The landscaping is beautiful. The park was built in the 60's and is very tight in places. The office personnel need customer service skills improvement. They were not very pleasant to deal with nor trained how to provide good customer service. Every interaction with them they appeared irritated that we were interrupting their day. I will find elsewhere to stay next time we're in the area

Upon arrival we were greeted with a very “smart mouth” girl. Very quick with answers and condescending. After that the stay got better, Dave helped us back-in, excellently! But the back in site was very out of level and I had to lift the front of rig about 12 inches to level. Dave offered to see if another site available, but we declined. Rest of stay was satisfactory

Site was too small for my 30ft 5th wheel and pickup even though that's what I said I had when making the reservation. Also, too small to extend my awning more than 4ft.

Enjoyed our stay. Sites are a little tight to back in to - we had to move our vehicle multiple times to let neighbours units in/out of their spot. A heads up is there is a new urgent care/emergency close by (sirens) . The staff are what makes this place worth staying. Big thanks to Dave & Sue (workcampers) who made us feel welcome and “at home”. We would stay again if in the area.

I have been on the road for 18 months, in 42 states and over 40,000 miles, and this was one of the best KOA's and RV Parks on the entire trip. Amazing grounds, lush vegetation, clean and nice bathrooms, an amazing pool area, like staying on a beautiful estate. All sorts of activities on a weekly basis. Helpful staff. Very convenient in reference to places to eat and the local sights.

Enjoyed the area and the KOA. A better, more dedicated area to unhook and hookup a tow vehicle is needed.

The girl in the office was rude when I called to make reservations, when I called back later to add a couple of nights and rude again on check in. She said we had to move our class A from the site we was on to another to accompany the extra 2 nights. it was because she didn't want to check and see if other arrangements could be made. The day we had to move there were at least 15 sites open. Rude.

We apologize if you felt our staff was rude. This is the opposite of what most guests have to say about our staff. As for moving sites, we would have been happy to accommodate your requests if we hadn't been completely booked and weren't already expecting other guests on that site.

Absolutely beautiful Campground. We stayed 2 nights on our way to Sarasota. Would like to have stayed longer.

Very small but clean site. Quite expensive. Campground is very clean and well kept. Friendly office staff. Propane refill station on site and daily trash pickup is a bonus.

This KOA worked well for us. Quiet, very clean facilities, friendly staff. The only downside was the busy traffic in the whole area.

it is a nice campground, but for the top dollar price they charge it was a small tight fit, had no grill on the site and the sewer hook up was far away{40 ft} from the camper so had to go buy more hoses before we could hook up!

Well kept and nice people and campers. Very close to 19 and the U-turns get old. Would like a space deeper in the park more. Paved versus shell sites would make a big difference in not tracking dust into RV.

Friendly staff. Very clean and neat. Beautiful indoors lounge, pool area and outside game area. Mostly adults. Nice fire on friday. Great stainless grill under cover.

Nice location. Front sites can be noisy but we were in the back where was quiet. Trees and bushes are beautiful and the grounds are well kept. Stayed two weeks and would return.

The campground is very well maintained. The staff and fellow campers were very friendly. The reason I did not rate higher is that the site next to us had a dog that barked all day long. This really ruined our day. The staff were understanding, but was unable to do much to stop it.

The campgrounds were well kept and the staff was friendly. The only complaint was that there was not a fire pit available for our stay.

Visit again: Yes! Campground Vibe: Adult resort/relaxing feel. Lush greenery, tall mature trees, nice layout, not a parking lot. Gravel sites with outdoor picnic table. Total surprise of an island vide campground despite awful crazy huge city traffic just a few yards away. Felt safe: yes Site condition: long no matter which site you are assigned. Spacing between sites: very generous. each rig was tucked into their own garden spot. Views: mostly of lush greenery, butterflies outside our windows. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: Sewer drainage has perfect slope. Noise: very quiet despite being yards from US 19 crazy busy non-stop traffic. Staff: very kind & helpful. GPS accurate: Yes & large visible sign. Reason for visit: vacation. Start of our winter vacation that took us from Florida to Tucson. Things to do: Honeymoon Beach was a perfect retreat. $8 entry fee you have several beaches to pick. Easy parking, walking , blue water, white sand beaches. Bring a picnic. When the ranger saw I had a walking boot from breaking a bone in my foot, he offered a wheel chair. Impressive and so sweet.

Very clean and well maintained. Clean restrooms and showers. Rather expensive. I asked to make reservations for a year from now. Answer was there were 99 people ahead of me.
