Great campground! The kids had an awesome time with the other kids that were staying there. Nice and quiet and the amenities that the campground offered were great. Especially the gas BBQ and fire pit that are open for use near the playground. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. Only complaint that I had was about the crushed shells that are used in each site, a little hard on your feet.

Mary answered all my questions when I was considering where to stay near Clearwater. I was so pleasantly surprised by her patience and specific knowledge of the area. We booked with her and had the best experience ever. Had never stayed at koa before but are spoiled now!!! Water pressure. Electric. Sewer hookup. Cleanliness. Amenities. Kindness. Helpfulness. 2 adults 2 kids loved it!

Very nice campground. Beautiful shady sights, Lovely pool, little nature walk. Immaculate. I would stay here again. My dog loved the doggie fenced in area to run around.

Our stay was wonderful. The site was a KOA Patio Site. The plush tropical plants, the fire pit and the patio were so beautiful. The staff was very helpful and polite. The showers and rest area was very clean and well maintained. We already reserved this site for the September event. Love our KOA camping trips.

The only reason we gave it a 3 is because the bathrooms were in disarray when we were there. Paper towel and toilet paper were out and the place was a mess like it was not being checked. We have been here before and it wasn't like that the first time.Not sure what the issue was this time.

The grounds are so beautiful. It's our new favorite KOA. The staff are so friendly, everything was so clean and well kept! Especially loved all the plants which made it feel so cozy and tropical. All the butterflies flying around was the cherry on top! It's going to be hard to top this KOA!

It was AWESOME! So very relaxing! Their pool and chairs are top notch, no junk. Very clean park. We were parked at the back of the park which is so amazing with all the trees! This will be our new Busch Gardens stop! We have been looking for a place close that we could enjoy as well and this for sure is it! Don’t pass this up. The sponge docks were close and fun as well:)!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. This park is a tropical paradise, so peaceful and relaxing. We used to stay here years ago but now it is totally transformed with unbelievably gorgeous landscaping. Paved roads, gravel sites, and beautiful bushes and colorful plants at each site. We will definitely be back! Loved the round picnic tables that won’t dry out and splinter.

While the facility is clean, updated and maintained, the staff is not accommodating nor forthcoming with information regarding charges. Beware! If you think you believe with good cause your charges are incorrect you will not receive any consideration after the fact. You will receive a very dictated by the book response in a not so friendly manner that YOU the customer are wrong no matter what.

Havig spent many years choosing KOA's for our camping my wife and I were a little disappointed with this facility. Our site was next to a so called lake that was more a retention pond for runoff (dirty and mosquito haven) with water and electrical utilities needing some work. The staff was friendly and road repairs were underway so it might be new ownership, we may try camping here again.

We are sorry that you experienced this at a KOA however, this does not sound like our property. We do not have an accessible lake or a retention pond on our property and our roads are all newly paved within the past 2 years as well as new electrical utilities.

Beautiful campground and we loved our stay. Clubhouse is clean and inviting. Pool is quite large and there is a deep end my kids enjoyed. Ping-pong table and outside seating area with a TV. All areas were very clean. There are three showers in the bathhouse. All tiled, Clean, hot water with good pressure. I showered every day! Sites are not large, but definitely not small. Great stay!

Loved this one! Right on a busy highway but not noticed once you are in the campground. There are lots of fun things to do in the area. Pool and lanai area are very nice. Bathrooms are the best I've ever used at a campground, classy and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. My only suggestion is the putting green should be turned into more play area for kids.

This was easily the nicest KOA we have stayed at. The location is perfect, the grounds are clean and attended to, the sites are very nice, and the pool was a highlight. The service was impeccable from the front office to the camp host to the person hired to maintain the pool. The landscaping is unbelievable! We will definitely be back and have already recommended this location to everyone!

First site 309 the electric panel is too far forward. Relocated to site 137. Electric panel was a 50 Amp service BUT the breakers were "soft" tripping off at about 34 to 35 Amps. I had to run my generator the second night. Camp host was very nice and said that there was no way to replace the breakers for two days until Monday. I would like a refund for the second night please.

We stayed here for attendance at the Valspar Golf Tournament. It was very close to the venue and we found a lot of fun spots in the Tarpon Springs/Trinity area. We plan to come back next year. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities very clean and a lovely pool area.

Clearwater/Lake Tarpon KOA is one of the most beautiful RV parks we've ever stayed in. We travel across the US and have been returning to this KOA for 4 years. Its located 10 minute from beaches, golf courses and everything you need to have a perfect Florida experience! The staff are our favorite! They are always so personable, professional and fun. This is our favorite KOA in the US!

Beautiful park and very accommodating staff. We had to extend our stay by 3 days and the staff managed to rearrange things so we could keep staying in the site we were in.

Beautiful KOA. Very clean, quiet, and great landscaping. Our Rv site was back in. Very easy to get into. Family members stayed in one of the cabins, and it was great for them. Exceptionally clean, had everything they needed.

We love this place!� The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. We met Patricia, the Gardner, and she does a fabulous job assuring the plants are well taken care of. The staff overall is fantastic. We stayed for two weeks in our Airstream (lot 136) and opted for a brand new fully equipped cabin for our daughter and our grandkids and it was perfect. I will call you Monday 9am to 4pm, I already contacted my bank at 2 a.m. the first night we were there April 23, 2021 with absolutely no sleep, this place totally misrepresented the campsite we booked online,their office closes 6pm and does not open to complain until 10:00 a.m. the next day, they don't care siren going off all night long, and they don't care nor transfer to another KOA campground

The park is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. However, the per site cost is too high compared with other KOAs. Each site should have a fire ring.

Visit again: Yes! Campground Vibe: Adult resort/relaxing feel. Lush greenery, tall mature trees, nice layout, not a parking lot. Gravel sites with outdoor picnic table. Total surprise of an island vide campground despite awful crazy huge city traffic just a few yards away. Felt safe: yes Site condition: long no matter which site you are assigned. Spacing between sites: very generous. each rig was tucked into their own garden spot. Views: mostly of lush greenery, butterflies outside our windows. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: Sewer drainage has perfect slope. Noise: very quiet despite being yards from US 19 crazy busy non-stop traffic. Staff: very kind & helpful. GPS accurate: Yes & large visible sign. Reason for visit: vacation. Start of our winter vacation that took us from Florida to Tucson. Things to do: Honeymoon Beach was a perfect retreat. $8 entry fee you have several beaches to pick. Easy parking, walking , blue water, white sand beaches. Bring a picnic. When the ranger saw I had a walking boot from breaking a bone in my foot, he offered a wheel chair. Impressive and so sweet.

Very clean and well maintained. Clean restrooms and showers. Rather expensive. I asked to make reservations for a year from now. Answer was there were 99 people ahead of me.
