The sites are so nice. For sure like the patio sites better. Last year did non patio. Too messy for me. Went back to patio site much happier.

Sites were very small, rocky and on a hill. Also very low water pressure.

Gorgeous campground! Small campground and a big negative for me was the road noise - it’s on a busy 6 lane road with the fire department across the steer which went out a minimum of 4 times a day. This was the least friendly staff wise of the KOA’s we have stayed at, but the most beautifully landscaped one we’ve been at. The pool was nice and bathrooms were clean and updated.

KOA is very convenient to visit clearwater or tarpon springs but since it is right on US 19, the noise from emergency vehicles is constant. The pool needs to be a bit larger to handle the number of individuals.

great stay, fabulous landscaping, staff was perfect. pool was heated and the best , park is very clean. great location close to everything. stayed 2 weeks in January and found us a space to extend our stay before leaving.

The water is undrinkable! The staff was totally fantastic! Dave deserves a raise, he was my hero, more than once! Grounds are beautiful and so well maintained! We didn't get to participate in the activities but there are certainly many nice things to do on site! Thanks for the good time!

Stayed in one of the cabins for a couple of weeks. The campground was immaculate. Got great service from Dave and the rest of the staff. A great choice in the Clearwater area.

Older park but well maintained. Nice big clean restrooms and showers. Nicely landscaped and lots of trees. If you have a big rig maneuvering is a bit of a challenge but doable.

If you have a rig where you rely on your own bathroom& shower, read no further…first, bathrooms here had an “outhouse” smell whether from the water or pipes idk, but the smell was there; second, the sink water was cold, always. Too high a price for this small, but clean place, but I guess one pays for convenience to the local venues.

We enjoyed our stay. However, we were unhappy with our site. It was very narrow and had a large electric box in it. No room for chairs. Dogs were walked all day long and doing their business on the camp sites. I personally stepped in dog dirt twice. Question? Is the dog park too far away? Dave and office personnel were great.

Loved the landscaping. Friendly staff. Nice community area to gather. Washers and dryers out of service for days and dryers hard to reach for short people.

We loved our stay. The grounds are absolutely stunning. We wish the dog park was a bit larger, and the location on the highway was tough for us but we found some local areas to bring the dogs and walk without being on the busy road. We loved the salty lime cantina nearby!

The campground is very well kept and the sites are nice. The only downside is the streets are tight and it’s difficult to park without rolling on the grass. And you’re constantly being told to avoid driving and parking on the grass.

The front desk could be slightly more friendly/polite. Little noisy up by the road quiet in the back. Great Clubhouse and hook ups.

Services and amenities are for the most part very good. Rates for less than a month have pretty much reached un reasonable levels but monthly rates are still okay but if prices still climb (as management states they are raising them) it will cause a dramatic change in that evaluation. More sponsored activities would be desirable.

This is a lovely campground. Not super large and lots of trees. Close to beaches. We had a wonderful time.

Decent location, central to a number of things we wanted to do. The bathrooms are newly renovated and they have activities and nice patio sites. That said, the campground is very difficult to navigate - especially for 41’ MotorHome. We have some new scratches all down the side of our rig from a hardwood tree to prove it. Ask for a pull through or find another campground.

Couldn't sleep next to 8 lanes of HWY 19 being about 100 yards from our site. Unfortunate, because it's a very nice, clean place otherwise. Never again.

We are located directly off of US HWY 19 and noise is inevitable. It is unfortunate that you will not return as we are happy to place you to the rear of the park upon request and availability. We hope you otherwise enjoyed all that we and our area have to offer. Safe travels.

The campground is small but very well taken care it with excellent staff that are very accessible! The landscaping is absolutely beautiful! Mostly retired campers in season. Very dog friendly and everyone is friendly and willing to lend a hand if needed. Mostly longer stay so the laundry is often very busy, but there is a laundromat down the street. The area is very busy with traffic.

The camp area was beautiful. You have an older couple who help take campers to there spot and hep at the front desk and bingo. They were terrific. They even gave suggestions on we’re to eat and visit. They were great. Again beautiful campground!

Beautiful campground. Friendly staff. Beautifully landscaped so the neighbors next door don’t seem as close. Site seemed a little tight to maneuver into as the road is one lane. Pool was small and with not much sunlight. Many places nearby for groceries etc. Sponge docks nearby and a quaint place to visit. Great food at Dimitris!

Stay was fine. Site was one of the hardest site to get level in 20 years of RVing and I have big foot system! It was a back in site #113

We paid $98.00 for a one night stay. Had no working WiFi and only one working dryer. Spaces are very tight and dirty

Dirty isn't usually a word used by guests to describe our campground. The cost of a one night stay is average for a campground that offers 0 cost activities and more during season. As for the dryers, we are working to have them repaired but parts have been delayed. Safe travels.

This was our second stay. We enjoyed both. The campground is very well kept (thank you Joni) and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Special days of donuts, bagels and the luncheon are very nice. The only negative to indicate it would just be about the young lady that’s in the office on weekends. Had 3 encounters with her. In each she was curt and unfriendly. She might want another career

Nice little KOA. The campground is clean and well cared for. It's right next to the highway, so a bit loud if your in a site near the road. Lots of local amenities nearby.

An older park with lots of appeal. We had a very nice deluxe site, which gave us extra room to stretch out. However some interior sites were a little tight. Laundry units need a little TLC, 1 out of 4 dryers worked & 3 out of 4 washers worked. Needless to say there was a line for the dryer. Staff is nice & helpful.

Very nice campground in an excellent location near Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and other great locations. The sites can be a bit tight, one of our neighbors couldn’t open his awning all the way without worrying about hitting his adjacent neighbor. But this is Florida in the winter months and people are more than happy to find a place to stay. Clean campground, nice pool and great staff.

Visit again: Yes! Campground Vibe: Adult resort/relaxing feel. Lush greenery, tall mature trees, nice layout, not a parking lot. Gravel sites with outdoor picnic table. Total surprise of an island vide campground despite awful crazy huge city traffic just a few yards away. Felt safe: yes Site condition: long no matter which site you are assigned. Spacing between sites: very generous. each rig was tucked into their own garden spot. Views: mostly of lush greenery, butterflies outside our windows. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: Sewer drainage has perfect slope. Noise: very quiet despite being yards from US 19 crazy busy non-stop traffic. Staff: very kind & helpful. GPS accurate: Yes & large visible sign. Reason for visit: vacation. Start of our winter vacation that took us from Florida to Tucson. Things to do: Honeymoon Beach was a perfect retreat. $8 entry fee you have several beaches to pick. Easy parking, walking , blue water, white sand beaches. Bring a picnic. When the ranger saw I had a walking boot from breaking a bone in my foot, he offered a wheel chair. Impressive and so sweet.

Very clean and well maintained. Clean restrooms and showers. Rather expensive. I asked to make reservations for a year from now. Answer was there were 99 people ahead of me.
