Making the reservations was simple and staff was very patient and helpful. Sites were all gravel but level and beautifully landscaped. Campground was a little tight but did not affect my 38 foot Class A. Conveniently located to many area attractions. Would highly recommend this location.

We had a difficult trip out to the site and ran into some unforeseen issues. But once we did make it, everything else was smooth sailing. The site was clean and scenic. The amenities were great and staff were helpful. We will be back. Thank you

We stayed in the rear of the park. Very quiet, although not close to amenities. It was difficult to remember how close to civilization we were. � Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This place is a gem!. You often get wide open campgrounds in Florida. This one is not. There is a lot of old growth, trees covered with Spanish Moss and various and sundry tropical plants. The place is landscaped immaculately. All the facilities are clean and neat. Good wifi and decent 5G on tmobile. Yes, it is expensive, but it is worth it. We will definitely stay here again.

Love staying here. The staff is bery friendly, the park beautifully landscaped and is reasonably located to all the great beach communities. The only drawyis its right on a very busy rt 19.

Gorgeous landscaping. Tidy grounds. Cute sites.. Immaculate and very classy, seemingly new facilities. The best koa shower yet. We met friendly folks while staying. Right on the main drag, so it is convenient pull off for large RVs, close shopping, but also there is fast traffic.

Honestly, besides the gentlemen helping at first was not impressed by staff, facilities were good and clean. By end of stay I felt like I made new RV family. As brand new camper, it’s the community aspect, not only getting back to Mother Nature that calls us. This is a great community, warm, educated staff willing to do whatever it takes. I am grateful they were my first experience. Will be back

Friendly staff, lovely pool, plenty if space between sites and our dog loved the dog park. Everything was neat and clean!

One of the best I have stayed in. It was quiet, super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend booking at this KOA, you won’t be sorry!

Busy Kampground on a busy street. Front desk staff distracted by whatever they were hosting in their front community room. If you are active duty military and your leave plans change, due to operational reasons, they will still charge you for the two nights we couldn’t stay. Wont be back. Go to the Madeira Beach KOA.

From check in to Frank guiding me as I parked, to the cleanliness, ease of in and out, proximity to amenities... it was great. Just wish it hadn't rained! LOL

We had a great time at Clearwater/Lake Tarpon KOA, the campground was well laid out, we had a site in that back which was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Place was clean lots of shade friendly staff. I was close to front so more road noise from us 19 than my previous stay here but we will deffinetly be back.

We stayed 5 nights. From check-in to check-out, our stay was fantastic! The staff were all very friendly, and worked diligently each day to maintain the park, even in the pouring down rain and on Sunday. All facilities were kept clean, and the landscaping was beautiful. The spaces are very nice. Very dog-friendly. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

All of the other KOA's that we have stayed at, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way for guests, this one not so much. Firewood had to be bagged by us in the store and carried by us to our sites, other KOA's you just tell the store how many bags you want and it's delivered to your site and at $10/bag, much higher than the other KOA's. Onsite table was disgusting!

We apologize for any inconvenience and would have been happy to deliver the wood upon request. A quick phone call and we also would have been happy to clean your table/furniture. Sometimes and not often, guests will leave and the next guests arrive before we get the chance to wipe things down.

Clearwater/Lake Tarpon KOA is a beautiful campground. Although the site are rather close together, the lush tropical vegetation provides privacy.

Our site was a little tight to get into, but otherwise very nice. Location is well kept and clean. The site next to us and a few others were very skinny - barely enough for the camper and a chair. If we had been put on one of these, our rating would be much lower. Landscaping sprinklers should also be adjusted to water the plants, not the underside of an RV slideout (which is not waterproof)

Enjoyed facilities etc but was disappointed I was not given credit at another KOA as I had to leave a day early.

This was our first trip and stay at a KOA. We did not like how you are on top of each other and our table to eat is next to my neighbors dump hose. There where many times the bathroom was filthy and never looked cleaned. Also we both work from the toad and the WiFi at this location was horrible. I ended having to use our hot spots to get work done.

Our sites are a bit close together as our campground was originally constructed in the 1960's. We do have our restroom facilities cleaned 2x a day. As for the wifi, it does become spotty when our park is near capacity and is something we are working on. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Ridiculously tight spot we were in. We couldn’t even extend our awning because of the beast next to us. No more than 1 or 2 nights at most!

Very nicely kept and maintained KOA. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice little touches during our stay, for example, poolside catered lunch, donuts and weekly campfire.

Visit again: Yes! Campground Vibe: Adult resort/relaxing feel. Lush greenery, tall mature trees, nice layout, not a parking lot. Gravel sites with outdoor picnic table. Total surprise of an island vide campground despite awful crazy huge city traffic just a few yards away. Felt safe: yes Site condition: long no matter which site you are assigned. Spacing between sites: very generous. each rig was tucked into their own garden spot. Views: mostly of lush greenery, butterflies outside our windows. Sewer/Electric/Water conditions: Sewer drainage has perfect slope. Noise: very quiet despite being yards from US 19 crazy busy non-stop traffic. Staff: very kind & helpful. GPS accurate: Yes & large visible sign. Reason for visit: vacation. Start of our winter vacation that took us from Florida to Tucson. Things to do: Honeymoon Beach was a perfect retreat. $8 entry fee you have several beaches to pick. Easy parking, walking , blue water, white sand beaches. Bring a picnic. When the ranger saw I had a walking boot from breaking a bone in my foot, he offered a wheel chair. Impressive and so sweet.

Very clean and well maintained. Clean restrooms and showers. Rather expensive. I asked to make reservations for a year from now. Answer was there were 99 people ahead of me.
