The park itself is one of the nicer KOAs we have stayed at. Lots of trees and plants, nice open air laundry, smallish but clean pool. We missed the pancake breakfast and coffee and donuts. The only reason I rated this a three is because of the location. It is right on Route 19 which is a terrible road to try to get on and off of and was 45+ min to anywhere we wanted to go (Marine Aquarium)

Nice campground. Quiet. Spots can be a little tight to back in, but overall a good place - we will be back.

First stay and would love to revisit. Customer service was great and we felt safe. The kids had fun making new friends and playing at the area near the pool with ping pong and tv. They loved the free donuts. We loved our site with paved fire pit and Adirondack chairs.

We’ve stayed here twice in the last month. Nice clean campground. Frank, one of your workers, went out of his way to help us on our first visit !!!

Only there 3 nights nice campgrounds it rained and was cool for 2 days but not campgrounds fault, will come back sometime

My husband & I stayed 2 wks. Were charged a premium rate for the worst site in the park. There was noise 24/7. Between the highway, the nudity bar, the park office traffic, the dog park, and the house being worked on, there was constant chaos. No room for relaxing, not to mention feeling unwelcome by those working on the house. I was on a working vacation, this park added nothing but stress

We appreciated being escorted to our lot and the help the guy gave us in backing into our lot. I really really enjoyed the landscaping. Joni has done a wonderful job and it is the most beautiful camping experience we’ve ever had. Just sitting at the campsite and enjoying all the beautiful plants was very relaxing.Walking my little dog around I enjoyed very much the beautiful landscaping.

Lovely KOA! All amenities were spotless and well kept. We had our dog, so great to have a mini dog park at our disposal and poop bags/disposal bins around the grounds. Was surprised the ladies bathrooms were closed for cleaning between 8-9am but had no problem speaking with the cleaner and using the bathroom (no toilets in our camper). All in all I would definitely recommend, fab pool too!

We had a beautifully maintained site that was landscaped and spacious. The park was very quiet, yet handy to all kinds of things to do. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back:)

Very nice kampground. A bit of heat for the pool would be a nice touch.

Great ambiance. Friendly staff, very clean restrooms and showers. Although close proximity to each camper, the beautiful landscaping gave the feeling of peaceful privacy. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is a very well run RV park. All the employee's were friendly and helpful. All sites are beautifully landscaped. The bath house and laundry were very clean. The whole park was clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.

I have stayed in this campground quite a few years ago, I am very impressed how improved the campground is! I loved our "ruffin it" site with the doggie pen. I was impressed with the sites with chairs, firepits and brick patios!

We liked the sites and the amenities. Close to everything. There were too many insects to sit outside from early evening on.

Beautiful camp, one person tried to destroy our stay with hours at the dog park preventing any other dogs to go in. Very much innercity noise to be expected.

Very clean facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Camp sites well maintained. Only drawback is there is a fire station close to campground that has a high call volume so expect to hear a lot of sirens all times of day and night. Price is a little higher than I like to pay, but for a couple nights in this area you have no choice.

We called at the last minute and the KOA had an opening! So glad. This camp has the nicest flowers, bushes, trees. Talked to many campers that were also very happy with this KOA. It was quiet with no road noise.

We really enjoyed it except for the fact that there wasn’t any ice or firewood. Some of the office personnel we not so friendly.

Excellent clean, quiet and well kept campground. Had a nice relaxing night. The site with the dog fence addition was worth the extra few bucks. Will stay here again.

Your park is clean, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Close to attractions, beaches, and small towns. Price is at max that we would pay for the park. The draw back is US 19 highway noise! We would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We loved the park until we were getting ready to leave. When we rolled up the inside shade on our windshield and saw a crack in our windshield. This crack was not there when we arrived at the park. We stopped in at the office and notified them of the damage. The receptionist said she would contact the owner of the park. As of 2-26, we have not heard from the park or the owner.

We're sorry for the unfortunate incident & have no way of knowing that this damage occurred at our park. It is also possible that a small rock started this during your travels and turned into a more noticeable crack over time as most do on windshields. We have paved roads therefore no rocks flying.

I loved my stay. We rented a cabin. Very very nice. Thought of everything we would need. Including a kurig ( hope I spelled that right ). Camp ground is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable of the area. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay here again and spread the word to friends and family. I want to thank all the staff for making our stay memorable.

Dog Park needs some work. Black sand/dirt left dogs very dirty. Dog drinking water was full of dirt. Our particular site was very narrow and did not provide much room for chairs. Other sites seemed much nicer. We were there for one night so not a big deal, but if we had been planning a longer stay would have asked for another site or gone somewhere else.

Very nice facility, clean, quiet and Dave was very helpful in getting our TV set up. Problem is the smart mouth manager did not inform us that there was a cancelation so we could stay two extra days after asking her to inform us. The weather was so bad in Tennessee we could not return home. We were only informed as we were checking out that there was two days that we could have extended out stay.

We apologize again. The cancelation you are referring to happened less than 30 minutes before your checkout. We had every intention of calling you as soon as we could. As we told you, we would have been happy to extend your stay on the site that became available which you would have had to move to.

Visit again: Yes! Campground Vibe: Adult resort/relaxing feel. Lush greenery, tall mature trees, nice layout, not a parking lot. Gravel sites with outdoor picnic table. Total surprise of an island vide campground despite awful crazy huge city traffic just a few yards away. Felt safe: yes Site condition: long no matter which site you are assigned. Spacing between sites: very generous. each rig was tucked into their own garden spot. Views: mostly of lush greenery, butterflies outside our windows. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: Sewer drainage has perfect slope. Noise: very quiet despite being yards from US 19 crazy busy non-stop traffic. Staff: very kind & helpful. GPS accurate: Yes & large visible sign. Reason for visit: vacation. Start of our winter vacation that took us from Florida to Tucson. Things to do: Honeymoon Beach was a perfect retreat. $8 entry fee you have several beaches to pick. Easy parking, walking , blue water, white sand beaches. Bring a picnic. When the ranger saw I had a walking boot from breaking a bone in my foot, he offered a wheel chair. Impressive and so sweet.

Very clean and well maintained. Clean restrooms and showers. Rather expensive. I asked to make reservations for a year from now. Answer was there were 99 people ahead of me.
