Loved our site (311). Felt private with all the landscaping. Loved the patio and furniture in wonderful shape. Butterflies all around. The pool was nice and tropical-looking. Playground and games were nice. Nice to have a guide take us to our spot too. Overall, wonderful.

The staff and the overall facilities were very nice and well kept. Our issue was space. We would not return to this facility because we feel that the only way to actually have any space to enjoy camping is to purchase the upgraded "premium" sites and those are overpriced. We literally stepped out our door to greet our neighbor working on their connections. Way too close together.

We love this Koa. The manager and office staff are wonderful. The outside crew and housekeeping is always helpful and the grounds are beautiful and clean.

We had a great stay at the campground. Our site was nice and the landscaping was amazing. The pool was great and the staff was friendly. We treated ourselves on this trip because we both just retired but we probably won’t return because of the price.

We stay here to be close to our family. The other options in the area are glorified parking lots or trailer home parks. We were happily surprised to find this beautiful camp. The landscaping made all the difference. KOAs are notoriously tight but the plantings helped with separation from our neighbors. I will say the crushed shell "mulch" got stuck in shoe treads & was problematic in the trailer.

Nice roomy sites. Quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Close to all the attractions and shopping. Expect a very busy road right in front though.

We stayed here to meet up with friends and attend the Highland Games in Dunedin. The proximity was good but it's a very expensive KOA (almost like staying at Fort Wilderness). I only paid this price because we were a group of RVs but I wouldn't pay that amount again. There's a lot of street noice as it's located right on the highway. Other than the price, it was clean and well maintained.

Not at all what we expected. This is a Camper\RV campground only which was what we were looking for but it has a parking lot feel to it nestled inside of a busy town with an extremely busy 4 lane road in front. Sirens went off all throughout the night from police and EMS. The people staying at the campground did not walk around or have any fires. Odd place to camp.

We are located on US Hwy 19 in a very popular area of Pinellas county. Close to beaches and famous Tarpon Springs and much more, as advertised on our website. Usually our guests are site seeing and enjoying the many things to do in the area. Safe travels.

You have a beautiful campground we stayed in the Premier site with Furniture and table. It was very nice except for the fact it rained the whole time we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio. Maybe next time?

6 night stay. Great location. Beautiful grounds, clean bathrooms and showers. Great management and crew. Definitely will be back!

Loved our stay here. Nice sites! Everything is very well landscaped with many enjoyable amenities. It's private enough that you don't even realize how close you are to the busy road. We'll be back!

We always have an enjoyable stay, staff, showers, pool, are great! We love the size of the campground and seeing familiar faces each year we return. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the wi fi is very spotty in the back where we stay.

This is a fantastic park. It is extremely clean and staff take a great pride in landscaping. The staff are very helpful. They need to improve the WIFI since it was slow. Please improve this aspect of the camp. It is a wonderful great campground.

We love this campground! Very well maintained and clean. Staff are all friendly and helpful! Landscaping worked on daily. Fair wifi, good cable tv. Most sites level. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful location, easy to find to begin with and then very close to attractions, very clean and beautiful campgrounds, very helpful staff, a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Dave {?} who helped my husband back into our location, that way i was not yelled at for not directing him correctly! THANK YOU

The place is well kept and beautiful. Don't agree with you stopping monthly. Tried to get a extra month for next year.Said I could get the month but I would have to paid daily rate .cost Ed would be over 3000. Are they crazy. They are not cheap monthly it is 1600 With electric I can find another place for a month a lot cheaper Better hope I don't like other place better or I won't be bac

Nice place, clean would come again but the heavy set guy on the golf car was very rude to me and other guess that were only there for a short period of time. Other then that good place. It would better if you get rid of him.

I had to switch sites, and paid for a new one. I was told after I moved, check in & get a new car tag. I got up before 8 AM and moved and went to the office just after they opened at 9 AM. Only then I was told, they had found a way to keep me in my old site. Well I already moved I told them. I had to move back. Someone should have left me a note. It was a waste of 3 hours and was humiliating.

Visit again: Yes! Campground Vibe: Adult resort/relaxing feel. Lush greenery, tall mature trees, nice layout, not a parking lot. Gravel sites with outdoor picnic table. Total surprise of an island vide campground despite awful crazy huge city traffic just a few yards away. Felt safe: yes Site condition: long no matter which site you are assigned. Spacing between sites: very generous. each rig was tucked into their own garden spot. Views: mostly of lush greenery, butterflies outside our windows. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: Sewer drainage has perfect slope. Noise: very quiet despite being yards from US 19 crazy busy non-stop traffic. Staff: very kind & helpful. GPS accurate: Yes & large visible sign. Reason for visit: vacation. Start of our winter vacation that took us from Florida to Tucson. Things to do: Honeymoon Beach was a perfect retreat. $8 entry fee you have several beaches to pick. Easy parking, walking , blue water, white sand beaches. Bring a picnic. When the ranger saw I had a walking boot from breaking a bone in my foot, he offered a wheel chair. Impressive and so sweet.

Very clean and well maintained. Clean restrooms and showers. Rather expensive. I asked to make reservations for a year from now. Answer was there were 99 people ahead of me.
