negative was back hoe work going on one day at neighboring site. Overall stay was good and we may go back one day.

As always, we were impressed with the campground and staff. Having camped during COVID, it was reassuring to see that they followed all the protocols they had in place. This is a go-to campground for us to relax and enjoy northern NH.

We had a good time kayaking and fishing. Staff was extremely friendly. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and water pressure.

Great family campground. The staff did an incredible job with all of the social distancing measures/mask requirements. We felt totally comfortable staying here during the pandemic. We loved all the fun activities that this campground has planned for families/children. Great location, too. Plenty to do in the area but also plenty to do right at the campground without having to leave. A+!!!

My family and I stayed here July 2021. It had been a Christmas present for our mother from my sister and I. My mom stayed in the Look to the Mountain cabin all by herself which was insane because that particular cabin is huge!!! Very comfy for her!!! Plus we all visited her cabin quite frequently. My sister, her husband and daughter brought their pop up camper and my husband, myself and our two kids stayed in a teepee. So we got to explore three very different types of stay at the KOA!! And they were all so fun!! The pool is great, the pond, playground, and activities were awesome!! The laundry facility came in handy. The public restrooms…..not a fan but I think that's just me. We used my moms cabin restroom most times for some privacy. They certainly have a robust population of chipmunks, but what can you do. I did wish I had known chairs, a grill, and linens such as pillows, sheets, bedding and towels were going to be provided. I would have packed way less. But overall it was an amazing trip and I hope we are all able to return someday.
